Unfortunately the people who own this company are nothing but property developers masquerading as your friendly neighbourhood real estate agent (if that is even a thing). I live two doors down from a house that Stephen Doyle purchased himself; he had it completely gutted and unnecessarily decimated every tree and shrub on the property. I personally spoke to the treeloppers he hired who said they had to remove at least two possums from their home in a giant old tree in the backyard of this house. And for what? To lay down turf, paint the house white, and rent it to young people and families who will most likely never even dream of owning just one humble home, let alone the several investment properties that I presume Stephen and Kathleen own. Please don’t fall for their act. These people are systematically ruining the beautiful suburb I am lucky enough to call home. The one I so gratefully share with possums, birds, lizards, snakes, bats, and even echidnas - but for how much longer?

Faultless experience - Professional, honest, hardworking and a pleasure to deal with! The Loyle Team is truly local, the live work and socialise in The Gap and are very professional and genuine about how they conduct business. Stephen has been an enormous support in getting my house ready and rented out. I had a number of agents visiting to offer their services, all good, but I doubt that they would have provided the support that I needed, as some stuff needed to be organised remotely. Also, the contractors Stephen suggested were great to work with and reasonably priced. The small team handles everything, and you don't deal with a separate salesperson, letting agent, tenant manager, maintenance manager etc, as with large agencies. It is just one person backed up by the team. Without a second thought, I would go with Stephen and Team Loyle again!

Kathleen & Stephen excel in every aspect of property. Sales as well as rentals. Not many agencies excel in both aspects like Brisbane Inner West manage to. They have an understanding of The Gap area and the community second to none. They genuinely care about their rental investors as well as their tenants. Stephen is the only property manager I have seen actually visiting his rental properties in extreme weather to back wash the pools to ensure the owners house is protected from flooding. Kathleen is the only property manager I have seen reach out to the community for assistance and physically help herself when a tenant has lost their belongings due to floods. They show professionalism with genuine personal care for both their investors and tenants.
