Great service. On Black Friday, despite the frenzy, I was served like a Queen unlike Browns!!! They brought me a multitude of boots to try on according to the criteria I had requested. I found exactly what I wanted there. Thank you so much! You have made me loyal!!!

Very professional, the owner who has no control over herself and who threatens to "shut down her eye". I'm never going to this store again, it's just incredible the lack of respect. Insulting and threatening is definitely no way to handle a problem.

I bought a pair of boots and the first time I used them my feet tore at the heel, the boots are super hard and uncomfortable. As they were on sale, they are final sale without exchange without refund, meaning I will no longer be able to use

I bought three pair of shoes at promotion 30% , trusting the size 41 is right ( size10) unfortunately they do not fit and are not true to size, I could keep the sandals but the other two I had to return and they gave me a store credit !!

Avoided this store the owner is a weirdo! If you want to be threatened with a fist in the face (I'm quoting the owner), you just have to come home with a camera in your hand!

The return/exchange policies are crazy however, huge thank you to Selina for making my cowgirl dreams come true on the tightest of time constraints before my trip.

Be careful with their returns and exchanges policy if you buy online. The sizes are inconsistent and it's the most frustrating experience I've ever had trading.
