Is there a sixth star for stellar? Mr. Chapple was such a pleasure to work with. He came highly recommended and after a speedy sales process (got offers before we even listed!) I can see why! I was on a personal time crunch as I wanted to help my parents sell their property before returning home and never would have imagined the process would go so seamlessly. First and foremost, Mr. Chapple is incredibly professional, punctual, and sincere. These are all qualities hard to find individually in someone, let alone combined. What stood out most for me was how patient and respectful he was to my folks. They're Boomers from the Deep South, so you can imagine how much manners and courtesy mean to them. They go a long way, and not everyone has them. But this guy does! I felt very comfortable entrusting this entire process with Mr. Chapple and knew my mom and dad were in great hands. He was always forthcoming and transparent about what to expect, and gave insightful advice about selecting the best offer for our family- to the effect of receiving an offer above asking price AND would close before 30 days! As an added bonus, we didn't just give it away to some fly by night investor, Mr. Chapple secured us an offer from a family, much like ours with shared values, who would appreciate our property as much as we did-how often does that happen? I'm not even in the market to buy, but our entire sales experience is making me reconsider. Truthfully, I can't recommend a better realtor.
