We been going to Lagerchinos for ages...yonks.....The last time we popped into Lagetchinos was in December last year. After meandering around the Sea Point Market on Saturday, we decide to head off to Largerchinos for our favourite meal. We arrived before 9pm and were told that the kitchen closes at 9pm. So, we hastly placed our orders for a large bacon Nachos and 3 pizzas. The pizzas were bland and burnt around the edges and so too the nachos. The nachos did not have the regular amount of bacon that we were used to. The waiter informed us that we would have to order extra bacon. Anyhoo, we did not order extra bacon. The avo was mixed with "cream cheese" which did not look very appetizing. All in all, we had a terrible experience and will not be back.

We used to come here all the time, and thought wow this food is amazing and delicious especially the pizza I got the same pizza every time and it was worth the price, so we thought let's have a family day at the beach and have an amazing lunch, the burger and chips is great and the service is good with friendly staff but the pizza is awful the only real issue is that the cheese is soo fake it tastes disgusting and ruined the whole pizza you taste nothing else, Its clearly a powder form cheese mixed with a liquid maybe water. It's not meant to be on pizza. We definitely won't be coming back, even my 4 year old daughter commented what is this, it's not cheese.

At first glance, Lagerchinos may seem a little rustic and rough around the edges; but upon closer inspection you will find a atmospheric restaurant, reasonably priced with amazing, unique flavours and a large variety of homey food. Apart from the usual kitchen made food, Lagerchinos also has a woodfired oven to make a variety of their starters (not just their amazing pizzas). Their Nachos can be matched by none and are perfectly accompanied by any one of their ice cold craft beers on tap. Close your eyes to the conventional and allow your senses to enjoy the marvel that is Lagerchinos Restaurant

Awesome food. Had Nacho's and the Rob's pizza... Both were AMAZING!!! Very tasty, very good portions and very well priced. Our waiter was also great, friendly and professional, he made sure we were happy with food and drinks, left, and only came back when he saw our table could do with some clearing (I'm not a fan of waiters constantly checking up on me and having to try and answer with a mouthful of food ) Not quite the place for a romantic dinner or a first date but heck, if you are hungry and just need a chilled vibe..... Then this is the place

Matty B is the best waiter and a good mannered chap. He deserves a medal of honor for his bravery and service to this establishment. The young man ordered our food and it was ready in under 5 minutes. I later spilled my drink and he came to clean it up and gave me a new one, on the house. Fantastic young gentleman best waiter I have witnessed in all my days. Mr Bowden deserves a raise and new new car. What a good sport he is! Cheers!

Very cosy, easy flow, great beer, Pizza and good lovely friendly people, great Vibe. Good Music, I said: Fire Oven Pizza. Great Burgers. And Verh Best of All their Sauce, Wow, Lekka, Tang. The Best. Friendly staff, Easy going, good chat, old friends, New meeting New Pam's Sauce, has finally a label. Wow, gjrl you go. Love the taste of Organic.

Lovely place, nice owners, nice workers. Lovy garden area, one of the. One of the more well priced places. Nice outside area.. I would use it yo do nice braai platters or make it more African style food... Our Xhosa style street food.. Chalaka, pap, meat... It doesn't have to be fancy, but would attract the crowds... We need it, be the one to do it... But try them out and see what you think...

Love this family owned business where one feels welcome when entering the door. Great staff and the food and ambience is to die for. Lovely secure outside play area for kids.All credit to the Chef's. Definitely the best pizzas made in a real wood oven. .When our grandkids come visit and we go out for a meal they always insists Uncle Rob PIZZAS PLEASE!!!

Don’t bother asking for a reservation they will give it away to anyone. I booked a table for 6pm the day before. I got there at 5:45 when I walk in and ask for our table I was told that I was too late and that they had given it to someone else then told me that I should be earlier next time.

A little hidden gem. A casual and relaxed atmosphere. Pizzas are nice and greasy. Menu is the pub styled and filled with juicy meaty comfort foods. * outdoor seating * Bar * kid friendly * inside seating with the view of a pizza oven (lekker warm in winter) Meal service is GREAT!!

Its a nice place dont get me wrong its an awesoe atomosphere beers great but the guy overcharged me i only had 3 boston lagers and 2 whale ales and they overcharged me for 4 boston lagers and 3 winter ales thats so wrong cz i still gave hime a 10 percent tip im not that drunk but guess what i wont come back again cheers!

Had the seafood and margarita pizza. I wouldn't recommend their food. I cant put my finger on how bad it tasted. We will be leaving these pizzas outside for anyone that wants them. But I cant, in fear of getting sick to my stomach. Apologies for the bad review. But someone needs to apologize to me for the horrible food.

I wil never forget this night it was the best night of my life I did enjoy myself thanks food was very nice ☺️☺️

Wood fired pizzas, burgers, ribs, etc. A beautiful smoking area under the open sky, with parasols and trees for shade, over the tables.(though my partner hated the uncovered sand going into her sandals) A wooden Jungle Jim for the kids... Very nice place, near the beach, miniature golf, and water slides.

Food is good! Quick service and nice staff. It's a neighborhood pub with a great pizza oven.

A great place with a relaxed casual atmosphere, good service and good food and lots of parking nearby. Their pizzas are excellent - one of the best thin pizza bases I've come across. The decor is a bit dated and washed out but otherwise highly recommended. Oh and it's pet friendly. More

Lagerchino's has a great vibe, honest wholesome food, garden area with kid's playground for al fresco eating out with your kids, and is situated right near the beautiful Surfer's Corner in Muizenberg, in the Southern Peninsula of Cape Town. Grab your pints and a pizza!

A nice little pub that has a fun an environment. It's got outdoor and indoor seating. Their pizza is just "okay", especially their banana and bacon pizza (not worth trying). The friendly waiter made the experience much better than it could have been, though!

I love the pizzas so thats my reason for definitely not skipping this piece of heaven. The staff are super friendly, they have an outside garden to chill. The owner Rob is always around and a really hands on boss with a smile. Atmosphere is great.

Friendly, laid-back stop to relax after a busy week. Small play set for little kids, and well priced good food.

I've become less and less impressed with this place over the last 2 years. 0 effort to maintain the place. It's now the local dive. Beer and a pizza oven do not a restaurant make.

Probably the worst place to eat in the area. Nice beer garden, but it's always a bad sign when the fries come uncooked.
