I got Luke's details from Google, in a panic to fix a badly leaking tap. He answered his phone immediately and was at my home within 2 hours after completing another call out. Luke was competent, extremely helpful and courteous throughout.He returned the following day with the required parts. He was great at communicating, both to show me what had broken and explaining how it worked, but also to let me know ahead of time when he would be here. in short, he was a joy to work with, very reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend him.

Luke is the probably the best tradie plumber I have used. He is super professional and communicates brillantly from initial contact till completed job. Our Job was a water pressure issue and he was able to identify the problem and quickly fix for us. I would not hesitate in recommending Luke to friends and others who need a local northern beaches plumber. I can now get my bathroom back from the teenager who didn't like the water pressure in the other shower, yah!

Luke has helped us out several times now and each time has shown himself to be knowledgeable, prompt and competent with his service. He has gone above and beyond on occasion when we required a new cistern for our toilet. He took the time and care to find us one, even travelling to Belrose to obtain the correct cistern. In my opinion, Luke is the best plumber on the northern beaches. I contacted him via Google on the weekend, requesting a quote. He got back to me on the weekend and arrived on Tuesday at the time he said he'd be there. Arranged for a day and time to do the job, again on time and the new pipe was replaced quickly and efficiently - Highly recommended
