If you want to be treated as a suspect instead of victim ... if you want to be treated rudely rather than get service that's promised ... be ignored by police that are busy talking to each other about their personal lives rather than being attended to ... than this police station is the right place to be .... horrible service... no one cares ... proof of a failing system that doesn't care So now 20 days after opening the initial case of theft .... I haven't received a case number... came back to the station .... this time at least I found helpful kind people .... But guess what they can't find the case or case number ... sent me to room 10 ... they also can't find it .... So pretty what's new .... the police are letting the people they swear to serve and protect down as usual No order no care ..... full time failure of the police Even seen a man walking around without a face mask in the police station ... need I say more But hats off the officers I found today they were at least kind

Some serious renovation is needed. And the officers don't respect our time, slow service. There is no youth face in this police station, only people who are close to old age pension and yet we have unemployed youth with policing qualifications in South Africa. I guess that's how our government operates

Something has to be done with the service of this police station, if someone really needs help please consider using another nearest police station. (Captain or supervisor please do something, really the service is really poor)

This was very slow and disorganised. How is this the best police station if there's no pens in the station to fill out documentation. I waited 2 hours to complete an accident report.

I went open case officers was sleeping in office and two office were smocking outside ,both didnt help When i asked one of office to wakeup and help he just told he is not at duty

Bad service, disrespectful police. It's just a waste of time opening a case bcz no arrests are made, even on serious matters. They might as well shut this station down
