Horrific experience at the Liberty Animal clinic! I sincerely question the credentials of a so called vet named Dodson, headstrong, with no communication skills whatsoever. A cat was hit by a car in the next town over. I told my co worker who found him to go to Veterinary Care Unlimited on Rockaway Blvd. but their vets did not arrive for another hour or so, they unfortunately recommended this place. Upon arrival, my coworker said they immediately stated, you will have to assume full responsibility for the cat, when she agreed, they saw dollar signs! the cat was in very bad shape, he was taken to the back, without this vet speaking to her, only through the staff. They told her to call back later for an update. She went back later in the day and they told her he was fine! just a couple broken ribs, and in a few days would be better. This was a far cry from what the cat actually looked like, swollen, bloody mouth, blood in his ear, intense, labored breathing, in shock, heart palpitations, horrific pain, and could not stand on its own. They even said you can pick him up tomorrow! Upon arrival the next day, the cat looked half dead, same labored breathing, and swollen, bloody, mouth, and you could tell this poor cat was in horrible pain. Although they didn't find anything else broken or damaged on the x-rays, the cat could not get up, needed a catheter, and could only lay down. Sent home with a bag of medications I was supposed to give orally, meanwhile his mouth was horribly swollen and still bloody and painful. Giving him the meds after getting home, the cats mouth was severely swollen and looked out of line. He could not open his mouth and the pain seemed to be intolerable for him, and I realized this cat still needed major hospitalization, or would not live! I pulled back his eyelids and his eyes were not there, they were rolled up into his head. This poor boy was needlessly suffering, due to the ignorance of Liberty Animal Clinic! I rushed him to the emergency vet where I live, and after examining him and administering a well needed pain killer, they told me his jaw was broken! A completely missed diagnosis from Liberty Animal Clinic! How can a legit vet Not see a broken jaw? and not examine or clean up the blood which was on his mouth, ears, etc.?...Now I questioned the motives of the vet at Liberty Animal Clinic! The breathing was more labored, and this latest vet did not like the sound of his heart either. Even if we had the couple thousand or more to keep him alive, it was not guaranteed he would live. It was recommended this cat be euthanized, due to his suffering and extensive damage which was either misdiagnosed or intentionally skipped over by the Liberty animal clinic. I was very upset and angry at this point, where after a day of needless suffering, and other insignificant medical tests, this cat should not have gone through, all to make more money. This is a criminal act on this so called vets actions! When questioned, Dodson was very nervous, angry, and lied several times, changing his story throughout the conversation, all qualities of a non-professional. This was a travesty what happened to this poor cat, and he should not have needlessly suffered like this. Liberty animal clinic and this vet should be brought up on criminal charges for their actions. Never Ever Use this clinic! There are many more professional and compassionate ones to choose from!

I have not seen more insensitive staff anywhere. We made a very hard decision that it was time to put our 16 year old golden retriever to sleep and called to make the appointment. When got there I was asked to take her to the basement where a towel laid on the floor and procedure was to be performed. This already looked sketchy to me .. as my dog laid there they told us my wife had to leave and I explained to them she wanted to be present and other places we called would allow her. They said it didn't matter and kept escorting out as she was crying.. She said she didn't feel comfortable and would never bring our other pets there.. the assistant responded by telling do what you want but get out.. I grabbed my dog a decided to leave. Who does that in a moment like that? Then while getting my refund she starting talking and laughing while my wife was telling her it wasn't funny. Bottom line.. these people don't care about you or your pet. You are just another dollar in their pocket and rest assured any procedure done is being done in a basement full of paper work and unsanitary conditions. I will never ever be back here again and I hope when anyone else is making a health decision for their beloved pet they reconsider because they just don't care...have no empathy and do not deserve to care for our pets..

