I know my English is very poor. That’s why I can’t speak English fluently. But I can understand a little bit. When I went to this Pharmacy to pick up my Daughter’s medicine. Some staff of this Pharmacy has behaved very bad for me. But some of this staff are very good too. One day before, The doctor send the prescription around noon. Tomorrow, I went to pick up the medicine at around 11 am. One of the staff told me the medicines are not ready now. Come at 1: o’clock. But I requested her because I could not go to pick up the medicines at that time. I had to go to work at 12:30 on this day. But she didn’t listen to me. She has rudely talked to me. she said ‘ I told you. I can’t make it ready for you now. some other staff was laughing looking at me. I feel bad looking at those situations. I wanna give some suggestions for this staff. Please, don’t do such kinds of bad behavior to the other person. Treat same behavior for all the people those who don’t know English and please try to understand them. Don’t laugh listening to their English. And also don’t judge looking their personality, way of English speaking, dresses up of their clothes. Thank you,

Called to have a one percription filled. Mind it it was faxed three days before hand It was 11:30 AM on a Sunday,and I was told it would be 2 O'clock before it would be filled? LOL! This isn't the first time I have delt with there slow service. Three hours to fill a 30ct script,what a joke! This place is the worst Kroger pharmacy around. Do yourself a favor,unless you have all day to get your meds,just go somewhere else folks. I'm not usually one to give bad reviews,but in this case it was warranted. The staff is rude all the time,and one pharmacy tech can hardly speak proper English. If I could give a ZERO star I would have. ZERO STAR Rating here for sure. They need to get all new staff for sure,if they are that slow. Glad I wasn't getting nitroglycerin pills for a heart condition or I just might have keeled over in the lobby,No joke.

Absolutely rude technician. I had an appointment at 11:30 for a simple vaccine. Was made to wait 45 minutes just to be seen with an appointment. Technician found it more important to put an order away then service a customer with an appointment. Horrible customer service. The pharmacist actually threatened to not give my vaccine because she felt the paper I set on the counter falling to the floor was me throwing it. Please manager watch the video. I was threatened and harassed. I dont know if I feel safe even going back into that Kroger. Do not recommend go to any other pharmacy.

Sometimes the workers here are full of it. They sent me a message saying bring my insurance card with me when I pick up my prescription now I'm sitting here sick about to throw up everywhere because they were to dumb to fill the prescription before I arrived. It's sad that humanity has almost no common sense now.

This pharmacy’s team is the best ! They actually care about you and show you the respect you deserve . Especially when you’re sick , they get your prescription filled as soon as they can . They will call and get prescription transferred . They also have prescriptions in stock . I highly recommend this pharmacy .

Kroger at corner of Nolensville rd and old hickory Blvd is the slowest pharmacy I've ever dealt with. It's so frustrating. Even if I call in advance, they get it wrong. Why can't they hire more people to help make it more professional and faster. I'm tired of having to drive back, all the time.

Slowest half service of all the krogers. Go down the road to mill creek- they never answer and if they do you're on hold forever. The window is rarely open and always a line. Its not an employee problem its an urgency problem- they have no urgency what so ever. The worst.

Where service goes to die. They literally leave you on hold for ten minutes and then hang up on you if you don't answer in TWO SECONDs. This has happened over four times now. I'm sorry wanting to file a prescription is such a burden.

Once I got to know most the staff they're really nice and polite to me! Actually filled a script I needed and it was time for lunch but they got it together for me before they closed for lunch! I'm satisfied with my pharmacy!

This place is cleary ran by someone that doesn't care. The staff are often rude and food is expired. We drive past this one to the Kroger on Edmonson Pike, they somehow manage to run the exact same store in a proper way.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are regularly 2-4 hours later than they say things will be ready, are rude on the phone, and really don't even seem to care. Avoid at all costs

Sameena is one awesome person. She goes above and beyond to help patients. It is difficult to find excellent customer service, but here it is!

I went in for a flu shot and wait time was kind of long and expected since the season is here, pharmacy staff was professional

The pharmacy keeps canceling my prescription with no explanation. This is dangerous because I need my medication to function.

Stephanie is by far the rudest employee here. I dread coming to get my meds if it means i have to interact with her.
