EDIT: This law firm received my settlement approximately 60 days ago. Since, I’ve received a million dollars worth of excuses but haven’t seen a single dollar from the check they’ve been sitting on. They were awesome up to the point of receiving money from my settlement and since it’s been one excuse after the other. Our accountant quit, we’re trying to figure out what’s going on with your case. You’re ok with a 75% reduction in your settlement, right? We mailed your partial payment last week… Maybe someday I’ll see something from my settlement, but that day is apparently not today (on which they promised me I would receive a partial payment)… Sabrina has been a ghost since they got paid, and Carlos has been nothing but excuses. If they actually make this right, I will happily update this review. At the moment though, it’s looking like I will have to file a report with the Bar Association and find another law firm to represent me (to get what is owed to me from this firm)… PLEASE do your due diligence. Their jingle is punchy, but so far their ability to deliver has been sub-par (to say the least)…. Also, I originally posted this review prior to my case being settled at the request of Sabrina, who said positive reviews really help her out. Interesting how once they know they got a good review out of me, they weren’t too concerned with me anymore…

I have only great things to say about Sabrina Autry and the help that she's given me since my accident back in September. I'm new to the state and have very little understanding of how things work here in this state versus my previous home state. As a new transplant I'm without insurance and without a lot of the support that one would need after an accident, especially given that we have no family here. With Sabrina handling my case and being in constant contact we felt a lot more comfortable about taking next steps about being able to get treatment that we can afford about knowing exactly where we are in the case. She has been incredibly consistent with her follow up, emailing and calling when she says that she will, and that's important. She's so professional and so empathetic, I sometimes forget that she has other cases she really makes me feel as though I am priority number one every time we speak. I can imagine that compassion fatigue is prevalent in a position like hers but she does not display that at all. Her levels of compassion are always fresh and incredibly sincere , and we appreciate that. In addition attorney Carlos has also been wonderful, informative, understanding, and patient. We feel confident with the two of them on our team.

Due to poor experience's with my first lawyers before L&R, I changed my initial lawyers in my car accident case to Lerner and Rowe. I was nervous about changing lawyers but felt I was not getting care and help with the first team, then after a frustrating call from those initial lawyers who made me feel poorly represented frustrated and like my case would have a bad out come because of their attitude. I called the first number I could think of that being the one remembered from their catchy commercials that play often. And immediately I felt in better hands they took on my case and my case manager Sabrina has been helpful, courteous, confident and kind. They helped find me pain management. I was having trouble finding that and worrying about the cost but still am in pain, they reassured me and guided me through the process and changing lawyers and what to expect forth coming. Actually its under a 1 star but could not write the review without pressing a star. Sadly when I see the commercials now it just makes me angry and I cry. They did not even fight for me they did not pursue the person at fault. I ended up with a fracture on my hip area, a tear on my shoulder, and found out I have a brain tumor. All from the motorcycle accident that was not my fault. So very sad and disappointed the very little money was a joke 1 year and 4 mo. later But they did get their money first and more than me.And when they did call me and let me know how much I was getting they actually made a fake drum roll like it was billions like the commercials say what a joke a kick in the face... and the PT they send you to don't even adress your problems. I can't work and got no help from Lerner and Rowe. The rich get richer!!!!!

5 stars for the firm . My Attorney Donna, and case manager Andrew did what they could in getting a settlement. That wasn't my goal here, since the hit and run driver to my knowledge was never arrested ,which makes me sick because I lost more then I'm gaining at this point. I asked for a written apology for what this persons negligence,carelessness and willful intent as caused me. Never was notified by APD or Attorneys about any court hearing about the accident. So I have never had to deal with a law firm so I had a lot of questions and concerns. Sabrina, a case manager here at Learner and Rowe helped me to feel unburdened with my case which allowed me to just focus on my health. I am very impressed with this company. They market constantly and help many people across Albuquerque and NM, but also give back to the community with "back to school" backpack giveaways, donating hundreds of turkeys to local families for Thanksgiving, etc. It displays the values L&R stands for, and shows they will walk the walk as well. Their case managers are thorough and trustworthy. Sabrina is absolutely amazing- she will listen to your experience and do everything in her power to get the most value for your case. She seems to see her clients as people first, and client second. If you have an accident in town, she is the person to talk to!

Bad experience when I called. I was transferred to an intake guy who identified himself as something Valdez. I told him you tube is deleting everything I say when I log out my post is not visible regardless of anything I say. I told him even as a Democrat you must see this is wrong. He then said he was offended I assumed he was a Democrat and became angry. The conversation then changed and he stated I needed to show him respect. Seemed like a thug way to communicate with me. Amazing rudeness. Not professional. Am I in Brazil? And here I am basically traumatized because no matter what I say you tube deletes it. Feel like nobody cares.

Absolutely the worst!!! Company is based out of Arizona. My daughters and myself were in a horrible accident 5 years ago and I retained Lerner and Rowe they still have not settled our case. They don't return phone calls or emails. I would never refer or recommend Lerner and Rowe to anyone.
