The area is clean, well maintained and can seat about 15-20 customers - but decoratively is a little cliché and almost clinical – needs a little more culture and personality. Customer Service: ***** Was greeted by a very warm, welcoming and respectful representative who was very happy to take my order and was very professional and friendly. The order was taken, ticket provided and the estimation of time for my order to be completed was spot on. Excellent! Food (Why were are here): **** I ordered a standard shaved lamb meat kebab (no onion) $12.50 + 1.1% CC tap surcharge so was $12.64 – in total. The salad was fresh with a good offer of tomato, the bread was toasty & soft and the shaved lamb was not overly spiced which was excellent – You certainly won’t be disappointed, but not the absolute best in my opinion. Overall: **** I can certainly understand the popularity of this place, especially for lunch or (considering the opening hours) the “pre 10PM late night” want of a kebab to round out a thirsty night. Ordered 2 Legend Packs , and a HSP pack . Food absolutely hits the spot when you're craving a kebab. The homemade bread that you can opt for is thicker, chewier and seasoned compared to "store bought" bread, delicious! The cashier takes down your order correctly and makes the food according to your requests without missing anything. The staff are such friendly people and it's one of the main reasons I come back to the store time and time again. I came in to the shop with my son (4) and without prompting, they asked me if they were allowed to offer my son some jelly treats, free of charge. It was such a lovely gesture. The shop itself is quaint. Simple, clean, not over the top with decorations. They offer free water and Turkish tea and sugar cubes for customers while they wait or dine in. There is a reason I drive past multiple kebab shops to go to Legend Kebabs, they are simply the best in the area!

I have been buying Chicken HSP for years from them. I can only say, they get better every year. I don't know how they do it :) The whole staff and the owner are fast, friendly and polite. Today, I tried for the first time their rice pudding. OMG! Soooo delicious, just perfect softness, creaminess and sweetness. My Aussie partner loved it and I (non Aussie) too. I will be buying it with my HSP from now on. I also bought the orange cake. Wow!!! Another super pleasant surprise. Exotic because it was my first time eating a cake that dripped some kind of sirup. Sweet but beautiful. I would recommend to eat it after the pudding not before. I will be buying this one again too with my HSP. Thank you Legend Kebabs for cooking delicious food for all of us! Worst kebabs in pakenham!! We just ordered about half an hours ago I will never be back here again first and last time. We got there and were the only customers in the store yet there was dirty tables left with food on them that still weren’t cleaned after we had ordered and more customers had come in, I had ordered 3 kebabs with Turkish bread and received naan bread instead the only high light of this shop is the free chai. I’m sorry owner but it is not up to the customers to clean up the mess yes it is the right thing to do but not essential when we had arrived there was no customers and all workers out the back yet tables were still dirty even when we had got our food and left

I've had many kebabs in my time and I've got to say "Legend Kebabs" in Pakenham is bottom three for quality. Don't waste your money In response to owner's response: I made my review based on my experience with Legend Kebabs, not because "off other kebabs" places. I'm entitled to set my opinion on anything or place and yes, people can have different views on different kebabs. It's a matter of good sportsmanship in how you take business reviews, I'm one of many and in you insinuating I've given you a bad review because of other businesses, I only hope you can accept what is in the future from opinions of others.

Kebabs and HSP is soo good! I'm someone who loves hot chips and is quite fussy with it too.. The chips at Legend Kebabs are always delicioso!!! Sometimes when they are busy, they can't pick up the phone, which is understandable, however it can be something to into in the future as it can be quite beneficial for both the business and the customers. Overall a good experience staff are always lovely and polite. I'm a continuing customer and would hear all good things about Legend Kebabs.

My wife and I tried legend kebabs for the first time tonight, I can honestly say it was the absolute best Doner kebab I have ever had! The only regret is not ordering one of my own! I came here for lunch today and order the legends combo with a mixed kebab, chips and a can drink for $14.00 which in my eyes is value for lunch as I'm the road constantly. The food was delicious unlike other kebab places where it will be stuff full of ingredients the kebab was tasty and well prepared but lacking if you want a full kebab the ingredients are fresh, the chips were tasty and salted nicely and the service was spectacular would recommend if you are looking for something just right for lunch as I am not overly full.

Great food, good portions, staff were friendly and helpful. The only improvement would be to update the menu and make it a little clearer, but fantastic all the same. Edit - 2 years on thought I'd update the review. The food has consistently been fantastic, fresh and full of flavor the entire time. I have always been super happy with their portion sizes too - very generous. They've put up more signage for their menus and it's much better. Definitely the best kebab by far in the local area.

Food is nice but service needs working on. Maybe the lady chewing gum with her mouth wide open while talking to customers. Requested extra bread happy to pay her response if we sell you extra we will run out while smacking on her gum rudly. The old guy who works there or used to not sure if new management but he was lovley and nothing wasn't to much trouble. Staff were nice other than manager.

Amazing tasty kebabs!!! The homemade Turkish bread is a must! So much flavour, well priced and friendly staff. I’m a local and it’s the only place we go for a good kebab - oh and the chips are so good too !! Only thing that lets them down a little is when they get super busy the food gets a little more rushed so you can tell the difference in filling amount sometimes, compared to when they are quiet - but it always tastes great. Recently ordered last night on 20th of April. Two chicken kebabs and mixed HSP only meat. The meat was dry and hard in both kebabs and also in HSP. Flavour was different it used to be fantastic. Quality just dropped to zero... May be they gave me stale old cold meat as I picked it up at 9.45 before their closing time. Money wasted.

This place has really gone down hill in the last couple of months. We used to ONLY come here and no where else because it was spot on every time. The last couple of months not sure if it's changed owners or just staff- but our last 3 orders have been terrible. Chips salty to the point of being inedible, incomplete / wrong orders and way way too much sauce. We will unfortunately need to find somewhere else.

Soo tasty. We ordered kebab, chips and drink today. Kebab was so tasty, loved the bread they use- and the perfect ratio of ingredients. And the garlic sauce had excellent flavour. The chips were also fresh and delicious. We dined in and it was clean and tidy. A gem of a place. Will be regulars now.

Cannot believe how good the home made bread was. If you like kebabs and flat bread you HAVE to visit this place. Worth a drive, or a bus trip, or walk if you have to, it's that good. Lovely friendly owner. Big clean shop. Nice selection of interesting drinks in the fridge. Home made deserts. Large servings at good prices. I'll be back next time I'm in Pakenham for sure.

Usually only order here if officer kebab is closed. My kebab barely had any sauce as i requested, payed 1.50$ extra for cheese and there was literally a little but of unmelted cheese on the top and that was it. The kebab was also cold. 2/5. All bread, no Kabab. A dribble of tastless sauce, onion slices that were foul, rotten and eye watering.The smallest 2 slices of tomato they could find and you could nearly smell something of the undercooked mince/grease mix that was on offer, they call this rubbish a kabab. Avoid this awful store.

The owner is very rude.Doesn’t give respect to customers. They don’t care even a customer is there for so long standing. The meat is not fresh as they cook the meat before and put in a container. They just heat it up on the grill. Never go back there. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

We ordered from Legend Kebabs last night. It was really nice and fresh but pretty much empty bread. We had a very thin layer of meat and salad and then the wrap, wrapped around it 3 times! We were very disappointed.

Love the kebabs but they put way too much sauce on even when you ask for minimal. It makes them sickly. Ordering over the phone is also difficult with some of the staff not fully comprehending what you are ordering.
