209 CASTLEREAGH ST We loved our CBD apartment, 1 block from Hyde Park, 1 block from Town Hall station, 2 blocks from DJs dept store and 2 blocks from Haymarket restaurants. Coffee downstairs, coffee to the left, coffee to the right and coffee straight ahead. There is construction but there's always construction. There's even a fire station round the corner but its all part of city living. We had the best balcony deep, wide and covered. It was like an outside room and we spent a lot of time there. You get to watch all the protests as they head up to Hyde Park. We move around a lot, currently in Singapore but Castlereagh is one of our faves. Good real estate manager as well. I bought my house from here (the Potts Point office which I don’t think exists anymore) and decided to also use them as my letting agent. My tenant didn’t pay rent for months and it went completely undetected at Laing + Simmonds until I noticed no payments coming into my account months later. I have since moved to Ray White Potts Point and it’s been life changing! They’re much better at handling your property and much more professional.
