It is very rare these days to be greeted by a CER as kind, helpful, and genuine as Gabriella from the Carrefour Laval store. During the busy holiday season, she quickly found me my size, made some great recommendations, and kept a positive energy throughout the entire interaction. Every store could use more employees like her.

Guy on the phone was incredibly rude. Asked for a certain model and he didn’t bother to check if he had in stock, because I didn’t have the product code on hand. When I said “I’ll call back later when I have the code, he said “tant mieux”.
