BEWARE!! Unsafe area with broken washers and dryers. No attendants, No TV, Filthy place with homeless people sleeping on the premises. I was the only one washing my cloths at 6:30 pm. I used a washer selecting hot water and got a cold rinse. Spin cycle left the clothes soaking wet so I had to use extra $$$ on their broken filthy dryers! The only reason I came to this location was that I still had $21.00 on my prepaid card and I was refused a refund at the Nocogdoches location. Look for my videos on TicTok! The attendant at the Nocogdoches location was hostile and abusive when I complained about their filthy washers not having hot water and not working. This is the biggest rip off around! They should shut this place down! The tags on their broken washers and dryers are dated 5/23/2023, that's over six months ago and they are still not repaired! Again, the few washers/dryers without tags indicating broken are NOT functioning properly!! Run!!!

Out of order out of order out of order. The machines that’s not out of order will be hot or miss because it fills up too quickly and will go through the entire wash cycle to spin dry in about 10-12minutes. The one older lady who works there, she’s kinda ok on being helpful. But there’s two other guys that I’ve noticed that worked there. One is a younger one that sits in the back glued to his phone with his hat down and then another older one but that guy literally STAYS IN HIS CAR the entire time. At first I thought maybe they were homeless because I always would see the car there but one day I seen him come inside to go and get something from the employee room but he went back to his Grey car. Completely useless employees honestly just like the machines with the exception of the older woman.

The place is horrible first time here. Change dispensers do not work properly they will steal your money. With the money you spend in this dump you're better off putting a washer and dryer on layaway.Most of the machines are broken down and out of order. The machines are also filthy. The machines tell you to pay 350 and they charge you double the amount. There is no attendant to help you. If you wash your clothes there you're on your own. The clothes to not come out clean. You're better off bringing your clothes to the Riverwalk and bring a scrub board with you can do a better job by hand. Bathrooms are also padlock so if you have a bladder problem bring a bed pan. Well that's all I have to say about that

I don't want to even give it a star but if you lose money on machine theirs no one here to help you...Go to West Ave N Braesview . They have better machines there's always an attendant there if you lose your money at Kwik wash on Blanco and west Ave find fn* number. To get ur money's back no one is there and no number too call machines are always broken down and people have an ugly attitude of leaving clothes in both washers / Dryers and lots of them are from the hood so don't take them out. I leav things alone I timed it once, it was an hour. Hate this place....

WARNING BRING YOUR OWN WASHER AND DRYER. Lol Went here cause it was way closer to my place perhaps I should of read reviews first. More then half of the machines are out of order and the machines have work orders on there that were dated like 3 months ago. Even some of the machines that don't say out of order look broken. Everyone was fighting over machines. The place is very dirty. My clothes didn't wash or dry right. Vending machines didn't work and the food looks old. Didn't look like anyone was working there. Don't waste your time coming!

Good laundromat, usually clean, detergent and coin machine are usually in stock. They have a soda and snack machine and a Restroom. Well I used one of those big fancy washers and everything was good until the end where the machine said some kinda error, cannot unlock it's lock. Called up the service line and told me that they would have a guy there in a couple of days and couldn't do anything about my clothes... Left without my clothes and still waiting for my call(s) to be returned.

This laundromat has like 40 washer and 20 dryers and 8 washers and about 8 dryers work, it's been like this for more than 6 months, the attendant is here probably 2 days out of the week and she never has an answer for anything it's always idk, the TV is out and if you loose money because a washer or dryer isn't working but has no sign you can't get your money back. This is the only reasonable laundromat in n the neighborhood. Owners should keep up with this busy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is horrible. Staff is lazy and sit around and when you ask for assistance the look annoyed. They don't even wipe down the machines in between users. Coin machine is broke every week. Most of the machines are ALWAYS broke! Went by the other day and for some reason at 11am the doors was locked and no sign in sight saying why! The laundromat on Patricia is much better! I will not return here ever again!

Many of the machines are marked in various ways as not working. Today I put my soap in and two quarters only to find out the machine did not work. Come on, how difficult is it mark the machines correctly as working or not. Of course there is more money to be made not doing that because there is no way to get a refund. The LED screen on the washer said to contact an attendant. There was no attendant anywhere in site.

This place is a dump. I’m washing my blankets now only because I’d already gone through the trouble of putting my things in the washers. When attempting to get a money card using my bank card - I was unsuccessful. Had to go to the family dollar store to get cash to use the money machine. 95% of the washers are “OUT OF ORDER” and there is NO ATTENDANT. Stay away. Go across the street to the SPIN XPRESS.

Very bad service my niece brought a bag of chips and they were out date and her clothes got stick in the washer and noone want there to help her and noone is there work the restroom always lock and if u don't have card the machine doesn't give you one and always homeless people in there agure with each and loud and cruise and people that are washer there someone need to be there the place always dirt

This place is filthy and more than half the machines are out of order. You can't put coins in the machines anymore, you have to buy a card to load and you end up spending more money than if you just inserted coins. I will never come back here again. The floors are so dirty, there are dryer sheets everywhere on the floor, along with trash and everything else.

What is going on with this place are the owners ever going to tend to this place??? Only 5 washers and 4 dryers work here. This is where it's affordable to do your laundry in this area... It use to be so clean and the machines worked now it's so dirty and messy... I hope the owners really get to fixing the machines..

Machines are always broken for every 5 machines 3 or 4 are broken . It's cooler outside usually then in the laundry mat no ac here. They dont have anyone till late at night to help you if something is wrong with a machine. They have someone the comes to wipe down and clean up and lock up the place and that's it.

This place is perfect for a laundromat in the area. Very nice people and clean machines. I checked around the area since I'm new to SA and couldn't find anything that is simple and comfortable to sit and wait for my clothes to finish. OH plus side is i can load my laundry card with my credit card and/or cash.

For the washers, you need to load a proprietary card... However, not only were several rows of machines broken, the card dispenser itself was broken. (Not to mention the bathroom was also out of order.) Was unable to even use the laundromat because of how neglected it was.

place is clean and has a representative on location for security. representative cannot help with machines. no wifi available. no restrooms available. half of large washers are inoperable. i was happy with pricing. dryers worked well. last wash starts at 8:30 PM

Most washers and dryers are out of order, and nothing ever seems to get done about it. And the ones that do work either do not fully drain, dry, or are only partially operational in some way. There is a complete lack of cleanliness of any kind.

I hate this laundry, but the location is convenient. There are more machines that are broken than ones that work. You HAVE to use their card to pay IF the devises are working, you MIGHT be able to get one or load funds. Overall just neglected.

I had no problems. Lots of open, working machines and there was someone there to help if you needed it. The card is easy to load, for refills, and also makes washing experience easier as you don't have to carry actual cash. Easy.

There's no one that works there, no machines work properly, clothes get stolen, food is old and hard, the facility is disgusting and gets unbearably hot in there. Please save your time, money and sanity and go to spinxpress.

While this location is not open 24hrs like the laundromat I normally go to it's still a good laundromat. It's clean and they updated the washers and dryers to operate on a prepaid card so you don't need a bunch of quarters.

You have to buy some sort of card to use the machines but the card vending machine charged me $5 but didn't give me a card. Not clean, most washers not working. Nobody on duty to help.

Don't pour your soap in until you know for sure the machine is working...I had to upload three loads and wasted the soap after finding out afterwards the card readers don't work …
