Best experience servicing my car yet! Had a fantastic experience with Darshanan and Karen from GoMechanic. Had an oil leak and sent for an engine diagnosis, Karen came the very next day to pick up my car to send to the workshop. Within a couple days, they came back with a full itemised report with individual prices with services I could choose to remove if I opted out. I trusted their diagnosis and went with the full service. Throughout, Darshanan and Karen would provide some periodic updates and pictures with both of them visiting and/or checking up with the workshop occasionally. When it was done, they delivered it back on a rainy Sunday in perfect condition. On a side note, on the day it was getting sent to me, my sister's boyfriend's car happened to be parked at the house and I checked the oil level only to find it almost empty. I asked Karen whether I could buy some oil from the workshop to top it up and she not only brought it over free of charge but also had her mechanic top up the oil for us. No doubt I'll be using GoMehanic's services again. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of checking them out. EDIT: Shortly after writing this, Darshanan helped double check the final amount I paid and realised I had overpaid cause I had a Miles membership. Within a few minutes, he had the balance refunded to my account. Super fast customer oriented service!

This is my second time requesting for dent and repair services using the GoMechanic app. Initially I had issue with applying discount to my requested service but it was solved promptly after contacting the customer service agent. Soon, I was contacted by my assigned service buddy, Joe, who was very professional, attentive and responsive. I would like to thank Joe for helping me from the beginning till the end of the service, making sure the whole experience was a positive one. He frequently communicated to make sure everything was in order. The workshop arranged to pick up my car and did a great job in the dent and paint. Unfortunately, the delivery of the car back to me was rescheduled for 3 times causing me inconveniences. The workshop promised to arrange for a wash and vacuum service but did not deliver on its promise. After hearing about the situation, Joe promptly arranged the car for a (free) car spa service paid by GoMechanic. (Thank you again Joe!) I am 100% satisfied with Joe's professionalism and would highly recommend him as service buddy.

Initially i have doubts in using the service thru app but I have used GoMechanic services twice and I'm very thankful and happy. The apps is so easy to navigate and choose whichever service we opt for. Very detailed and valuable info. The handling person or service buddy,Mr Siva Ranjan and Mr Amit is very helpful and always ready in assisting throughout the process. He is so professional and excellent buddy. I managed to service my car within my budget. The mechanic person is so informative and knowledgeable. They won't force to changes unnecessarily or add the service. Only the waiting timing is very long and not all GoMechanic outlets have proper lounge or waiting area. Awesome package service overall and value for money.

Very frustrated with GoMechanic. Today i was supposed to get my cars serviced by them. Ordered two cars for their basic service just to test them out. I chose 12pm for a pickup. At first it was normal, they contacted me around 11am saying they wanted to come for a pickup bla bla bla. Unfortunately I waited until 12.30pm and no one came to pickup my cars. I was kinda mad so i contacted their customer service, they told me that the their workshop was nearby my place so i said i'll wait. 1pm and there is nobody coming. Waited until 1.20pm until i decided to cancel my order. My effort and time was wasted due to this awful service. Tips: do not pay them first before any service done by them. Dont trust their time.

A very professional service provided by their panel and also the customer service by the GoMechanic team! It’s very different compared to the conventional way as most of the process for e.g. the booking, follow-up, and payment are all automated and fast! The workshop conducted a thorough inspection on my vehicle and they’ll advise you which part should be replaced or fixed. Their price are pretty transparent and affordable too!