I brought my dog here because she was vomiting and refusing to eat for several days. I chose Liberty Animal Clinic because many years ago I had a great experience with Dr. Dodsen. Unfortunately, Dr. Dodsen was not available the day I took my dog in. The wait was nearly two hours and my dog was the last dog to be seen for the day despite her poor condition. The vet that examined her was insensitive about her condition, and inconsiderate about the high cost of the diagnostic testing he was recommending. I chose to have bloodwork done and we paid $500 for the visit, however, the vet never followed up with us about the results, continued treatment or a status update. I called the vet repeatedly in the weeks following the appointment and I was given the run around by receptionists whose last concern was the health and well being of my dog. I had to take my dog to another vet because no one at this office ever followed up with me and the vet never returned any of my several phone calls. It was an awful experience and I genuinely felt that there was not a single person at Liberty Animal Clinic that actually cared for my dog's health. She was very ill during this entire time and I was so worried especially because she is a senior. Best of luck to anyone looking for a good veterinarian, they are hard to find.

I was very pleased and content with this office. My dog had woken up with extraordinary swelling in his face and neck. Prior to this, I hadn't had him taken to a vet, as he's pretty healthy and recently been vaccinated. At the recommendation of a friend, I called this office on a Saturday afternoon. Although the next available appointment wasn't until 2 days ahead, I described my dog's condition, and the vet said he'd wait around for me to arrive to examine my dog. I rushed over. The office space itself was warm and encouraging. The receptionist/vet tech greeted us right away, had me fill out paperwork. We were led into an exam room in about 5 minutes. Soon after, the vet came and examined my dog. He, Dr. Dinetz, was really clear and engaging about what he thinks is going on, as well as pretty good with my dog (though maybe it's because my dog is a 95lb pitbull). He explained to me his recommended course of treatment and sent us on our way. The office visit is $45, which seems reasonable to me. I'm expecting to return to the office this week to see where we're going with my dog's condition and treatment, but I feel comfortable with this doctor going forward.

basing my review on my experience today; any other time that i have gone they have been ok. i called them this morning to let them know there is an urgent matter concerning my dog. all their voicemails are full so you can't even leave a message. i finally reached the receptionist and explained the situation concerning my pet, hoping that i'd be able to bring her in this morning . the receptionist put me on a brief hold only to return and be totally dismissive of what i just said. advising me that i can bring her in on DEC 10TH... well Gee thanks genius, i hope my dog is alive until then! she Clearly didn't care nor tried to accommodate or even give suggestions on what i can do to help my dog be more comfortable ......I've read the recent reviews and was surprised, didn't believe what ppl were saying. needless to say i will be bringing my dog to Howard Beach Animal Clinic, where their professionalism is top tier and they actually LISTEN to what is going on...Liberty Animal, get your act together or your will continue to lose business . such a shame since this USED to be my go to place for proper vet care

Unprofessional and rude, the veterinarian confused me with another person and treated me as if I disrespected them, when in fact I assured him he had me confused. The visit before in June 2020 I was allowed to go in with my dog to get his skin tag removed which we proceeded all the way to the basement which look like a dirty run down room. The current visit in August, all of a sudden because of covid-19 I wasn't allowed to come inside with my dog which my dog has separation anxiety. No one explained to me that this was a new procedure over the phone while making the appointment, and I was asked if my dog needed a muzzle which I replied no and sure enough when I demanded my dog because I didn't feel comfortable leaving my dog alone which my dog also shown great deals of panic, I opened the door to his room and seen him held down and with a muzzle. I didn't understand how they were so scared of covid-19 in August but not scared of it in June, which raised big red flags. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and any 5 stars reviews would be assumed to be written by friends and family.

I moved into the neighborhood of this vet and wanted to switch from my old vet but Unless you are waving money in their face they are no help will not answer any questions or supply any help unless you come in for an paid appointment no consultation what so ever if I could give no stars I would and I don't blame the vet I've never met them but when u call in to make an appt and ask questions to be sure your not coming in for no reason the tell u they will call u back and never do And I have been calling for months try to ask if it's ok to bring the new born in wanted to bring in my puppy but I wanted to know if it was to soon to take her from mom and I got no help they are very cheap and now I see why cause they workers ethic is cheap and slack and the don't make u feel like u wanna come back that or they need to fire the guy in the front and who answers the phone he is very rude !!!! Go at ur own risk this place is not hands on or friendly welcoming new clients and I have 3 dogs and 6newborn puppies that I rather take across town then down the block to them !!

