Would also give 0 stars if I could. Terrible experience, my therapist was on her phone throughout my massage. Kept pressing way too hard even after I repeatedly asked her for medium pressure. I asked her atleast 7 times, but she still did not ease up on the pressure level. She didn't seem to have any knowledge or expertise in massaging. It was the kind of massage that showed inexperience. The kind you could get from anyone, like a sibling, or partner. She said if I want a good massage I should book with the other therapist. She spoke loudly to my partner's therapist throughout the massage. Worst massage experience ever.

When I parked at the designated parking space on the premises I locked my car and checked the doors. Only to find my car gone when I returned from the Spa 30 min. later. The lady at the desk asked her boss "what did we do last time" When I asked him if this happened before he said No and that a car can be stolen in 30 seconds. Zero sense of responsibility for the security of the vehicles of his customers. Maybe time to invest in a security guard?

Very good service and a lovely massage. Staff were friendly and knew exactly what to do. 3stars because the massage bed needs improvement or maybe a proper massage bed should be used. Other than that, well worth a visit for a deep tissue massage or any of the other affordable services such as reflexology.

Absolutely delightful place with a warm setting. Helpful host and owner on hand making guests feel comfortable. Excellent value for money and generous portions. Definitely 5 stars in my book
