Buyer beware. I am writing this review after ordering for the 2nd time from Living Spaces. First Order: The staff was helpful and we placed our in store and all seemed to be going as expected. The day of the delivery only 3/4 of the order arrived. They said that the warehouse had forgotten to load two items and they would have to set up another delivery (meaning taking another day off work). When speaking with customer service I was informed it was not forgotten but coming from their California facility and would be aprox two more weeks before it could be delivered. Was not happy. It actually took 3 weeks to receive all items. 2nd order. Before placing the order in the San Antonio store, we specifically asked the associate and store manager about availability as this order was time-sensitive. They pulled data from the system and guaranteed all items were in the local warehouse and would be delivered in 3 days. Day of delivery the driver says there is one piece not being delivered as it was not at the warehouse. (Arg!!!! ) I start escalating to only find our Living Spaces Customer Service (LSCS) is useless. Not only do they have limited visibility, but clearly make stuff up. We spoke with 4 different contacts in less than an hour and got 4 different reasons why the item was not there. The delivery driver let me know this happens all the time, and was nice enough to get the warehouse manager on the phone with me. Unlike LSCS she was very helpful and truthful. LS showrooms will show items that are readily available even if they are not. This is to close sales in the opinion of the supervisor, as she sees this happen on about 60%+ orders that come through. After 3 days of escalation and getting the run around with LSCS (Did I mention they are useless and if you want to speak with a supervisor they have to submit a ticket, and it will be 24hrs before anyone will attempt to get back to you. They also do not have a way to transfer or provide a number for the individual stores- everything goes through the useless LSCS ticketing system) we have been told we can expect the missing piece in aprox 4-5 weeks from today. Rating: In store associates 4 1/2-stars, Delivery: 1 star - During both deliveries they were banging items, crawling over items, and some even fell out of the truck (3+ feet) on the ground. Customer services: Can you give negative stars: sure!! -5 stars. Quality of the product: 3 stars. Living Spaces has lost my future business and I have made it my personal mission to let everyone know that Living Spaces should not be a trusted business.
I ended up canceling my custom order and returning the coffee table because it arrived broken. I was charged a restock fee for a broken table!!!! I would have never cancelled but first, I requested the table delivered with my sofas which were scheduled for delivery on May 1. First of all I never received a confirmed with a shorter delivery window as I was informed I would receive. 2nd only the table was delivered and it arrived broken. When I called about exchanging/returning they told me they could someone out to repair it so we did all the steps with pictures and all to have someone come out. They informed me someone contact me within 3 days to come out for repair. No one called or came. I was also told that someone would call me May 6, to schedule delivery of my sofas, which also never happened. This all took place on Monday, May 1. So, I allowed you all an entire week before calling back to check the status of the sofas and the table. I could barely understand the representative. I kept asking to be transferred to a supervisor or someone who could help me resolve these problems and he refused and kept repeating himself that I would be contacted in 24hours!! I had already waited a week! I was also informed that someone would contact me between May 6-May 20. I had got rid of my other sofas because delivery was scheduled for the first!!! And now I would have to wait another two weeks to probably just schedule delivery!!! So, I called back and told the other representative that I wanted to return the broken table for which I was charged a restocking fee and over $500 for cancellation of the custom order. Which I knew I would be charged for the custom order cancellation but at this point I wanted nothing to do with Living spaces and their service! I informed the gentleman that I would be contacting the better business bureau to report this practices, which I still intend to do. Now here I am waiting for pick up of this broken coffee table on May 9, which again I was supposed to be contacted with a shorter pick up window and still nothing! I will be doing a google review as well! I should have read the reviews before having stepped into this store. This is the worst service I’ve ever received!
If I could give zero stars I would. I went to store in San Antonio. I originally spoke to a Leann- who happens to be the manager there. I should have know she didn’t know what she was talking about because of misinformation she gave me when I originally went there. She told me that the bed slates were a separate price, but when I was rung up, then were included with item. Today when I received item, it was missing the drawers under the bunk bed. I went to the store and they stated “ oh, we have the wrong tag on the item”. I don’t work for LIVING SPACES. How am I supposed to know it is the incorrect tag. I was told when I made the purchase that everything I saw was included, with exception to the ladder, which did have a separate sales tag on it. When I went back to the store, they charged me for the drawers, which they shouldn’t have. After I spoke to corporate office, I was told that they couldn’t assist me, it was a store level thing. I was then forwarded to Edith, a manager at the corporate office , who wasn’t helpful and she raised her voice at me. I then asked to speak to a higher level manager and I am awaiting them to contact me. I have been in retail for quite some time being a manager. If an item is mistagged and I am told by an associate that everything is included. Then that’s the way it is. Misleading customers is WRONG. Even today, when I went back, the item has incorrect tag and I have a timed stamped photo I would have loved to include in this review. I have a pending custom order , that has been delayed from your company also. I would definitely cancel if wasn’t charged your 25% restocking fee that I signed off on. Funny how your company can charge a restocking fee and go by what’s in writing, but doesn’t go by what’s in writing for a price in the store.