Great place for you loved animals - I live in the ozone park area and my 6 year dog was suffering from gallbladder stones. So I decided To take him to his animal doctor on Crossbay Boulevard in Queens at first his prognosis was he has stones and we need to remove them via surgery the estimate the cost alone was about 3500 which was a lot of money that I didn’t have so I decided not to get the immediate surgery and a coworker suggested that I get a second opinion from another vet within the same area and I did. I decided to visit Liberty Animal Clinic and Dr. Linden Dobson examined my dog and gave me options to either do surgery or put the dog on a special medicated diet. So I opted for the medicated diet before costly surgery. So within 3 weeks the dog’s stone issues subsided and no more problems. Fast forward 2 years now I had another problem with my dog having blood n his stool and I was informed that he has an Abscess in his rectum which can be treated with medication. So far the medication worked again!!! grateful! Jason M. Brooklyn NY This place is great!

Finally a good vet with reasonable prices. SCOTT is not here anymore. The new Vet is fabulous, caring, loving and most of all reasonable. You do not feel like you are paying a mortgage payment when you go anymore. We decided to try the new Dr after years of not going there because we always felt we were getting ripped off like everyone else. But this new Vet is considerate and caring and his prices are so reasonable. We took our dog for an infection on her ears. We were charged $105 for a full physical, than both ears cleaned than he gave us antibiotics for the ears for 10 days for 105. This was not only reasonable but fair and we love this new guy. We recommend that everyone give Liberty Animal Clinic a new try. There are many people who stopped going because of Scott but fear not he is not associated anymore with this place. Go back and support a local business again. Finally a fair and reasonably priced vet in Ozone Park.

I took my beagle back in 2011 due to a skin infection, the vet prescribed her with Prednisone which works as hormones in animals and can be harmful. He also wasn't gentle to her, he grabbed her by the neck and after the visit she was walking with some difficulty. He overcharged me for the medications. Regarding the prednisone, I didn't know better back then that this was hormones for dogs and can be harmful for dogs so I gave her this medication till one day she got extremely ill. She was unable to walk and she was extremely in pain. I took her to another hospital and they mentioned that my doggie was allergic to prednisone. She was diagnosed with arthritis, and infection and a neck disk problem. She had to stay overnight in the hospital and after she was released I found another vet - Midway Animal Hospital, this vet saved my doggie life and helped me to extend her life for four years. Now Daisy is gone after 4 years.

As I was walking by, I noticed a sign for a spay/neuter event at the clinic. I took down the number and called. they couldn't have been more helpful. I immediately made an appointment. Days later, when I brought my cat, Sunny, they handled him with care. the office, though quaint, was staffed with knowledge and attentive staff. I left my Sunny in good hands. When picking him up, a vet tech brought him to me and explained what was done and what further care he needed. He referenced him by name and treated him as a member of my family. In looking for veterinary care, I care more about how my loved pet is treated than the location or office. They made me feel like he was loved and cared for, which is above and beyond the expectations. The prices were reasonable compared to other places. I would recommend Liberty Animal Clinic to anyone in the area for their furry members of the family.

Rude Staff and when you speak about the unprofessional staff you can’t come back for services for pet. They Were giving shots to my cat every year that only needed to be done every three years. I Had to ask the unprofessional staff member if the vet could at-least speak to me on the phone about my cat’s visit. If Im paying you money I would like to express my concerns and ask questions. The Staff member I’m speaking about slammed the door on me who would trust someone like that with their pet? I Was a loyal customer for four years and the vet could not have a phone call with me to address the staff member. I’m Happier at another ver clinic who has friendly staff members, better appointments, will tell you the truth which vaccines are needed and have a vet who speaks to you throughly on the phone not say five words and walk away.

