Had the most outstanding customer service experience from Phillip today! Not only did Phillip help me shop around the store but when the product i wanted was out of stock he sold me the exact ingredients i need to make it at home. Very friendly person and customer service was amazing

It is a small LCBO. So, you won't get much of the variety with drinks here but, it is clean, less crowed (even on weekends). Cooler area is not too cold, so your drinks are not quiet ready to drink even if you take it from cooled area. Overall, it is a good one if you live near STC.

We bought a lot of alcohol for an upcoming wedding, and Enrica (unsure of spelling) was beyond helpful! She was very patient with us, gave us excellent recommendations, and even walked us to the cash, where she loaded everything for is. Wonderful service!!

Hands down the best customer service of all LCBO stores! Always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. Perfect location with ample parking. Kudos to the entire team, specially to ANDREW AND SARAH who offer exceptional customer service!

Pls fix the lines. The rules of where to go were unclear. Especially, when not all tills are open. I ended up going to the line that ended up at a cash that was open. The middle cash was closed and the ppl there that were in line first got

This is a fairly new location, but it is so organized and spacious. It used to be the Pier 1 Imports store, but since they went out of business, and LCBO took over this location, it's really impressive. They have their own designated beer

It’s a small store but actually very organized and clean. Well labeled sections and isles, easy to find things. I was actually very surprised. The staff was friendly and it wasn’t crowded at all. Parking is available in this store.

This place is always clean and pretty well stocked but what makes this location great is the friendly staff. The cashier girl today was so friendly and happy that it made my day. Very nice people at this location.

There's an old guy who doesn't have any manners om how to talk to their customers. I saw him talking rudely to the guy in front of me and he behaved the same way with me as well. Liked the store but not the staff.

Nice store. Great location. Friendly and courteous staff. I wanted a sparkling wine from another store out of town and a staff member promptly took my order. A few days later the wine was available for pickup.

All in all, good location, great selection, VERY friendly staff. I DO miss the beer carriers, and I wish there were a better defined lineup area for the cash registers, but they move you through pretty quick.

Philip Is the best, ultimate customer service. 100% understanding that some customers may have difficulty depending on circumstances shopping on their own. The whole staff is pretty cool.

I have ordered same pick up day at this LCBO and they were quick and accurate with the order. During this times you'll expect more delays but they were actually on point with the order.
