If I could give no stars, I would. Worst customer service ever!!!!!. Stood there waiting for a cashier for a while and two employees saw me and did not say a word. Then the cashier eventually came and took the guy behind me because she had a bottle for him. Still not one word spoken to me. And when I said something, she wanted to argue with me. Her name was Kerriann. I never write reviews but this was horrible customer service and the employees were so rude. Next time I'll be sure to give the same attitude right back because they seem to not care there

Selection of products from around the world. Also, Lot of varieties of Canadian/Ontario Craft Beers. SALE also ongoing with different products. We have, a lot of choices of wines, strong alcohols. Service is amazing, very helpful to find the right drink to check out. Very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

Very nice store, well managed... good variety of stocks. You get wine, beer, vodka, rum, zin, whiskey, single malt , bourbon etc. They give some special discounts as well as they have some points accumulating membership cards. Staffs are well behaved and help you if you need.

Very rude staff.. that old lady is just disgusting. She is racist . She really dont know how to talk to anyone.. she’s really bad with indian people. I never seen such a bad lady like this before in my entire life.. i will suggest everyone.. never go in this location Guys.

The location looks very fresh with a different style with the black trim and backdrop with the interior design. But you forget about that fast once you encounter the old miserable rude hollow cashier. She is absolutely disgusting. I do not know why she still has a job.

New kid on the block. One of the new stores with great interiors. Inviting with modern vibes and great displays and feature wall. However quite small compared to others in the neighborhood. Limited variety and options to choose from . Staff is also limited

Well stocked new location. I went due to articles going on and on about the size of the location but did not find it really felt any larger than older locations were built. Good selection, but notable in lacking a Vintages area.

Clean and staff are friendly. Still don't have the stock that most large LCBO's have as yet because they're new. But I'm sure it will become our regular spot.

This is a newly built LCBO that offers almost all types of liquor. I enjoyed the appearance and feel of the store as well as the level of service I received.

If an older Caucasian lady is working cashier, don't greet her with a "hi how are you doing today" cause it always a miserable day for her.

The valuable items are kept inside the office, but no sign instructs customers to ask a staff member if they want it.

The staff is amazing well educated about products and tastes. Excellent customer service and great new environment.

I'm from Alberta where liquor stores have excellent craft beer selection and each store carries a unique selection.