Nothing but great things to say about this place. My Min-pin had bladder stones removed here and the process was smooth and painless, went back to remove the stitches and all went well. The space is very clean and didn't smell like most vets. The energy is calm and very organized. All staff wore masks, while following covid guidelines. The front desk was super helpful and the Dr. and assistants were very informative and patient, I had a thousand questions and concerns. They make you feel like your pet matters which is the most important part of being an animal parent, gives you assurance and comfortability knowing your pet is in good hands. Prices are reasonable and affordable. They also take care of basic vet needs such as checks up, vaccinations, prescription meds/diets etc.. You won't go wrong bringing your pet here.

Awful place for my dog. I left get my dog to be neutered at 9am and at 1:30pm exactly I get a call telling me this clinic could not go through with the procedure since my dog is 4 months. Oh! I've used this place and same vet, Linden Dodson since my puppy was 7 weeks old. We were charged $125 for anesthesia but the Linden Dodson did not come out to for an explaination. Sends out my drugged up dog with a staff instead of him coming out to explain how he botched this procedure. So I put my dog through 24 hours of fasting per Dodson's instructions for a mishap by vet. This is the last visit to this place for my dog. I am speaking to other dog owners/trainer about making this place be more responsible for their action and license to practice. Is it outrageous! This place is outrageous!

Uughhhh… what a disappointment!! First visit went so well, nice doctor told me everything I needed to know, answered all my questions. I asked him to cut my kittens nails, hi grabbed the clipper I did it right away while talking to me. I came second time for neuter, at the drop off I specifically told the girl to ask doctor to cut his nails, she said OK. At the pick up I asked her if his nails were cut, 1st she tells me he was aggressive that’s why doctor couldn’t do it!! I tell her but He was under anesthesia and you couldn’t do it!!?She is looking at me like I’m bothering her sooooo much, like I I asked her to build a racket! Why are you giving me such a lame excuse?? And what’s a point of those girls there if they can’t do such a easy task?! Soo annoying!

  • Monica Mieles

I took my doggie of 9 years for surgery due to a hernia on March 13, 2017 I was told if he showed any signs of complication he would be kept overnight for observation. Our doggie was released to us at 5pm saying everything was fine with a bag of medications. 2 hours later at 7pm he died!!! I got home a few minutes after him passing away to home of children and adults crying. It was a horrible experience that will stay with us forever all of this was on my birthday. We will miss you Rocky R.I.P we have had to get a new puppy to fill the void no one will replace Rocky but would never be able to go back here. Everyone is nice there including the doctor but something was not done right or the right precautions taken and it cost us one of our family members.

  • 95 style

My dog was seen a Week ago, They did not give me printed documents of my visit, instead I was told that if we needed the records they would send them right away, The condition of my dog has worsened and i need the records to validate a decision to either put her down or not, I call today to try to get those records, and to only be told that by law a doctor can only surrender documents upon review, I was met with a very difficult Tone & Hung up on, The staff here are unhelpful, & their responses were not sympathetic or were even trying to help me. Ultimately Im left with no choice but to put my dog down because i can not wait a week to go by and watch her suffer. this place has a bad rep, the staff is rude & are simply out for peoples money.

  • Lauren Suris

I brought my cat here cause he wasn't eatting and he threw up bile with blood. They took his blood and couldn't find anything wrong with him but administered fluid since he was dehydrated. I think that did the trick cause later on in the day he did eat. However, they way they handled my 14 yr old cat was ridiculous. The doctor grabbed him so tight by the neck it made me super uncomfortable. I know someone here also wrote a review about this as well and their animal ended up with a slipped disk. Yes I know cats can be aggressive but my cat is 14yrs old and can't move around well so the force this doctor used with my cat was totally unnecessary! They have no compassion here at all. Please please go to vetinary care unlimited in rockaway.

  • Jessica Dejesus

Before I went I called 4 times to confirm that the chip was only 65 bucks and that's all I would have to pay when I got there two young ladies confirmed it over the phone 4 times so when I get there they say the vet wants to check my dog I'm like okay I don't need it but he won't chop him without it they said so I let him he touched his legs touched his back and looked at one ear and then said okay he can be chipped so when I got to pay now its a different story they saying owe I have to pay for the vet exam what exam I asked her only touched him like wth !!!! So long story short I had to pay 200 bucks because they lied to get you to come in and get you once you there never will return

  • Kerrie

Dr. Dodson is the most caring and knowledgable vet. I was recommended through co workers and was leery due to my past experiences with vets. However, I trusted their opinions and Im glad I did. He has been so great with my senior diabetic cat. When my dog is due her next checkup, I will be returning to Dr. D with her from now on as well. He just made us all (husband and cat) very comfortable. Dr. Dodson really cares about his patients and explains things in lamens terms so that us pet owners understand whats going on with the health of our pets. He also is fair in price. I cannot give enough stars. He deserves 10+. I would recommend to everyone I know who owns pets.

