Horrible services. I purchased a R40 Superman iron on patch from the online store, when I received the item and attempted to iron it onto my denim jacket, the patch did not stick. I was very disappointed and so I contacted the business through a social media platform on instagram. The owner contacted me and told me to try stick it on again, I did so and replied by saying it still did not work. The owner then asked for my order number and assured me they would send me a new badge. However it is almost a month now ( contacted the business on the 17th of October 2020) and the owner has made no effort to return my calls or reply to my direct messages over instagram. Very dissapointed in KwaitoKoeksister and will no longer support their business due to poor service and lack of attentiveness.

I ordered 5 patches from their online shop, they were delivered soon after ordering and I only got 4 out of the 5 patches, I logged a complaint and got a call from the owner within minutes assuring me that the patch I didn't receive will be shipped ASAP. This is some absolutely incredible service, I wish all companies cared this much about their consumers, I highly highly recommend this website just because of the shock I got when I was contacted immediately and my issue was resolved without any effort, thank you for providing such a great service, I hope to see your business grow, I will be promoting it to everyone I know.

Such a fun experience ordering from Kwaito Koeksister! I ordered a really cool, reversible mask with Nirvana on it and I love it. The item was delivered really quickly and I was kept up to date with the shipping process so I knew when to expect my order. The best shopping experience EVER. They phoned me when they didn't have my size, got it delivered the next day, one clothing garment wasn't included. I got refunded and they still shipped the piece, I've never been so chuffed when shopping. Please support them, clothes are amazing quality!
