My husband and I moved to oran park 6 months ago and our property agent was Alana Morena. Our home was located on holden drive in Oran P. We've been renting for more than 5 years now and have never had an encounter like this before with our previous agents who were lovely and always so organised. Alana never did her job properly. Always disorganised, never answer her calls nor does she calls back. We were always chasing her up. When we would ask for things that needed to be done in the house or requested Alana to ask the owners about certain things, not once did Alana do her job on time. We waited weeks and months for a response and even after months of waiting, Alanas excuse was always 'oh im sorry i couldnt get in touch with the owners' which we knew was a lie. It was purely because she forgot to do her job and contact the owners. She also rarely responded to emails and when we would finally manage to get through to her on call, she'd say oh sorry ive been so busy or make up excuses. Busy with what? Every other tenant but us? Always lying. We asked for our bond back and Alana said she would give it however even that took her more than a month (which is longer than the legal time she can keep it) and she only gave us our bond after we repeatedly kept calling her over and over again to release it. Would not recommend her as anyones agent!

The Property Management service was poor, I have taken my properties to another agent. I collected my keys to take to the new agent but decided to check my properties first. They had damage I was not made aware of and the repairs I have requested to be undertaken have not been completed. It was Only about Money and not improving service for both tenants and landlords.. They have tried to charge me for leaving their Below Average service. I have since found other agents do not charge this fee. Fair Trading have reviewed this file closure fee and they don’t support or have never heard of a File Closure fee.. it’s simply a charge to keep your properties there so you don’t leave them and find better.. I had emails from them condescending my new agent which is also wrong.. I wouldn’t have left if I had good service.. I spent many nights and days stressing out which I no longer have too.. Please look elsewhere and take it from me.. Please don’t do business with them, look up my reviews and you’ll see I always leave 5 stars so for me to give 1 star is a rarity..

Your quickest response either for email or whatsapp message has been appreciatable as we are dealing interstate. You never turned us for any silly questions. Horrible customer service in the rental department. My mum was told very abruptly that there are no more granny flats with them (which there are, we have the internet....) and to look elsewhere after enquiring about 2. Will happily recommend everyone I know to look elsewhere when considering buying, selling or renting with your branch.

Was using them to manage my property. They have a notice period of 30 days if you cease using them, however I was charged 1 weeks rent for giving notice. Whats the point of having a notice period if you are going to be charged a penalty for giving notice anyway? Doesn't make sense.
