Terrible customer service. First of all, nobody comes to assist you when you walk in. We were looking for school shoes, only to be told that they didn't have the size we needed in a particular brand, and sent us off to Gateway. Upon arrival we were told that they did not have stock after all but that Springfield in fact had the stock we were looking for. The Springfield staff had not looked properly and had sent us to Gateway for nothing! Total waste of time and petrol. Best of all, the manager was completely uninterested and clearly isn't training her staff properly in stock take and customer service.

Walked in, over half a dozen staff around on the floor and quite a few mingling and chatting to themselves on the outside of the entrance. NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER, greeted or offered any assistance. Was in there about 15 minutes, picked up the shoe I wanted, tried it out and paid for it. Cashier asked who served me, and was quite surprised when I told her, no one did. Utterly poor service by this Branch. Head Office need to take some action, as you paying people to just stand around and talk amongst themselves. I will not be going to this Branch again.

Found the most perfect pair of comfotable sandals .I never walk away empty handed whenever i am at this outlet in Springfield Park.Convenient parking and easy to acess to Makro and all the brand outlets closeby .Whenever i need shoes for any occasion its the one place that i never go wrong with .The problem is that they have so much to choose from that i cant settle for just one pair .Priced reasonably and trendy.For kids boys men ladies.

I was happy with the service I received when I went in the shop. As it turned out, I bought the wrong size. When I phoned to discuss the process to return them, I was absolutely blown away - they were amazingly friendly and helpful even going so far as to check which shop I wanted to return them to and whether they had stock available at that shop. Service with a smile. I've got the right size now and I'm a very happy camper!

We wanted some Skechers. Take a look at the sign. R699. Nothing saying FROM R699. I think the consumer is entitled to assume that all the shoes under and around the sign would be R699. NOT! R849. Get your signage right. We walked out when the manager declined to offer the shoes at the marked price.

Love the broad selection and variety on offer at this store. Staff are always super friendly and go out of their way to assist wherever possible. Prices of items on sale are hard to resist and one of my favourite stores to visit in Springfield Value Centre.

Congratulations on the Re-opening of a very smart store. It's spacious and all the items are easily accessible with wide aisles and a very good range of shoes. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable too. Parking is ample and safe.

I would not recommend anyone purchase this brand from the Springfield value center outlet. My sincere reasoning is as follows , I've made an attempt to return a pair of shoes as the size was incorrect and the staff treated me extremely

Staff friendly however the shoe was off poor quality for the price... Shoes 1 long 1short 1high 1 low... For the price R399.. To me it seems as if that stock was reject n we should not be paying those prices... Disappointed customer

Staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help customers. Was surprised at the knowledge one of the staff members (forgot his name) had about different models and features of a particular pair I wanted compared to others.

Excellent selection of shoes, sneakers & foot essentials at really recent pricing...this branch has all the space to showcase their range...was sent here from Game City coz they have the sizes

i bought my shoes yesterday ,and when i tried to fit them at home , my left shoe was torn ...please double check before you put your stock on the selves .

Wide selection of ladies kids and mens shoes and usually theres a sale on . I especially love their sandals , really pretty and comfy for everyday wear.
