I just moved in the area. The first time I went everything was normal. The second time the lady ask me if I have a list of my clothes. No I don't, why would I make a list? She tells me next time make a list. I would have appreciated it if she just turned me away for not having a list. Instead she takes the clothes and my money. After I fetch my clothes and go home, 3 days later I notice that there's one of my denims pants missing. Not a regular one, a very specific piece with pearls on, easily recognizable. I go back kindly to ask them and I even add a picture. The lady doesn't even look at it and the first question was did you have a list? While her other colleagues and the manager watching. I said no but it's easy to recognize while showing the picture again. She replies if you don't have a list there's nothing we can do. In my mind I'm thinking you can at least look at the picture show your colleagues instead of discrediting me. I didn't come to accuse you of anything. I insisted again that I was 100% sure that I brought it and I didn't get it back. And she replies with the rudest tone we don't have it neither. That's how I left and I will NEVER return. Make sure you have a list or risk losing something because they know you don't have a list. I DON'T RECOMMEND.

Never ever again.... to cmeback to this place. people who work in this laundry corparation is totally very bad attitude. specially the woman who wearing the short I always take my linen in this place actually I was there on Saturday my Laundry supposed to the collection is Friday but I couldn't make my time because of IAM very busy so, I come day Saturday morning at 8h15 so the door is closed but it wasn't lock so I open the door I said hello! But the two ladies I saw inside I can I fetch my laundry now then in second the thin woman come hello she said I said oh' can I fetff my linen because I couldn'take yesterday because I was so busy do you know what did woman say to me did you count the money ? I am so surprised what she ask me she know me already because I always bring my linen in this place. I apologize to the lady but she tell me.many times that next Time do not come in again wow and even before they are not helpful even you carrucar so heavy I ask can you place help me to put in my car she just answer me no we can't I must say are all unhelpful and not recommended the attitude...

I took my laundry today and collected before closing at 4pm. The lady at the till asked me for details and I waited for receipt and she says to me. “Oh you don’t need this because there is no amount on” She says they weigh when it’s done. So I trust her and leave without a receipt. I get home and unpack to find some items missing. I am definitely not leaving it like this. I demand answers and I will take it up with management and report it. I am so dissapointed as I now remember missing a few items of clothing before and I just took it for granted it must have been lost as it was my kids. I also remember sending two of the same nike teeshirts before as I have two sons and only one came back. I will take this to another level if I do not receive my items back tomorrow. I have read the reviews and too many have the same problem with this place. I refuse to leave it like this as the kids socks I sent to be dried was new. I was not told to write or have a list just to collect. You ladies will definitely see me tomorrow as I want my items back immediately !
