After lockdown, I needed all my business shirts ironed, there were a lot! Anyway, after looking around, could not find any suitable laundromat that offered an ironing service, so I did the old google search and found Laundry HQ! Not only were they not that far away, I was amazed at the very friendly service, then even more amazed to learn of the free delivery and pick up service offered, woohoo! What more could you ask for? Received and email a few days later letting me know the ironing had all been done with online payment options that would suit any user. Fantastic and I highly recommend Deb and Bill and their business to any person needing laundromat and or ironing services - oh, and I nearly forgot, the premises was extremely clean and appointed. I have been using Laundry HQs pick up, wash, dry, fold service for the past 6 months and it’s changed my life! With small babies and a busy working week my house is no longer cluttered from piles and piles of washing I just don’t get to. I am so thankful for the amazing job Debbie and her team do. I simply chuck all my dirty clothes in some bags every week, leave them at my front entrance and they’re delivered back (for free) fresh and folded the next day! It is unreal and the very reasonable price is well worth it to me. I would much rather sacrifice something else, this has made such a huge difference to my life. What a find. Wash, sort and fold clothing same day. Pick up and delivery if local. My clothes were beautifully laundered and folded. I had 10 or so suits and blazers with tricky fabrics a white jacket covered in old stains and everything was perfectly dry cleaned at 1/3 of the going rate. The owners value their customers. Order processed with patience and a smile. An offer to launder my items quicker and I received a lovely sms to ask when it would suit me to collect and they would be there. It’s open til 11pm. Parking is metres away in a quiet side st. This is how you run a business

Bill and Deb are awesome. Their service is absolutely top-quality. The pick-up and drop was free even though I had just one item I wanted washed urgently. The pick-up by Bill was done in a COVID-safe way. And Deb kept me well-updated on the progress with the washing and the likely time of the drop-back. The payment link was sent to me on my email, and so, both Bill and I were able to avoid a close contact during the drop-off. Highly recommend this family-run local business. We need more local businesses, like this one run by Deb and Bill.

Deb and Bill are absolutely amazing at home laundering. They’re timely, efficient and highly professional. It is clearly evident that they take pride in what they do. All items to be laundered are carefully washed, folded, sorted and packaged for return. Two of my children have eczema and Deb has very generously sought special washing detergent to accommodate their skin sensitivities. I truly cannot recommend their service more highly. With two preschoolers and twin babies, it’s been life changing for our family.

Deb and Bill have been doing our laundry for nearly two years now and they provide amazing service. We run BNB's in the hills and they are always willing to work within our time constraints to get us beautifully cleaned and ironed linen, on time and at a very reasonable price. I can thoroughly recommend their laundry service and now with their laundry facilities, I can get our own laundry done there too! I would definitely recommend you give them a try, as I think you'll be delighted with the results.

I have gone to a lot of laundromat near the area and since the new owners have repainted and with newish machines it has been a breath of fresh atmosphere in here while I’m washing and drying my laundry. I have also noticed they are offering a full laundry service which I will have to give it a try when I’m back at work with a busy lifestyle. Good on you for given a small shop into a little gem to go into weekly.

Highly recommend this business! I have a weekly pick up and drop off service of wash and fold and business shirts washed and pressed. The clothes are always picked up and dropped back the next day right from my doorstep. They are folded neatly and washed well. Debbie and her husband are great to deal with and the pricing is reasonable. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to doing it all myself!

Such an incredible service for a great value price. I started using them when I was pregnant and not well but have been so impressed I can’t go back! The quality of service and attention to detail is exceptional in comparison to the low price charged. Always friendly, flexible and willing to help. Couldn’t cope without this service!

Laundry HQ has been newly renovated and the shop is very clean and machines are all very clean. The price is cheaper than what I have seen anywhere in the area ($1 for 8 minutes for a dryer) and they also offer a laundry service. I highly recommend giving them a go for all your laundry needs and washing/drying.

With the colder weather slowing down our clothes drying inside our apartment, and becoming new parents, we were desperate for some laundry assistance! Deb and the team at Laundry HQ offer such an exceptional service. They do free pick up and next day delivery of my Airbnb sheets and towels. They are super easy to transact with and communication is via text (no hassles with logging onto an app to create a booking). Highly recommend this business.

Extremely happy with the service provided. Spilled some blue dye on a white shirt and had no luck removing it at home. Laundry HQ was open and was able to drop it off eventhough it was a Sunday evening and they were somehow able to remove 99% of it. Hardly visible now. Amazing job!!

This is an excellent drycleaner. Deb is super friendly, kind, and professional. They are very good about communicating when your drycleaning is ready, and they have convenient opening hours. They also have many washing and drying machines and offer a range of washing services.

Great little place with relatively convenient location with machines that were upgraded relatively recently. Coin machine worked when I was there as was all the purchasable products on offer, Does the job you need done with nothing to flash or extra really.

My wife and I love the service provided by Laundry HQ. They pick-up our washing every week, returned next morning. The wash, dry, fold and sort service is unreal. We open our bag and put them straight into the wardrobe. Deb and her team do a great job.

My laundry is always ready on time here even when I don't have the time to do it myself sometimes. Best price and qaulity around, staff are lovely and I would highly recommend this one over the others I have been too.

I didn't get the name of the lovely person I spoke to over the phone with regards to last-minute dry cleaning about my work uniform. They were extremely helpful and put my stress to ease. Cannot be more thankful.

Clean self service facilities but it's hard to use due to most of the better machines in use for the washing and folding service. The coin machine doesn't work of $5 notes and had to use a $20.
