I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this salon, and I feel compelled to share the details of my encounter with the staff. When my wife made a reservation, the receptionist displayed complete disregard for customer service. Instead of asking about my wife's hair condition, she was more focused on pushing promotions and explaining the online reservation process. On the day of the appointment, the stylist abruptly informed us that they couldn't proceed with the perm due to a previous bleach treatment, leaving us shocked and disappointed. To make matters worse, they refused to refund the $100 deposit, claiming it was beyond their authority. When I tried to escalate the issue by requesting the owner's contact information, they were uncooperative and hesitated, revealing a lack of professionalism. One staff member, seemingly unaware of how to handle the situation, even admitted not knowing the owner's contact details. Amid numerous frustrating phone calls and attempts to involve the owner, we finally got a promise of a refund. However, the lack of proper communication and training among the staff members was evident throughout. The refund only came a week later, without any acknowledgment of their mistake or an apology. The staff's disregard for customers and lack of professionalism was disheartening. Additionally, I find it disconcerting that the staff, who apologized to my wife for the refund delay, lacked the context of the situation. Such apologies should have come directly from the owner, who, unfortunately, seemed unapproachable. Regrettably, I can only give a 1-star rating on Google Reviews, but it's unfortunate there isn't a zero or a minus option. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and implements necessary changes for a more respectful and customer-friendly environment.

I got my hair dyed brown with no bleach and got a cut from Joseph. He was very patient and knew what would suit me best when it came to my cut and style.
