We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights during our trip to Ahmedabad. We had booked a room here keeping in mind that it belongs to lemon tree group of hotels and the location of the hotel which is on the riverfront. But we were allotted a room which didn't had a proper riverfront view. We requested them to change our room if any other is vacant but they denied it saying that there is no more room available whereas when I checked it online after their denial, the rooms in the same category were available. Most of the staff doesn't have professionalism and politeness to talk to the guests, be it d valet parking guy, d receptionist, d waiter or the person looking after d swimming pool n gym. We always use d swimming pool of the hotel/resort wherever we stay but this time when we went to use here, d guy looking after d pool gave us so many of instructions as if we were novice and dat too in a tone which was not at all welcoming. And d valet parking guy just crossing his limits. On d 1st day when we parked our car n checked in, there was no one in d parking to guide us. In d night also there was no one. N suddenly on 2nd day there was this guy who took charge of parking n when we demanded the keys back as there were some other imp keys n some imp things in d car, he just started arguing with us in a harsh tone. If it was so imp about the parking then why it was left unattended on d previous day! The management should really check on this n improve on hospitality bcoz this was not at all what it should be in a 4-5 star hotel. We were feeling as if we have checked in to some 1-2 starred lodges which r found in vicinity of any railway station or bus stand. The rooms are ok but the bathroom is very small specially the shower area. There were no slippers provided, no hairdryer n no dressing table/ mirror. Also the towels seemed to be worn out. Overall it was a very 2-3 star experience. Would not recommend it. There are many other hotels available on d riverfront on both d sides of the river.

The stay was excellent in this hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights. We celebrated our anniversary there. On a very short notice they had set up a beautifully decorated table, cake, wine, dinner... The candle night dinner was awesome in the open roof restaurant just in front of the Riverfront. The location is very nice. Just some minutes from Riverfront. The rooms are good, spacious, good view of Sabarmati river from room. Even the toilet is very clean. The cleanliness and neatness is very well maintained. The food is awesome. Each and every item is so tasty. The breakfast buffet is very good with a variety of dishes.... N all dishes are equally tasty. The staffs are very courteous and helpful. Mr. Chandan Biswal, Mr. Suresh, Mr. Biplob Pati, Mr. Tamal, Miss. Babita, Miss. Aanshika n Chef Lakhan were very nice n helpful. They made our stay very memorable there. The only demerit is the swimming pool which is in the basement.... So we don't get much of the pool experience.. N moreover the water was very cold. I completely recommend this hotel. I would definitely come back to this hotel the next time I visit Ahmedabad.

This is a long review but it is positive and definitely worth a read. So hopefully it helps and I hope the CEO of the hotel reads this as we had so many wonderful experiences at this hotel, all made extra special by the staff at the hotel. This hotel is just great. Superbly clean and comfortable and the rooms are great size. We had an executive business room and the extra space is definitely worth the extra money over a business room, especially for longer stays, but the business room is a great size. The bathroom facilities are great, powerful shower of a great size with branded taps, and bright with plenty of lights, and really good amenities which smelled great too. A stay at this hotel is such a welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of a typical Indian city. I expect good service and a clean, decent room from any hotel. The staff here all made my stay extremely more enjoyable and this is something that they have done on their own accord. Overall I 100% recommend a stay at this hotel as you will not disappointed. Hii frds..I m very particular about room,cleanliness etc.I had booked this 4star hotel thinking that my stay ll b awesome bcos Lemon Tree got standard in other cities.But in Ahmedabad, it is the worst n worst hotel.When I check in ,I ws given a room with a double bed for 3 person n the room ws so so small.Still I adjusted myself,then when I put AC. The vent from where the AC ws flowing so so dirty..Ohh god..I asked them for another room,they said all r sold..Then when I insisted,they changed the room n gve me..This time the room ws bigger..But the water ws smelling‍♀️in the bathroom(it ws the same case in previous room),hand shower ws rusted,flush jet ws not proper..So many problems..My check out time ws early in morning,I had requested them for breakfast..They said it ll b ready.The day when I came to hve it,nothing ws available atleast till I could leave for my flight(timings ws 7 to 11.00) My worse n worse experience in such a 4star hotel..Please go through the review before booking ur stay her. Just to mentioned the rook booked for me ws Deluxe room.

