Today I spent over $400 on various wines, liquors and beer. After coming home, I recognized the 24 of Stella purchased only contained 3 packs of 6 beers. When I came back to the store to exchange the 18 Stella for a 24 (that I paid for), Saul the customer service representative accused me of stealing a 6 pack of beer. He repeated that "the tape" showed all 4 containers of Stella were in the 24 box, however there was only 3. The level of nepotism, rude interrogation and ineptitude by this customer service representative was so overwhelming that I will no longer ever enter this LCBO location. It is disrespectful to accuse your customers of stealing, when they have in fact paid for their items. If anyone actually reads these comments, I implore immediate training for your customer service representatives. I hope no future fairly-paying customers have to experience the shame and embarrassment I felt. Also perhaps, ensure your 24 boxes of beer actually contain 24 bottles.

A lot of variety of liquor options available in this store. Staff is nice and supportive. Being a newcomer to Canada It was so confusing troublesome for me to select the liquor of my choice. I asked a staff member who was busy in setting the new stock in racks. He was so cooperative and with a lot of patience, he answered my queries, finally, I was able to pick a whiskey and wine according to his suggestions. The whiskey turned my favourite for many months.

I had very bad customer service experience at this store. One of the white lady who was in her mid 40s was at cashier. She didnt even say hi and was very rude to me and has big time attitude by telling me to show her ID in a very disrespectful manner. Worst LCBO employee i have ever seen in my entire life. Hope she gets fired. I forgot to take her name down coz i was in hurry that day.

LCBO has a huge store in Toronto downtown liberty village which has variety of drinks with fair prices. Their delivery take a little longer, I prefer to walk 5 minutes and pick anything i wanted from there. LCBO has several professional personnels where other alcohol stores don’t. I really like their local produced beer .

Good selection of inventory with fully stocked shelves. Well stocked wine section showing wine rankings (takes the guesswork out of selecting the right wine). Knowledgeable staff and well trained in their products, providing good customer service. It can be a busy store, and the line up moves quickly. Highly recommended.

Stock management at this location is a big failure. It has been a common theme for quite ordinary items to be out of stock at this store, making me consider other locations. I'd prefer to ride the bus for 20 minutes but actually get to buy what I'm looking for, rather than walk 5 minutes and return empty-handed.

You rate LCBOs based on experience and staff, because the selections rarely vary. This place has a good selection but the staff is awesome. Especially that tall, broad-shouldered gentleman with the long hair. I can't remember this name. He helped me with everything I needed and had an excellent sense of humour.

The worst customer service . The rep called ‘Rob’ who is an older men with terrible attitude, no help whatsoever, annoyed by everything. He should not be in customer service. He might be one of the managers. But you should retire him ASAP, it’s been years of consistent terrible attitude towards everyone.

In good times or bad there is the place to be. Conveniently located with a healthy stock of most everything as I could see is to be had here. Sought out some Aussie brands and with the helpful staff finding ones desires an even easier task. Shelves are stocked the store clean and check out a breeze.

Hiding away inside Liberty Village makes this LCBO a great get-in-and-get-out location. Bonus points for being one of the few locations that are open till 10, sometimes even later during holiday seasons. That way, you're not left scrambling around trying to get there before it closes.

Medium sized store with medium grade selection. The staff is pretty awesome, good with purchase advice and easy returns for spoiled product & friendly. Speedy checkout even when it gets busy. If you see a lineup outside, don't worry, you'll get through it in a few minutes. Cheers.

Late shift workers are out of luck if they want a drink after work due to the LCBO's lack of extended business hours. No such chokehold in Quebec or Alberta, but here in Ontario we are all bound and inconvenienced by the archaic rules of the LCBO party poopers.

This LCBO has some great staff. I always enjoy saying hello to these people and having a quick chat, even during a pandemic. Thanks guys and gals for offering friendly service, even though I know--because I've witnessed it--customers don't always make it easy.

A fairly good selection of alcohol. The sales people are quite helpful, not too knowledablet though. There is one male cashier who is very friendly and nice to chat with. Makes you feel appreciated. Kudos to him. I like shopping there. Please visit.

Pretty good selection. It’s busy end of day and before weekends. They keep moving things around so it takes time to Huns stuff down. The staff on the floor are helpful, but there is 1 checkout person (far lane) that’s super slow and somewhat lazy.

Woah! Just got yelled at by the store supervisor for standing in the wrong line. I told her I didn’t realize as the signs weren’t clear to me and she proceeded to correct me that they are very clear. Not a good experience or start to my day.

Large and spacious location. They have convenient 20 minute parking spots if you have to run in quickly grab something. Note: This location is fairly busy on Fridays after work. They have a great selection of ciders!

Cashier was super rude. Didn't respond to my greetings, but that's okay. Then took 5 mins to recognize me in my ID which was clearly me, but whatever, the manager helped with that. Also got racist vibes from him.

Large vintages section. Large and spacious with a good variety of liquors and beers too. Could maybe use a couple more cash registers or just avoid during the typical busy times (right after work/weekends)

Picked up a bottle of Vintage- Pinot Noir from France... They have great selection, love this location...! Even though it's not massive, it feels spacious and opened from all of it's natural lighting.

Good alcoholic beverages . Iam not sure what review I should put for a government operated place but I guess we can say it is better than other government operated liquor places like TASMAC in India

Smaller LCBO, but good selection of wines. The liquor selection is okay too. It gets pretty busy on weekends and holidays so the wait can be long and it's a small store so it's quite crowded.

Great selection, iffy recommendations. Large variety of beers. The personal recommendations written for some drinks is a nice touch, however, some of the recommendations aren't the greatest.

An employee named Howard at this LCBO is the best. You will be lucky if you get him as your cashier. He is full of life and it would not surprise me if he moonlights as a standup comedian.

Kind of busy, lines can get very long here but glad there is 15 minute parking all over this area. Some of the aisles look a little dirty but everything else is same as all the other lcbos

Small, but with wide selection and helpful staff. The store has a simple and easy to navigate layout unlike many larger LCBO locations, making it a great place for a quick stop.

It's a smaller LCBO otherwise I would have provided 4 stars, because the selection is decent, but not great. The staff however are super friendly and they have regular tastings.

They're always sold out of what I'm looking for and I think the staff are having a contest to see who can be the rudest and slowest. Probably my least favorite location.

The staff working here is very unprofessional, especially the bald guy with the spectacles. He doesn't want people to shop there as he speaks rudely with customers.

Ripe with hipsters buying craft beers while wearing suspenders and flannel. The lineup is often 15 mins or so, be prepared but otherwise good selection.

Perhaps not the best wine selection in Toronto, but extremely friendly and helpful staff, and the items that they do carry are almost always in stock.

Finally found some Naughty Otter beer at this location! Great Ontario craft brew, give it a shot. This is a good LCBO and has a good selection.

My go to place, the displays are always full and clean. I can find anything and everything pretty easily. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Not the biggest LCBO, but a normal selection of most of the alcohol you'd want. A very large wine section, a smaller spirits section.

Lines are long. Covid, nothing to be complained with. Staffs are helpful. Make sure not to get in during rush hour, you’ll be fine.

They didn't have the double oaked woodford reserve i was looking for. But the original woodford is still good so its all good
