Pros Good service, immediate response, Free pick up and delivery, well organised with receipts. Fair and good pricing of Rs60/Kg (wash and iron). Ok packaging. Cons Washed clothes did not have smell of softner, all clothes recieved in one plastic wrap hence wrinkling some of the clothes, not folded well after iron (guess they hurried to complete job) Recomendation They should accept clothes just for ironing as well, add softner to give some fresh smell to clothes, iron with a little amount of starch for better ironed clothes, fold and pack needs improvement

Very very bad response from laundry city. They didn't respond even after 4 days of getting my clothes. Almost 5 days over still I couldn't able to reach them for knowing the status. They are not even answering the calls too. Very very bad. Please don't try to give laundry here. If you give u won't get it back or u ll get after 5 days only. There are many good laundries available so search for a good and give to them.

Don’t waste your money. They are very unprofessional. Cleaning and ironing worst ever i have seen. See images attached and if you complain they will tell you are the first person who complained and on your face they will tell we don’t need customers like you. Full attitude also, even clothes are missing Fake reviews they have submitted to run the business

Worst service. These guys steal your items and even if you show them the proof of those items they would not agree. Bobby Sharma is one of the employees and has stopped responding to our calls. I would recommend everyone to stay away from these fraudsters. You can't trust them with your clothes also.

The laundry service was pretty great, with free pickup and free delivery. Not too harsh on the pocket, but can make you wait a bit at the time of delivery Despite that, it's worth a go, especially for students and full time workers who don't get time and resources to wash their own clothes! …

No one came to pick up my laundry as promised. If you guys want to stay in business, you better learn how to honor your promises to customers. Please don't make up excuses like it was raining or your executive was stuck in traffic, because that's what you always say

This was the first time I used a laundry service. Laundry city came to the home, weighed and me the cost up front and took impeccable care of our families clothing. They were efficient and answered any questions I had. I will definitely use their services again.

Gave my shoes in such bad condition and got it back as good as new. And cost was negligible! Kudos guys, you are live savers! PS : I didn't get my laces back for one of the pairs but It was my mistake to, I had removed them before, so. 5 stars.

Really bad service. They don't deliver on time nor do they pick up their phones. Extremely unprofessional. Please avoid giving your clothes here, especially if you're on a tight schedule.

Excellent service and behavior. They delivered the clothes on time and even waited for me as I was not there when they came for delivery.

Very bad service. They exchanges the shirt with another customers clothes. Later gave the shirt back without drycleaning.