Just wow. Loved the decor of the reception, the lobby, the rooms. Also the rooms are fantastic, with ample space, lovely views, soft beds, clean bathrooms with all the necessary toiletries. The food in the restaurant is also great. Do opt for the buffet instead of ala carte. It will surely be worth your while. There's lots of options and varieties and the rate is not all that much. It's definitely worth it. Also the room service is top notch and the reception is also quick and efficient with fast billing and great assistance in helping find cabs or anything else. We went there while there was a procession going on, and the cab couldn't get through till the hotel so we had to walk about a km to the hotel. When we called up the hotel asking for directions, they told us to wait and they sent someone to pick us up and our luggage. We followed him easily back to the hotel. The service is that good! Definitely would recommend staying here the next time anyone visits the city.

Had attended a family banquet party. Being from the hospitality industry, i was requested by the host to take care of the buffet table. Sorry, service could have been better. Very slow replenishment of food. They wait till guests have to scrape the cheffing dish, before refilling it. Baked dish was literally macaroni in thick milk at the end and even on repeated requests, was not replaced. Regular Snack-time paper napkins were offered instead of banquet paper napkins. And they waited till the last napkin to get over, before they placed some more. Earnestly suggested that Exe Chef or GM, should pay at least one visit at "peak time" and speak to the host or his family, to inquire if things are going on fine. Expected better from a group like Lemon Tree Atrium. Above feedback has been given in good faith.

This is my 2nd visit to this property and like last time I have to say I am quite happy with the stay. The location could have been better but that is unavoidable. The check in was bit slow as there were other customers in queue but the front office tried their best to attend to me. My room was small compared to the room I stayed last time. However it was cozy. The AC had some problem. While I reduced the temperature few time to 22 it kept on getting reset at 24. Not sure why? My sleep quality could have been better if this was taken care. The breakfast was good & the spread was to my liking. The staff was very helpful. The property has a gym & pool. The spa has been closed. The staff couldn’t inform the reason for the same Overall a good place to stay & optimum value for money.

They dont make you feel that you are at a top notch hotel but with their warmth they make you feel good. The Restaraunt is excellent with variety of food items in both veg and non veg. The quality of food is also very good and you will be feeling like having it more. The staff in Restaurant namely Bikram, raju, and chef named Ashik are all excellent in their services. They come to you for all your needs before you speak it out. Excellent team with excellent services. Worth visiting the place atleast once. Superb stay

It's okay. The riverside view is overrated. The building is at an appreciable distance with a road and a wall blocking the view of the river for the lower floors. The size of the room windows facing the river only adds to the marketting gimmick of so called 'river view'. The food is nothing to be excited about. Absolutely basic menu and the freshness of the items is questionable. Room size is quite compact with very little manoeuvering space, although it's well equipped.

Went to attend a dinner at Lemon Tree Premier. It's a beautiful, classily done up property. The reception and foyer area feels so grand and yet not over the top, done up in warm shades of white and wood. We attended the dinner in one of the ballrooms and again just loved the lighting and decor there. The food was mostly quite scrumptious. All in all, i would say Lemon Tree Premier is surely among the more premium 5 star hotels in Ahmedabad, in terms of experience, architecture and service.

One of the worst experience ever. The staff is negligible and first they didn't check and kept someone else's luggage in my room and then while checking out also the staff misplaced our luggage. They got it down from room, kept it unattended and lost it. The rooms are also just basic type and congested. The stuff inside rooms is also old and not at all in presentable state. The area is also not good. Not at all a satisfactory experience. Not expected from a reputable named hotel.