  • Lovely G

The staff and doctor are very upfront and accommodating with how much they care for their patients. Every time I went the doctor and staff adjusted to my dogs needs every time and we went. I had my rescue dog since October. As my dog doesn’t bark or whine to let me know what he needs, the doctor , staff and I tried many way to make sure he was not suffering from any underlying issues from any unknowns and I feel comfortable with my dogs health as we all thoroughly went through his probable issues and came to a conclusion that actually worked. I am happy with the service provided. PS for those who like unique dog names his name is Bubble Tea or Bubbles for short.

  • Tiffany Reynoso

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I regret bringing my dog here. Nobody informs you of anything. They only open their mouths to charge you right away. I recently had to put my dog to sleep , and these people and the vet show no kindness or care . The 2 techs that were there were mute and apparently were new. The person on the front desk i called to get information on my pet and i was given wrong information. Why is there the need to lie about something so delicate as the loss of my dog. I really hope everyone finds a vet and their staff that actually loves animals and not just open their mouth to charge you.

  • J

Dr. Linden Dodson, is incredible and professional. He is very kind, patient and gives you full attention. He is honest, knowledgeable and thorough. This is the third time I have been here, and I won't go to any other animal clinic. I trust him completely with my pets. My cat needed invasive surgery and he made me feel comfortable and confident, I knew that I had made the right choice for my cat. I love my pet dearly, and he was very caring about the whole situation. The clinic is calm and soothing environment, which is ideal with a terrified or sick animal, unlike crowded and hectic places I have been before.

  • ria

I am very sad to say I wasn’t happy today. I took my dog for her annually check up today you can’t enter where the receptionist sitting you have to wait on the front main street door with your pet someone comes out and take your pet from you to go see the doctor you cannot enter examining room you have no idea what they doing to your pet wait matter of fact before they take away your pet you will be told how much it will cost without knowing what they gonna do to your pet I don’t know if my pet got the vaccine or not just got a bill and that’s it. I used to love this place. I will not be going back again!!

  • Ismael G.

I did some research for local vets for my new puppy. Liberty Animal Clinic had the best average reviews, and the location convenient. They also have a special for new puppy or kitten vaccinations. I was able to make an appointment over the phone, and was attended punctually by the staff. The Vet and his staff are Nice people, and offer good advise. I have gone back for all the puppy's round of vaccinations, and will be back next year for her next rounds. I recommend them, and do recommend to call for an appointment. I also think they take walk ins.

  • Ned P

Dr. Linden has been taking care of all my pets, most recently Tokio who her hip, Dr Linden took care if her she was a kitten at the time and he recomended ketting her heal on her own instead of surgery, Tokio is now fine. Shadow whom I just rescued. Shadow was fixed. Had a horrible bite on his ear, and a wound in his mouth, with one visit Dr. Linden got him neutered, cleaned his wounds treated him, Shadow whos about 12 in on the road to a rapid recovery Thanks to Liberty Animal Clinic this old car will have a second chance at home life

  • Brian W

Very good vet! I don’t get all the negative reviews. I brought my new puppy to the side and they took him into the clinic. I was unable to come inside due to COVID-19 precautions. The vet called me on the phone, discussed my puppy’s information and what was going to be done at the visit while I waited in my car. They called me about 10-15 minutes later when they were done and I paid and picked up my new puppy at the front door. I am very satisfied with this vet and will happily go back in the future. 10/10

  • Sheerrie Fuentes

They killed my dog feb 3 2020!! Please dont ever bring your dog there. My beautiful baby nyla is gone so young. I will be seeking an attorney. They misdiagnosed my dog more than 4x kept giving her medication that she didn't need. They charge me every time I went there for x-rays etc but never told me the truth what was wrong with my dog. I dog should of never died she was only 7 years old . I want answers. I dont want anyone else to experience this pain I'm feeling. Do not bring your dog there.

