I had a terrible experience few times with that post office as I live local I tend to post my items there but the ladies on the counter are extremely rude an beyond disrespectful they will talk to you rudely and they even rise your voice to you which I never experienced anywhere before they even says that u are wasting my time I work in customer service job so I can say their customer service is 0 never going back there

Won't accept pre-paid parcels, says it's too big (which it wasn't, under 40cm) and tried to get me to pay for a medium size, told her no and took it to another post office. I told them at the other post office they told me she was trying to rip you off and confirmed it would be accepted by royal mail as a small parcel, not the first time she has tried it either!

The lady at the PO counter was extremely rude! She said in a very abrupt manner she won't accept my small parcels because there were too many. (I only had 4). "Vat is this?" She demanded in a heavy accent. I wouldn't mind her non- acceptance but she was toooooo rude!

Disgraceful attitude and show remorse when incorrect and was being rude in tamil which they weren’t aware I speak and understand well which felt like betrayal hearing how they spoke about me thinking I wouldn’t understand

My local PO, friendly staff and can get what I need to done easily and quickly. Also convenience being near to home that all their services are within reach. It would be great if they could offer additional services too.

Very helpful and friendly staff… co-operative and understanding.. the lady at the counter is very nice and welcoming and answers all the queries with patience

PLEASE KINDLY STOP TALKING/ SWEARING IN YOUR LANGUAGE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER . DONT FORGET OTHERS DO UNDERSTAND YOUR LANGUAGE . 3 TIMES I SEE / HEAR THEM

The small lady was very rude, firstly cant even speak proper english secondly has no proper customer service skills, don't bother going here.

Most of the time they are friendly and helpful I like going there. It better than ilford Exchanged as you have to wait until it your turn.

It's very friendly and fast service all the times I do went there to get my business done so my 5 stars and thank you all-

Lovely ppl I always go here now..it can get busy as its small and a shop but ..I like the couple and it's a handy shop
