My poor review is now even lower. I clicked the Len T Wong Google review request link, and have now realized that since I indicated I was unhappy with my experience, the link directed me away from Google so that my review would not be published publicly. This is very misleading and biased, and also explains why there are almost no reviews published under 4 stars on here. Here is the review I submitted to them...with no response, I may add. Overall, I was quite disappointed. I started out shopping for an entry-level condo (~$250,000) and because of the market ended up buying a detached house with a family member that also sold theirs, resulting in over $1million in transactions. Given that the commission more than quadrupled, I would have expected excellent service. Instead, items that I asked multiple times to specifically be removed from the home prior to possession (old, bulky furniture) were left there for me to deal with, the stove was not fixed as asked, and the pre-move-in clean was never completed. Braeden offered to get a cleaning arranged for the day after we were due to move in, which obviously is not particularly helpful. The house had been unoccupied for some time and was quite dirty. He also didn't tell us that he couldn't arrange a move-in clean until after it was too late for us to do so ourselves, so we moved in with dirt and cobwebs. He was unavailable during possession, and we haven't seen him since. He offered to stop by once and we were unavailable, and we haven't heard from him since. To be honest, it all felt very unprofessional.

Bill was always ensuring that our interests were protected with his advice and service. He is very professional and a dedicated person who take the interests of his clients to heart. My partner and I asked for a house showing from this realtor company. We had a misunderstanding (being involuntarily assigned a buyer realtor for the showing) with the showing realtor and asked to speak to the listed agent, which is Len T. Wong, the broker. He called us from a hidden number and immediately berated us for being "evasive" and "rude" to his agent. He accused us of avoiding answering questions from the agent which had in fact not even been asked. We provided feedback that we found this to be a bizarrely unprofessional interaction, and was actively deterring us from pursuing this purchase. Len excused his behaviour by saying he was "being defensive for his partner". We were shocked by the unprofessionalism and disrespect that Len displayed during this phone call. He placed his emotions above his position as an agent and broker and didn't even make an attempt to understand both sides of the interaction with the other agent. My partner and I were quite interested in the property, but we had no interest supporting this company's business after interacting with him.

Len was hired to sell me home. He is extremely unprofessional and kept pressuring me to lower my price to make a quick sale. He only communicated by text vs making a call when an offer or counters came in. He did not negotiate as requested and shared information with the buyer that basically affected the negations to meet their needs vs mine. Len was argumentative, rude and condescending. I lost a massive amount of money on my home and he didn’t care abs said everyone is in the same boat. Well, not everyone is a millionaire and can take the loss. He just only cares about making the sale for his own benefit. I recommend using a reputable company that won’t keep your deposit should the sale fall through. He didn’t mention that part of the contract. It’s my own fault for not reading the fine print. So beware!!! Len is a big talker at first but once he gets your business he doesn’t show respect after that! I’ve used many realtors over the years and never again will I make the mistake of using his company. Go with Remax or a bigger company that is trustworthy NOT GPG!

I had the unfortunate experience of having Len Wong as the realtor responsible for selling the home I was living in. After harassing me with literally dozens of texts while I was at work, he went ahead and scheduled showings in my home without my approval. When I phoned his office to straighten the matter out, he said ‘I don’t have to get your approval.’ He claimed he wanted to be respectful of all parties, but it was incredibly apparent that only applied as the parties benefitted him. He clearly had no interest in hearing what I had to say, he was solely focused on making sure I heard what he had to say. He was so abrasive and disrespectful, he would talk through and over me during the whole conversation until he got what he wanted. I have never had the misfortune of having to interact with such an antagonistic and unprofessional individual. If I could give a zero star review this would be it.

Working with Len T. Wong and associates was an excellent experience from start to finish. Everything was seamless, from photographing, staging and listing the property. He lists on multiple different platforms simultaneously to get as much traction as possible while providing his client with comparators every week, so you know you're getting a good deal. His team took care of all the administrative issues such as getting condo documents, minutes, floor plans, etc. I had an offer within 1 week of listing at asking price, and once conditions were cleared, once again, the team made it very easy to set up legal, cleaning and final closing. I struggled to find a home with many other realtors. As soon as Len stepped in he pulled some favours and used his many years of experience to find my ideal home. Within a matter of 4 weeks I had found a spot I loved and Len negotiated and had all the other details such as lawyers and any home improvements on hand.
