Je reçois l'après-midi 6 propositions de maison qui correspondent bien à ma recherche. Le lendemain matin nous en visitons 3. J'en sélectionne une l'après-midi et le lendemain j'ai l'accord des propriétaires. Steven m'a tenu informé de toutes les démarches et m'a apporté toutes les précisions nécessaires. Steven gave me an amazing service. He represented a rental house I was interested in. It took me two visit before I made a decision. He gave me *all* the time I required for inspection, all the infos I needed, was a great intermediary between me and the landlord, and was never in a hurry to do "something else" while serving me. He represented / described the property in which I was interested very accurately, no BS, no "used car lot" tactics, no pressuring sales tactics. He was the definition of cool and straight. He did due diligence concerning my financial background, serving the other side of the transaction (the owner) quite well too, but that was to be expected for anyone wanting to serve well both sides of his equation. I have no hesitation to recommend him as an agent. The owner of the house I rented also seem to appreciate his services very much too. The property I rented was very reasonably priced ( I did my homework, researched the market beforehand). There was no surprise with him, he simply delivered everything that was agreed upon.

Steve and his team took care of the private sale of my dad`s house. I was really impressed with his attention to details with all the various clauses in the paperwork and making sure we understood everything and that both us and the buyer were protected. The buyer was under a serious time crunch and Steve was able to line everything up perfectly and we were able to get the sale done within the time limit. It was also very nice to have someone who was able to keep us up to date on the crazy market right now, and never once put any pressure on us or dismissed any of our questions or potential concerns.
