I have been coming here on the regular for close to a year. I tried other places but nothing comes close to the experiance I get here. The best and most amazing thing is the customer experiance before, during and after. When you book, you get amazing response time, they truly care about you and about providing great service. The mark of a great customer-orientated business is not how they handle themselves when everything goes well, but how they handle the situations when things go south and this place is 5+ Stars on every visit.

All of my friends can’t stop raving about our experience at this spa. We came here straight from the airport and they stored our bags for us while we went to have breakfast down the road. Having had terrible customer services at the wimpy down the road, our mood was immediately lifted by the friendly staff that welcomed us back. The treatments were absolutely amazing, the hot stone massage being a highlight. The staff was soooooo friendly and I absolutely can not wait to come back here when I land in Durban again.

Highly disappointed and injured. Seems like the staff are not accredited nor properly trained to use the equipment available. My natural nails were badly damaged and my husband was burned. A message to the owner returned an apology and a complimentary full body massage which we declined. A refund would have been more appropriate, however is was not my place to suggest that. We will not return nor recommend this spa to anyone.

My wife and I shared this experience, the massage and treatment , rejuvenating , the two ladies that attended to our treatment ,Carol and Candy were absolute angels , we left there feeling alive and years younger .I would give this establishment 10 out of 10 for friendly, professional and caring treatment. I would highly recommend all my friends and family to make use of this day spa.

Set in a busy area of the Durbans golden mile yet when you're inside the spa the hustle and bustle is somewhat silenced as you enjoy such fantastic service and treatment. All covid protocols are followed. Plenty parking available. Place is neat and clean and the therapists are so good at their jobs. Ayanda was amazing and i look forward to returning to La Vie En Rose.

I have to tell you that the massage I got today was the best I have ever had. We had to young ladies who gave of there best and a real artist - I feel 100% better as a result of her massage! It was the most amazing experience I ever had. I had my hair cut before deep tissue massage and pedicure. Thanks Lonney for your professional massage and Eva for the pedicure. The shop is clean and tidy, facing the Indian Ocean. I was melted in the nature and the energy was given from this amazing Nations~ Africans.

Recently came here with my family for a number of treatments and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the services! In particular I wanted to say thank you to Sneh & Londie for the amazing Massages and Noxy for the Soak Off! Thank you guys so much, we will definitely be visiting again :)

What a great massage I had from Noxy. It's a pity I am going back home. (Centurion). I would have loved to get a 30 min head massage. I was so impressed with her massage that I booked a massage for my sister who stays in Durban for Thursday. Thank you.

If you'll be using a hyperli voucher, don't send it to them in advance. I had to cancel my appointment due to being stuck in traffic as there was an accident and they said I'll forfeit it and can't reschedule.