Wonderful place to stay at. Very good rooms and hospitality is great. Very impressed with all their staff. They went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable and did small things to make us smile. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to book a good hotel in Ahmedabad. Special mention to - Kamlesh & Pankaj (front desk) and Pratik & Sharda (Housekeeping) and Bhavesh (Recreation facility) for their very thoughtful and kind hospitality.

I booked the suit for 4-5th feb 2023 ! Please do not visit this hotel! I have been part of lemon tree club and the service this hotel provides is very pathetic and slow. They cry for giving extra toiletaries , they provided only 2 laundry bag when we were 4 people and whenever we used to call housekeeping they used to arrive after 20 mins.also they didn’t provided bathbomb for bathtub

Recently stayed here for 3 days on occasion of office conference... Superb rooms (if you are lucky you'll get river facing room), Prompt room service, Specious conference rooms and most importantly delicious food.. Our all meals were in buffet system at royal cafe on ground floor.. you can also order ala carte by scanning barcode.. wide variety of food & drinks offered.. live counters for dosa n egg were also there. Totally enjoyed my stay here..

Pathetic experience. Very bad service. Had breakfast, it was waste of my money. Not sure why it is recommended by people. The floor in which we were staying had pungent smell. Rooms bedsheets were smelling badly. On top of that had to call reception twice for anything needee or wanted replaced.

The proper has a nice view of the riverfront and the location is covnient. The airport is just 12 mins away and so is the city centre. The room are good and clean. Rooms were not so spacious as it looks from outside. Usually they don't provide any river view kinda hotel it was little bit noisy as it lies nearby the old city. We have stayed at lemon tree mitha Kali, it was minimal and good for day time. It was clean although we do not recommend staying at this lemon tree khanpur place for leisure time.

Location is at the banks of the River Sabarmati after crossing the river via Nehrubridge. Its a very good hotel..nice ambience..very nice reception area. Car parking is vallet. We had a meet on the first floor. It also was a very nice hall with a projector facility. Staff very cooperative. Food was very good. Dinner was served hot. All the dishes had authentic taste. This hotel is recommended.

Nice ambience and very well maintained property. The staff is very supportive. We have a pool party followed by dinner. Dinner was delicious. Here I want to mention one special thing. As swimming pool is in basement so mobile towers were not there. I was expecting some important calls. When discussed with reception they immediately agree to receive all my calls and give me message. Thank you.

Not going to lie but if you want to compromise a lot of things, i would suggest you this place, but if you're looking for something relevant go for some other place. 2/5 for safety as it's not the optimum thing you can get for the price. Food is 2.5/5, can definitely get messy sometimes with the staff. Would like to suggest more hygiene to be maintained and more cooperative staff

We booked five rooms at Lemon Tree Premier Ahmedabad for First December 2023. When we reached at 3pm we were given only 2 rooms. At 4 pm we were given one more room. When check in time is 2pm, how long does it take to allot rooms? After paying through our nose for the rooms, we are not happy with this kind of treatment.

Starting from check in, experience was poor to say the least. It took us more than 30 minutes to check in at 4 pm, staff at reception was searching for others to complete the check in. We stayed in the suite room, which had a great view of the Riverfront Ahmedabad. The room was so spacious and clean. We were so amazed by the hospitality and the food. There is a very well maintained swimming pool as well. The entire property is so neat and clean and the staff is so helpful and caring. Loved being there.

Great place .. Good staff .. Nice varieties for breakfast.. We had dinner .. It was tasty .. On the improvement side … In the executive room .. bathroom door does not have cloth hanging hooks because of frosted glass in the door .. It is necessary..

Best location to stay near Sabarmati River. Stayed for 2 nights. Good Breakfast spread. Staff at hotel is very helpful. Highly recommended for business traveller's.

Be aware of fraud. Hotel takes advance bookings like week or two week before but on arrivals denies booking. Crowded place. Hygiene and cleaning is little messy.
