Received an email confirmation from Michail for a visit on Sunday February 03 at noon. My girlfriend and I drove 45 minutes to get to the location only to be refused access to the home because your agent was not present. I then called Michail who promised to sort out the situation and promised to call back shortly. We waited over ten minutes for a call back, I decided to call him back because of no movement on your brokers part. Again, he promised to call back, again I had to call back. Every call was responded to with an excuse. I then attempted to call again after about another twenty minutes of silence on your firms behalf. He stopped answering my calls. I even left a message with your senior broker, Ramy, explaining the situation and asking for a cll back. He never called back. I drove for 45 minutes and then wasted another 50 minutes chasing after your staff. I have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour from a brokerage firm. I would have given your firm much less than one star because you are not even deserving of that. I hope I responded to your question and I recommend you review your business practises with your team because you will surely lose out on potential sales as you did with me. Good day.