  • Kathryn Sanchez

In a time where you are vulnerable and your pet is in need, it is so important to have caring and knowlegeable people to turn to! My cat Tito unexpectedly needed a major surgery and Dr. Linden Dodson explained clearly what needed to be done without alarming, he acted quickly, he was very cost conscious and did not add an unnecessary expenses for my family and I during such a sensitive time. Our baby is now home and we are so grateful, thank you Dr. Dodson. We will see you soon!

  • Milagros Molina

I've been taking my cat to this clinic since he was 3 months old. This month he will be 5 yrs old. He is not the easiest cat to deal with. Meiko has a strong personality and it's very proud. He doesn't like to be held dow. or locked in cages. Dr. Dobson and his staff are patient and thorough. Although his visits often result in Meiko being sedated, I am never worried. I trust Dr. Dobson and his staff to provide the best and complete care and the price are reasonable as well.

  • Roger Fraile

It was our first time going so our 100 lb baby (bull mastiff) wasn't to happy to be there but staff was very nice and comforting. Vet was very professional and his assistant as well. He also took the time to answer all of questions and concerns which made us feel definitely at ease. Happy with whole experience but meds were AlittleI of price shock. I guess you can't put a price on getting your family member the proper treatment. All and all was very nice experience

  • Mehraj M

This vet is amazing. I remember coming in and getting my cat checked out in 30 minutes or less. The receptionist is a really nice person and they are really professional with there job. The vet was an amazing man. He is nice and friendly and worked with us to treat our cat. He is really educated in his profession and has a lot of experience. It was smooth sailing and all went well. By the way, HE IS REALLY AFFORDABLE COMPARED TO MOST VETS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!

  • Connie Romero

I have mixed feelings with this clinic… the Dr./Vet he seems to kind of care for my pup. However, I’m not too convinced about his staff. I also emailed the Doctor, as he said if I had any questions to email him, and I did had a concern about my pup and it’s been a few days, and he hasn’t answered my email. Therefore, I don’t think I can recommend this clinic.. the doctor seemed to care, but at the same time, he doesn’t ??!?!

  • Thalia R

Great veterinarian office! Super clean and everyone is very pleasant there. I love the doctor! His informative and cares about his patients. He definitely knows what his doing and will answer any questions you have. Usually when I have gone his usually very busy. But even him being busy him makes sure that all his attention is on the patient. I will highly recommend this place! It is definitely one of the best vets in queens

  • Nikky Salaman

They are great for when you have one dog but apparently if you have two , they expect you to make two different trips for the same procedures. Not gonna lie they are GREAT otherwise but my review can only reflect my experience as a person with multiple pets. Just a REALLY small location. Great vet though 100%. He took care of my Pitbull last time w great care & so much love. Can’t find that around for pits in most vets.

  • Roberto C. Michue

If you value your time and money, NEVER COME TO THIS VET! I called many times during the day and they just hanged the phone. They Never called me back. So, I still went there to get an appointment at 3:00pm and they told me to keep calling! Are they serious? I explained what happened but they just simply don't care at all. Receptionist is the worst. You are warned! Value yourself and your pet and take it somewhere else.

  • VANESSA J

Dr. Dodson is a caring and compassionate vet, but I call him an angel since he's brought my fur babies back to life on a number of occasions. He is very knowledgeable! Doc is always very thorough and spends ample time to make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed. He has consistently provided my pets and me compassion, thoroughness, willingness and give me pros and cons so I can make informed decisions.

