Remaining hospital management worst..worst ..worst. Please check the all bills & ask them. Doing scam, black mail for money & front officers behaviour like finance collection person. All are cheated. If you are raised any query about bills then will give you some discounts. Please take 0 (zero) ratings for this hospital. Reason for fraud hospital: 1) Main reason they will show you admission/treatment tariff--Don't trust . Please take the tarriff photo 2) at the time of billing/Discharge you can't imagine of the treatment charges. 3) How to scam us in bills--- if Doctor visit one time, they will add in bill 4 times visits & all check ups also same like this. 4) They will also show you hospital patient activity chart but it's also scam. 5) Totally prepared for looting money/scam/Fraud/behaviour like loan recovery/finance. Please....dont go anyone to this hospital.

One pharmacy person here is fraud. Treating all customers equally if not happening then sit at home. Dont drag ur personal thoughts and emotions during work and fraud customer by lying that certain medicine bill generation not possible as not registered on system. By keeping such negativity inside against according to mood and not giving 10-20 rs discount will not get you any big achievement in ur life. Dont work if you are coming out in market to throw ur black feelings on to strangers and customers for whom ur purpose should be always be helpful. appreciation cant be expected from people like u. Dont think people are stupid or fool. Customers are not. U will have to pay back for ur such mental behaviour.

Highly pleased with service. I was admitted here for dengue treatment. All the doctors treated me as their own. I recovered in 3days. Dr Salman the head doctor I believe , his words and motivation are enough to cure you faster. Dietician Dr Usha and other doctors who visited on regular basis were very kind and always informed me the right report and status of the health with some motivation. Sisters/nurses/compounders treated my concern as their own. They were attentive, caring and professional. During my treatment in hospital the cleanliness was well maintained. Every 5 hours the rooms were mobbed and cleaned. thanks to staff kasturi mam and santhama mam for maintaining hygienicity.

I would review negative for the management/staff at reception We were asked to come at 5pm and doctor has not come to see us until 6.20pm when I m writing this review. We understand that doctor can be late due to several circumstances. But there is no communication from the staff regarding the doctor. It’s high time for the hospital to work on operation efficiency. I am writing this review still waiting for the doctor in ER. I would rate hospital services as below Doctor- 5 star Admin staff- negative rating Nursing 3 star Hygiene- 3 star Response to call - 2 star Attitude of staff- 3 star I still regret for choosing this hospital for treatment.

We often visited this hospital for fever or any small viral. And every time the doc asked us to do every possible test which is not even required and if we say no then they won't agree to it. And won't even give antibiotics or saline before testing. At the end of the day every time the report came normal. And that test itself cost around 4k approx. Doc not giving some time to the body to work on antibiotics or saline and see if it can be work ! Every time they just want patients to put a hell lot of money and moreover they asked to admit for days just for small viral and spend an extra 2k -4k... I feel this is a business not care of health.

I took my wife three times twice for fever and once for loose motions. They force you to take blood test and admit every time, im okay to take blood test for fever. But last time when i went there for loose motions they took CBC test too. I was requesting them let my wife get drips first and checking her condition let's go for blood test. But they say it's for her benefits and i feel like they are looting money. I spent 4k for loose motion. I'm feeling bad that this hospital is looting money.

Worst behaviour of the staff in the reception. We called them for a doctor appointment, they took the number. I called them back after 30 mins, after knowing that I'm following up for the previous call. They said doctor is not picking we are still trying to reach. Everytime different person picks the call. No coordination between the staffs.they don't know who picks the call and who has answered what. I had bad experience in my direct visit also. What if we come for an emergency

For endoscopy appointment I have searched many hospitals and labs in jayanagar, there told me to come next day or after 2 days... Then I enquired in life care hospital, there have given me appointment same day and clearly explained that how many hours I need to be in fasting.... I went to the hospital Dr.Abdul Razak has done endoscopy and given the treatment... Excellent experience with the hospital.... All facilities are available in one place.... My sister keerthanna suffering from dengue disease from 3 days we got to known from the people has suggested life care hospital so we plan to admit her in this hospital so we frankly feel that so caring doctors supporting nurses and ayamma. To clean, on time providing information regarding pasent all the speciality and required things their here she recovered in shorter period of time . They are not 24/7. And there is not even a female nurse is available at 11:30PM, and when I asked that it’s a 24/7 emergency hospital so there should Be at least 1 or 2 females then he started telling that it’s our choice and we have 1 male doctor which is more than enough to treat. Better go to any other hospital who properly provides services. And please don't write 24/7 if you cannot provide services properly

The communication between staff and patients was severely lacking. I often felt uninformed about my treatment plan, test results,I observed instances of poor cleanliness and hygiene in my room and common areas, which raised concerns about infection control. Unfortunately, I encountered some staff members who displayed a dismissive and uncaring attitude towards patients, which created a distressing atmosphere.

Being new to a place, it was very difficult to get a good hospital while making sure the treatment is not hindered. This was the hospital we chose and that was a good decision. The doctor and the staff is very helpful in fact it was a quick recovery. The staffs are so generous and kind and very mindful. The admission and discharge process was also smooth. I would definitely recommend this hospital!

The reception staff guy is horrible and rude, we really had a very bad experience with this hospital. Though the doctors are good and take care of the treatment carefully, but the reception guy, staff are horrible. They charge extremely high. I don't recommend people to visit this hospital. I was admitted in this medical facility with Dengue. The prompt medical assistance provided by the Doctors and Staff is indeed commendable. Like other hospitals they don't extend your stay for unnecessary reasons. I just got discharged within 2 days. The rooms were always kept clean by the helping staff Kasthuri Aunty. The supportive and responsible staff here will ensure your speedy recovery.

I was recently admitted and was there for almost a week the staff were too friendly and made me feel very comfortable the doctors also were friendly took a great care They also maintained good hygiene cleaning very often. The hospitality is best. Why I am saying this is because I came here in an emergency for leg twisted condition, the casualty doctor has treated me so nicely with his very nice behaviour also he suggested to me what to do or what not to do in this condition. I know some people might be scared of going to the hospital, but trust this place , it's better than staying at home and suffering. The doctors and nurses are very friendly and helpful, and they know what they're doing. They have all the equipment and medicine you need to get better. They are not 24/7. I visted at late night regarding checkup and few medicines but no one at pharamcy, its just lights on. First of all the treatment I have got here is the best treatment, the way the doctor examines my problem is the best i have ever seen. The pharmacy guys were very helpful when I was having problems with money transactions. He also explained about the tablets and how to eat when to eat he was very good at explaining.

Good guality, charges reasonable and well trained and experienced staffs and Dr’s team, all Insurence applicable on out patient treatment, cash less insurances also available, Icu, opd consultation, dialysis ward’s, pharmacy, management team overall good and assurance.
