I went to this place after I bought a Groupon for a European facial. This lady, Jenika, who was my facialist, is a magician. She made me feel super relaxed and pampered throughout the massage. I'll be honest, at first I thought that because I am going in with a Groupon, my facial will feel shortchanged, but boy was I wrong! Not for a moment did I feel that she skimped the steps or didn't use the right products. She assessed my skin to begin with then did my facial accordingly, which was a very relaxing experience. She also gave me complimentary arm massage while I was getting the steam and another massage when my mask for on. Man, I felt super relaxed and pampered. She even put my shoes on for me at the end--it's the little things that matter and make you feel pampered! And the results of the facial were absolutely amazing. My skin is GLOWING and feels supple and soft. Thank you, it was a wonderful experience for me!

Had a few massages from 2 different people here-didn’t feel like they followed my requests for how much pressure I wanted. One used way too little pressure, it felt like light strokes. The other used way too much pressure. Both made me really uncomfortable. I also prefer not to chat during massages, and one kept chatting with me even though I did not give signals I wanted to continue chatting. Update: since originally writing the above review I have had a chance to get a massage personally from Vera, which was excellent! She really took the time to check in with me frequently and ensure the massage was geared towards my areas of need. Have changed my review from 2/5 to 4/5. Thank you Vera

Husband and I treated ourselfves to a scrub and massage as a post holiday gift to one another. The 2 ladies that did our treatments were experienced massage therapists. The massages were both therapeutic when needed but still relaxing. Warmed massage oil, pre treatment steam, and hot towels.. All little details that elevate the treatments. We arrived 30 min early to use the pool, but the door was locked as there was no receptionist manning the front. If you plan on using the hotel amenities, just mention it at the time of booking so the same thing doesn't happen to you.

I LOVE this place. I always look forward to going there because Vera is so nice and always so welcoming. Jenika (Hope i spellt that correctly) is amazing. I've had multiple facials and massages with her and always leave feeling reborn and refreshed! They can also work with your insurance if you have any for massages! My family and I go here and will continue to come here because we always get amazing, consistent service! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind!

Amazing spa service. My girlfriend and I enjoyed using the pool before our service, which was clean and completely void of any other people the evening we were there. Had some food from the hotel lounge, which also had very friendly folks working there. Super kind and accommodating spa staff, and the entire experience was incredibly relaxed and unrushed. Plus they had a shoe-horn at the exit, which means I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

Going to Le Soleil Spa is more than just getting beauty treatments done but it is an experience from the moment I walk in there to the moment I leave. The spa is beautiful, intimate, and the staff are amazing, especially the manager Vera. The staff really make me feel like I’m getting a spa treatment even if I’m going in there for just a pedicure. Love how clean the spa is and how over and above the staff takes care of me.

Opens from 11:00- 19:00 (appointment only) I had the trad Thai Massage and for my first Thai one it felt amazing and good. I realized I am not as flexible as I once was but it was still very enjoyable. Rita was awesome and she loosen all those muscles up for me and was ok conversing or not. If I am in town again and the company books I am going back. Even if I drive by here into town for a short stay I will come back.

I would give 10 starts to this place if I could. Excellent customer service; you really feel taken care of and in good hands. I started with a massage with Vera and she was amazing. She knew exactly what to do without me saying a word. Her hands are a miracle! Later I had a facial and it was fantastic as well! I am definitely coming back whenever I visit Calgary. I wish I could bring you with me to Toronto xD

My wife and I go to Le Soleil fairly often for massage. All of the therapists are excellent. We have always had great service and feel very good. We value good manual therapists and even though their spa is not convenient for our family we find that the drive is worth it. I have also sent some of my patients from my chiropractic practice to their spa and the feedback has always been great.

I first went here when I bought a groupon and have been going back since. I love the service. Staff are friendly and nice and relaxed setting. Jenika's facials and massages are top notch wonderful for the value that's why I keep going back plus I am spoiled from her treatments and cant go anywhere else now becasue she is just that good. I recommend her highly, you wont be disappointed .

I have been going to see Vera for years and she’s my favourite person for facials and massages. I also highly recommend them for eyebrow waxing and tinting as well as pedicures. The ambience in the spa is very beautiful and it’s very clean. The staff is very professional and welcoming and they always accommodate scheduling around what works the best for me.

The Kim's ( there's 2 ) were amazing !!!! We went there for a couple massage, facial and thermo body wrap for our anniversary!!! They were very knowledgeable, experienced and very personable !! Purchased a groupon to try out this spa. It’s a cute little set up. I had Jennifer today work on me for a facial. She was both thorough and clean. Was thoroughly surprised as groupon spa purchases are a hit or miss. Left with my face feeling refreshed and clean. Will definitely be back.

Have been going to Vera for about 10 years. They have a small steam shower which is great just before the massage. Great ambiance, soft lighting and excellent staff. I find good value going to le Soleil spa, and keep coming back for more

Great massage! It's very clean, and has a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. I'm also intrigued by their esthetics services! They do nails, waxing, and other things in addition to massage.