  • Caroll Salas

The Dr to this clinic knows his stuff when it came to my dog. He told me what to expect from my puppy, & sure enough my pup did exactly as predicted. & His diagnosis & how to treat the infections on my dogs was dright on point. This Dr has a passion for dogs & shows to have years s of experience in his line of work. & The prices are fair for the treatment that he hasdone on my dogs. With meds included

  • irasina ciulla-williams

Absolutely excellent experience. The amazing gentleman checking you into at the front, unfortunately i can't spell his name and don't want to disrespect by spelling it wrong. The doc treat my kalliope with love, He spoke to me and my husband answered all our questions and didn't rush us out of his office. Dr linden Dodson is amazing we recommend Dr Linden Dodson to my family and friends ❤️

  • Kim S

Had an appointment for my sick cat, I show up and I'm told he can't be seen. Figured I would try and give them another chance, called for an emergency appointment and the receptionist hung up on me 3 times. If you want your pet to be seen and be well taken care of then do not take your pet here. They need a receptionist that actually cares and overall horrible experience.

  • Tiffany cadena

Staff are very inconsiderate and inhumane. They show no sympathy towards a situation a dog owner is going through. As a place who is supposed to care for animals and give them a solution to their illness or at least advice on the following steps on what’s best for the pet, they fail to do that. Don’t waste your time coming here, probably won’t be much help.

  • Patricia Singleton-Glover

This was my first time visiting them because my female cat needed to be sprayed. I had to leave her in the morning and then pick her up at 4pm. Everyone seemed very nice and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The next morning Sundown (my cat) got her cone off and my son called them and they told us what to do, I expect to visit them again one day

  • ttonyy2002

You can not go wrong bringing your furry little friends to Liberty animal clinic. Dr. Doodson and his Staff are top notch. I had to bring in Red my cat and they took great care of him. Very calm environment..my pupp def appeared more comfortable here And the vet was very helpful and gave me the est options for my dog. He didn't try the most expensive procedures first. Simply solved the problem. Staff is very professional best vet in the city I've come across. The waiting area is small but usually clear.

My first visit with the newest member to my family and it was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and loving towards our little girl and the doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all my questions to make sure our pup will be taken care of properly. We will definitely be back for all of our visits.

  • Rachel Feeser

Doctor was not thorough, didn't take a history of the animal, and was very quick to make an incorrect diagnosis. Even when we tried to contradict his diagnosis with other details and facts, he argued and told us we were wrong about behaviors we had noticed. The front staff and supporting staff were very nice.

  • Peachy

Staff on the phone when making an appointment are extremely disrespectful, rude and lazy. They have a disgusting attitude felt like I was calling the dmv!? Never coming back here the old staff used to be more careful and kinder with my cats I dont know what new staff they hired.

  • Marii Marii

They were always nice to me and my cat. They helped him every way of his journey. After experiencing some other vets I was so happy to find liberty animal clinic the doctor knows animals and is not ripping you off. I recommend everyone here because they are the best hands down.

  • Angela Orlando

Took our sweet girl, America, to be put to sleep. That's exactly what they did. She went to sleep gently while we stroked and reassured her. Under $200 with a pet print. Very kind and compassionate Dr. and staff. Other rip off vets wanted $300 for same service. Go to Liberty!

  • Nicky

Compassionate doctor and staff for my cats! Doctor listens to my concerns and gives great advice. It is never a long wait to see the doctor. A vet visit is always stressful but the office feels homey and makes the process easier. Great place, highly recommend :)

  • Sourove Hossain

Came in person to see if any availability to get a cat seen today. Front desk refused to even schedule one for a future date. Just gave card to call them to schedule. When calling it's the same person that answers. Very confusing and not caring front desk.

  • Fatima Ali

I took my Petey for the first time and was very pleased with the service. Dr. Dodson exceeded all expectations, he was so welcoming and patient and attentive to all my questions and concerns being a first-time dog mommy. I would recommend to everyone.

  • Joey Cu

Very cost effective! Amazing service! I taken my boxer pup gere since she was a year old. She's now 4 years, had a litter, moved way out to NJ, and we've decided to keep her with this vet. Their prices can't be beat, even with paying tolls.

  • Ackeem Rhooms

The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and the vetenarian was a quick accurate diagnosis, (with people skills). Within 2 days, Tessie was noticeably better within 2 days after 4 months of head scratching!
