UPDATED: I appreciate the prompt response and effective resolution provided by the Lim Tyre TTDI, Mr Loon and team, which successfully addressed all the issues I raised. I strongly advise anyone considering sending their car to Lim Tyre Bangsar to think twice. My recent experience with this workshop was nothing short of a nightmare, as they completely disregarded my safety and displayed unprofessional behavior. I took my car to Lim Tyre Bangsar for a routine service. However, to my dismay, I discovered several days later that the undercarriage had not been reinstalled correctly. Shockingly, there were multiple missing pins that secure the undercarriage. I can understand a mistake here and there, but the magnitude of negligence I experienced is unacceptable. A total of six pins were missing, compromising the stability and safety of the undercarriage. What's even worse is that upon closer inspection, it was evident that one of the pins on the right side had been tampered with. It had not been properly pushed in to lock the pins, indicating a lack of attention to detail and care during the service. When I contacted them to address this serious issue, they shamelessly attempted to shift the blame and denied any responsibility. This response demonstrates their lack of accountability and professionalism. I cannot stress enough the importance of avoiding this workshop. It is clear that their focus is solely on making money, rather than ensuring the safe condition of their customers' vehicles. Your safety should never be compromised for the sake of their profits. Please take my warning seriously and choose a reputable and reliable workshop that priorities customer safety and delivers their services with professionalism and integrity. Protect yourself and your vehicle by steering clear of this workshop.

Hii ... Today ... my 1st time here. Hantar 3 kereta. Myvi, Swift and Serena. Untuk tukar tayar depan ke belakang dan belakang ke depan. Then buat allignment balancing terus. Penjagaan untuk setiap 6 bulan. Lim Tayar located sebaris dengan Kuil Hindu. And very near to my house yang located in Lorong Maarof 1. I am very happy sebab near and convenience and also lokasi dekat dan keadaan banglo shoplot tempat ada ruang yg cukup untuk masuk beberapa buah kereta. Tak conjested. About servis. Staff semua okey. Mr Hong yang assist me masa sampai. Kereta siap dalam waktu yang di janjikan. Kondisi kereta pula Alhamdulillah tip top terbaik selepas saya collect dan selepas di buat allignment dan balancing. So far overall saya amat berpuas hati. Semoga Semua staff terus konsisten menyampaikan servis yang terbaik ini. Thank you. 2 Nov 2023 Thursday

These guys are brilliant. My tyre went flat and another tyre shop said no. These guys came to me and helped put on the tyre and took the car back and replaced both tyres. Very professional service. I highly recommend them.

Annual service and had to have another new battery, 3rd one in 5 years. Very sceptical about this place and won’t use again. Seem to either use poor quality parts or recommend replacements when not needed. Price also high.

There was a nail in my tyre. The service is quick and they even checked the rest of mY tyres FOC. Patching price per tyre is RM10.60.
