Fraud - think twice before applying for credit card at this store. Very frustrating. I bought some items on 4/14/2022 at this store. As I checked out I was offered the usual discount if I apply for the Kohl's credit card. After several attempts to say no, I offered up that I don't want the inquiry showing on my credit. 2 different cashiers assured me that it is a "soft" hit on my credit and that it does not "affect" my credit. Further more, one of the cashiers added it's the good credit check, not the bad kind. I even joked that there isn't a "good" credit hit/inquiry and she joked "you know what I mean, the "soft" kind"! Needless to say the next day I received an alert on my credit that a hard inquiry was made to my credit. I called the store to no avail. Suffice to say management was very apologetic (and nice) but there was no offer of remedy other than for me to call the credit agencies and see if they would remove the inquiry myself. There was no offer of training or correcting employees either, until I assured them that I will be coming in the store over the next few months to make sure their people are properly trained and versed on what this means to people's credit! Update 4/15/22 Ref: Response from Owner. I will gladly send email with particulars but know I've already voiced and discussed complaint with Store supervisor and Store manager (Amy) to no avail. 5/5/22 Update: Email sent of 4/15/22 as requested with details. As of today, no response. As it's been over 3 weeks, assume I won't be getting one. Wonder why they would suggest concern but not follow up?

Twice at this location now I have had an issue. First time the manager handled it. The lady at check out was new and decided yelling at me because I didn’t tell her I needed something out of the box with tablets/cameras was necessary in front of a ton of customers. Second time which was today… I bought my daughter a swimsuit. Didn’t fit. No biggie! Usually Kohls has the easiest return. Especially since I used my kohls credit card. Enter my number. They find it and good to go! Two new, older lady’s were behind the counter. First Lady was snippy but not as rude at the second lady. I told the 1st lady all I wanted to do was find a new one her size and replace it. 2nd lady wasn’t aware of this because she wasn’t helping me but she wouldn’t let me get a word in anyways. Manger came out to try and help, once again. But the lady decided to be disrespectful so I took my daughters swim suit and left. Now I had to drive 30 minutes to a different location and hope their employees are kind and helpful instead of rude and snaps at their customers because they weren’t “trained properly on the system yet” I hope they step up their hiring game and hire people Who are worth keeping around.

While there are a lot of stores who show high prices with major discounts, Kohl's included, I found some truly good deals on products I needed to purchase today. The new lady who helped me check out was new, but she immediately called the manager on duty for help. They worked the issues out quickly and she was able to gain the knowledge of the unique situations she was dealt that are not likely part of their training. They worked well together and I was happy to be their Guinea pig because I know a lot of people would be very rude given the same situation. I ended up with some good deals in the end, not because they claimed so but because I know the market prices of items of good quality, and their offers were very reasonable. It does require you to be paying attention to the prices of clothing, etc. but that is the case with all retail products, these days.

Made a return and was given less than I paid for the item. I had the receipt but my return (Levi Shorts) was on sale for BOGO half off when we bought one item. I also bought two Nike swimsuits, on BOGO half off. The register paired my Levi’s with my Nike’s and the manager refused to acknowledge my statement that Kohls was stealing $15 from me because of this. My issue and concern was never addressed by the manager and I Had to accept it for what it was. Not going back here

Iam giving kohls a five star rating and review today. I used the restrooms here today and I must say it has some of the nicest and cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen. Very clean and baby changing stations in all bathrooms even the men's and family restroom they have .the family restroom is an awesome feature if you have young kids as it has a low to the ground kid size toilet as well as a full size adult toilet .thank you guys keep up the cleanliness......

If you shop at Kohl's online, they always have discounts available to use that day. All Kohl's locations carry different items; so before heading to one, I suggest going to their website and look at items in store at your location only. This location is never super busy and clean. Lines are always short to checkout. Items in the store are all in their correct location, which is nice. Friendly staff members who are always willing to help you if needed.

They have a nice location. Staff appears a bit aloof. Do their job only and flatly. No smiles. No assistance. Example, asked for help finding golf apparel and was told they don't carry it. Turned to walk away and within ten steps we ran into a very small selection of golf clothing. Couple associates were in another area stocking but made an effort to ignore us via their own private conversation when approached. No apparent need for a stop.

Kohl's is a nice place to shop, although this particular store seemed short on basic inventory and you're virtually on your own - very few sales people to be found. It was uncomfortably warm in the store, despite pleasant temp outside. Seemed like very little movement of air in the store made it stuffy and uncomfortable. I left before looking at everything on my list. I will miss it, but I fear Kohl's is dying.

The people here are very friendly and welcoming. The manager Katie is very knowledgeable and professional. She walked around asking customers if they needed help finding anything and stayed with me until I found exactly what I was looking for. For a manager to assist each customer like she does makes me feel like a priority in the store. Great Kohl's!

