Been in twice since the renovation and both times the employees weren’t wearing masks. This time I had one employee on either side, 2 feet away in the beer aisle and I had to ask them to put on the masks they had hanging on their chins. I won’t be back. Too bad, because the new store looks great and somebody has clearly put a lot of thought into their product selection. But there are too many other businesses in this neighborhood that are following Covid guidelines and actually seem to care about the neighborhood they are serving.

So... for living literally across the street from R & A i use them quite often for the little things in life!...Weather its from liquor to soap they always seem to have the item i need at just the right time. Couple of issues though, I wish their hours would be extended to at least 11 and their prices are a little high but i still feel like they're acceptable for an private grocery store. Overall, still a great place to find what you need in a bind!

I don't know why this place only gets 3.7 ✨ I went in for the first time and was amazed.. Prices are extremely fair and products u would never find at Supermarkets are here spices and stuff like that... The liquor is unlimited and they even have decent snacks, small subs, pizzas etc everything drunk people love lol check this place out!!!

The vast universe of the internet cant even begin to explain what this place does or how they stay open... looks like a North Korean grocery store with Bernie Sanders hours. In the middle of chicago and open 4 hours a day for a total of 24 hours a week... reminds me of Walter Whites car wash

Au Contrare. I do not hate this place! I go to this neighborhood because the things are more reasonable than where I live. This little store is a find. I love dates. They have two sizes that are always fresh and more reasonable than whole foods.

Never went in here before the remodel, but have gone in 5 or 6 times since and it’s great! Really friendly employees. They let me bring my dog in and always have a biscuit ready for her. Great selection of beer, wine, and spirits.

Great store with a good selection of alcohol, pantry items, and other odds and ends! The people working there are extremely nice and are happy to take requests for items you’d like them to stock. A great small business to support!

New owners did a great job with the remodel. There's a bit of a culture barrier so some staples (such as saltines) are missing. Many items are overpriced, even for a convenience store. Still, most things you'd expect are here.

New name, new ownership?, new feel. Excellent assortment, high quality items. Prices in line for what you’d pay at a convenience store vs grocery store. Great alcohol selection. Very impressed.

This is the most cleanest place with very good different variety I have ever visited. You get value for money along with impeccable customer service. I would definitely recommend this place.

They had Blanton's but jacked the price to $200 a bottle. I get the law of supply and demand but price gouging is illegal.

I’ve shopped here previously but haven’t seen it open in the last few weeks despite walking by on a daily basis.

Two guys that work here harassed my girlfriend when she was shopping. Total creeps. They also don’t wear masks.
