I’ve been going to this Clinic for years and I have always come back because the staff and doctors are amazing. For this reason I made the decision to enrol a family member with critical needs with this clinic. Unfortunately I came across a terrible experience with Doctor Joseph Kayumba whom I believe is fairly new to this location. Both him and the receptionist stated he was taking on new patients with that being said we schedule a call. When on the phone I explained exactly what my family members needs were and where his support would be crucial for his recovery/stability. Dr. Kayumba immediately retracted his statement regarding taking in new patients. He stated “I cannot take new patients that will need further assistance then my virtual visit as I work from home.” For clarification I asked “So are you talking new patients or not?” Dr. Kayumba danced around the question but ultimately turned a way a patient who needed urgent care with no options put on the table as all doctors normally do if they cannot be of assistance. I believe his behaviour, lack of compassion and overall professionalism was extremely disturbing to say the least. To pick and choose who you want to assist or turn away especially at ones most vulnerable point is very disappointing.

The Doctor here name Josepp is very rude and unprofessional. I requested a letter from him due to depression. This doctor started telling me to stay in my job and bare all the consequences because it can’t be that bad. I told the doc I just needed time off due to the how much things happening in my life. However he continued to tell me don’t quit my job when I didn’t say anything about quitting. He then hung up the phone on me when I told him to not make decisions for me. I was not done speaking to him! I went to another doc who refer me to a therapist and understood my situation perfectly( he is now my new family doctor) . I tried contacting Josepp because afterall he was a Family doc that was given to me when my amazing Dr Eason moved away. After I spoke to the receptionist and made appointment for call back twice, this doc refuse to call me and he don’t know my situation at the current moment. This is very distasteful! I will be filing a complaint on this Dr Josepp.

I’ve coming to this location for many years and the wait times are ridiculous now in 2019. My wife made an appointment for our two children and were told to come in for 3:15/ 3:30 PM. We waited nearly two hours before we were seen. Spoke to other patients and they also had been waiting over two hours. Why make appointments and then not take the client. I understand if there was a delay for 15-20 min, that’s understandable. However, waiting over two hours is kind of ridiculous. Time management and appointment scheduling gets a 0 star as they don’t even deserve the one star I’m forced to leave. Dr. Eeson gets a five star, he’s a great doctor!

If i could give ZERO stars i would. Nice Doctors but HORRIBLE and RUDE receptionists. Ive been going here since 2007 and these past few months I've received horrible service from the receptionist very rude speaking to me with attitude. This use to be my go to Medical clinic Since Joslyn left the receptionist aspect hasn't been the same. The ladies at reception now need customer service training or they should find another job/ field that doesn't require customer interaction. I asked their names but they didn't want to give them to me.

Don’t even bother, I visited this clinic a few times because my family doctor was here once a week and the receptionist/admin messed up both my specialist and MRI appointments due to “clerical errors” and now I am booking these appointments by myself having to wait even longer after losing time. They dont care at all, otherwise these simple things wouldnt be so difficult.

Great service both from secretary and doctors especialy dr. Joseph Kayumba, on top of everything has knoledge on tropical deceases. He speaks more than 5 languages and takes time to explain everything with compassion. We are so proud and grateful!

Dr. Ghotra used to be our family doctor. We relocated for which we had to leave Dr. Ghotra. He is an amazing doctor. He has always been kind, pleasant and would make sure to accommodate you. Receptionists have always been nice as well.

I would give this place a negative rating if I could. The receptionists were pleasant, the doctor, Joseph Kayumba an immigrant refused to take me as a patient, because I am not an immigrant! Canada 2023 …

Usually super quick wait time, tho the office isn't in the best shape the doctors and receptionists are all wonderful and super friendly people. Will go here over any other walk in clinic in the area

Well I’ve been standing outside this place for 35 minutes now and the door is still locked. It was supposed to open at ten. Guess they don’t value other people’s time....

Everyone is this place is nice, polite and friendly. I like going there. Dr.Jain is very nice doctor. The girls in the front desk are amazing.

Nice and welcoming admin. Staff. Dr. Joseph is a nice person and knows his job. Waiting time is too much but in all no regrets. Good clinic