I walked in there and instantly felt uncomfortable. . the staff was staring at me stalkerish. So I was petty and grabbed a ton of clothes which I planned to buy but I tried them on And just left them at the spot with the items you don't want . Kohl's stop thinking everybody is stealing. Because there is still people in this world who do not steal

Seems like every time I go there the layout is different. The last time I was there all the men's stuff was on one side and then I walked into today and all the men stuff is on The other side. I don't know if I was just remembering things wrong or maybe I was in a different store. I don't know, but I wish they'd keep things the same sometimes.

Both bathrooms being cleaned at 10am, not one of the 3 employees in the store even acknowledged us, jewelry section not open nor anything out to look at! Toy section not recovered and signed through out the store not showing pricing. How you have fallen! Once upon a time you had great customer service. I guess the customer isn't 1st anymore.

This kohls has gone downhill. The selection is horrible. Went to look for a dress shirt and they had about four colors and few sizes. Most colors are Easter colors too. I’m not a five year old. I used to shop at kohls all the time and now I can’t find anything. Most of the jeans are out of stock too. Kohls what is going on??!!

It has been over a year since i visited this store because.... at that time it reminded me of a second hand store with merchandise here and there even on the floor. It just felt trashy. I went in this time and it was totally different. It looks and feels like a well maintained department store. I will shop there more often.

Double charged me for a pair of pants. Offered no apologies. I left my sunglasses in the changing room for maybe 10 minutes. When I went back to get them the room was cleared and the sunglasses gone. Clearly someone who works there pocketed them. So go to to Kohl’s and get ripped off and your stuff stolen. Totally low rent.

Great employees. Very nice. Complimented me when trying on new business outfits to show my friend. That helped a lot when it came to deciding what to purchase. Very quiet, clean and great dressing rooms! Which are hard to find now a days. Discounts are phenomenal! Spent $215.00 BUT I SAVED $181.00!!!

Costomer service department is horrible. Long line then I finally get to the front and the cashier rings up an employee and takes a customer phone call while I stand in front of her. Excuse me but I am in front of you help me first!!! I will go back to Desert Ridge, they treat their customer right.

Love having this Kohl's store nearby! I always get super deals here between using coupons and Kohl's cash. Their website has issues but I won't hold that against the store. I like to order online and then pick up in store. The pick up is now automated, so no need to wait in line; easy in and out!

The cashier working the Men's department on 11/17 around 9:30 pm was so gracious to take care of us in a way that is above and beyond normal customer service!! She definitely deserves a raise and choice of schedule for her amazing dedication to Kohls. I highly recommend shopping at this store!

It was my first time to try this place and I was satisfied. Everything is organized and clean. With GREAT SELECTIONS (High quality) yet economical. I truly appreciate Noah & Yo for assisting me. Both of them were friendly, respectful, and efficient. I will recommend this place to my friends.

Friendly staff but dressing rooms were FULL of lint and dust. I couldnt move around it without visible dust being moved into the air. Large stacks of clothes were misplaced on shelves as if a team member put the sign in the wrong area or just put the items in the wrong space.

Well, this place is really nice! Clean bathrooms, tidy floors, tidy shelves, etc! But, there is something that is very noticeable, even before covid. The place feels empty and feels like it has no life. Other than that it’s very nice and should be acknowledged for it.

Went for an Amazon return and the lady that helped me was super nice and even engaged my young son in conversation. However when I went to buy something, far too many of the shelves were completely empty and the service at checkout was lacking.

Kohl's cash is a pretty genius marketing method. The clearance section frequently has some good picks that I grab, otherwise I usually only buy something that I came there to buy rather than just something I see because they're pretty pricey.

Causes a nice store for men and women's clothing and some household items. It's not quite Macy's, but it's better than Walmart. The only problem I have with it is there's never enough of help. Plenty of parking in this big plaza.

This Kohl's location is by far the most disorganized Kohl's I have visited. Hard to find sizes in denim in men's, usually stocked out on common sizes in infant sizing, and never have enough employees to check out customers.

This is by far the smallest Kohls I've ever seen so I prefer to go to the Phoenix stores because the Prescott Valley store is slim on merchandise. It's a shame because I would prefer to shop local.

Had to go to a funeral while I was in town. Went to Kohl's to get a sport jacket shirt pants tie and shoes. Prices were great. I put it all together for less than a hundred bucks. Thanks Kohl's!

Love the clearance section through out the store. There are almost always coupons available online so you will rarely buy something that isn't on sale or you can't find a coupon for.

Mainly only come here for pickup orders, clean store, haven’t had issues except I noticed few items didn’t have a price and couldn’t find an area to scan and find out the cost