I ordered custom 2 chairs and custom daybed. The furniture was delivered on January 14, 2023. Before the delivery people left we showed them that two of the metals chairs legs were damaged and they stated they couldn’t take the furniture back. Within 1 hour I contacted Living Spaces Repair team and they sent me a link and to uploaded several pictures and I did within 2 hours everything was submitted. They called to scheduled a repair for January 23, 2023 and 30 minutes before the repair time. I received a called stating that the repair strain his arm and could not make. They than reschedule me for another repair for January 31, 2023 between 3am -7pm, I called around 6pm and the repair department was closed and the repair team did not show up. I called Living Spaces several more times and by this time I have made 2 trips to the store to resolve the issue. They reschedule again February 8,2023 and this time they canceled due to the weather. They rescheduled me for February 17,2023 between 3pm - 7pm and around 6pm I received a called stating that the repair person is running behind and would not be able to make it and they need to reschedule me, I explained this is like the 4th cancellation I would like for them to pick up the furniture, they than ask could they give me a call back in 30 minutes, they did and said that another repair tech was on the way and would be at my home in 45 minutes. So one should up with no new legs and no tools and said, yes the legs are broken and took more pictures and will know report back to Living Spaces to place and order for the legs. I just want them to come and get this furniture and chargeback my credit Card.
My husband also chose Living Spaces because we appreciate that the sales representatives don't seem to work off commission ans they don't follow you around the show room or pressure you into a purchase. Unfortunately, today when we came into to see some couches in person that we had already researched online, we were soon met by a sales representative that seemed determined to make a sale off of us. He asked initially if we needed help and we said no since we were still looking. He sat with us and started talking about the couches we were looking at. He quickly looked us up in the system and added the couches to our name. When I told him we were still planning to look around he laughed and said okay but come find me when you're ready and tell anybody you're already working with me. I didn't mind telling people we were working with Orlando but I definitely felt pressured to make a purchase. Once we had decided what we want we talked the order through with the representative. He seemed to rush through our order and tried to sell us the insurance. The whole experience felt like I would get at another store that we purposely avoid for that reason. By the time we got to the cashier they told us we would have to cancel and replace my order because he placed it in my husband's name even though my store card was under my name. I did not enjoy my experience at Living Spaces and I will rethink buying anymore furniture here if this is what to be expected.
Never buying from them again! Had the worst experience trying to get my couches delivered. (But was told when shopping in store the weekend before Labor Day that they could deliver the next day if I wanted them that fast) I’m still waiting to hear back from the warehouse on a new delivery time as they cancelled the delivery THIS morning, without any common courtesy to update myself or my husband with a call, text or email that the order had been cancelled. Yet, had received an email last night and 7:30 this morning that my delivery was on route to be completed between 9:15-12:15 TODAY. Initially we had it scheduled Monday but rescheduled to today as we were expecting and had our on Monday and that prevented us from receiving the delivery. It’s been very frustrating and am on the 3rd call to get a status update. They really need to get it together especially after paying 4K for couches that payment has been collected upon doesn’t help but feel like just a number. Holding off on heading to the actual store in San Antonio to cancel this order tomorrow morning if I don’t get a resolution on this! Don’t shop from here if this is the kind of experience you want to receive.
I bought 2 custom sofas about 3 months ago and still have not received a functioning sofa. First sofa was delivered without a problem and it was great. The second sofa came defective and had nails on feet that scratched my wooden floors. We had to open a claim and get quotes for this claim which takes time out of our working day and only to find out the claim has been closed. We had to wait a few weeks to get the feet replaced but when those came in, they were all scratch and defective. We waited another month and a half to get a replacement couch and the delivery guys accidentally hit our surround system and broke a component. Worse part was when we sat on our couch, we could feel the spring being broken and having no support. Such a mess! Living spaces makes us jump through hoops and makes us waste so much of our time and after 3 months we still o ly have one functioning couch, a defective couch and property damage. Definitely feel like we should get a mangers to call us instead of dealing with so many different people or simply get our money back. Such a disappointing experience!
Honestly I’m so tired of explaining my frustration after having to do so with countless associates I have had to talk to in order to REQUEST to even speak to a manager regarding the delivery (or lack there of) of my kids beds. We have dealt with broken pieces, missing pieces, rude associates, promises to be called by a manager and now TWO WEEKS later (after I paid for 3 day delivery since my house burnt down and I wanted to get a bed for my children quickly) we STILL do not have a bed for my kids and I have NOT received a call from a manager after multiple times that my husband and I both called and requested one. My children are sleeping on the floor for weeks now, after they lost all of their belongings in a fire and I PAID for a nice new bed for them!! Maybe this review will finally get someone to call me back! I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated considering the “upscale” feel of this company. The service has been horrible and I would never shop here again considering no one even cares to rectify the situation or, at the bare minimum, call me back!
Our saleswoman was professional and new the products available and the process to obtain them the sale was easy delivery is tonight hopefully but as far as the service at the store it was exceptional. UPDATE: EVEN THOUGH THE SALESWOMAN VERIFIED THE ITEM WAS IN STOCK IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE TONIGHT WITHOUT THE SLATS THAT SUPPORT THE MATTRESS! The delivery men weren't able to direct me how this was going to get resolved. So i called Living Spaces and the manager was going to call the Warehouse to verify they had the slats and he would call me back in a couple minutes. He mentioned he may not have a delivery driver to bring them tonight so i offered to pick up the slats myself so I wouldn't have to sleep on the floor tonight. Then the manager told me he needed to call the Warehouse to verify they had them and he would call me back within 24 hours?!!! What??!! What happened to a couple minutes? This is outrageous they deliver until 1am but need 24 hours omg I'll never ever shop at this circus again.
Recently bought a whole couch set back on August 26th. But have yet to receive our couches. Spoke to the number on file which is a call center outside the U.S they state. Was eventually scheduled for September 15th after being rescheduled. Have talked to 4 escalation managers as I have not received my order and they stated the warehouse cancelled our delivery. Although we received confirmation and a delivery route notification the day of. Various reasons on every call as to why it was cancelled with no notice. Nobody can help because they say the warehouse has to respond and have been told they need 24 hours but have given them more than ample time. No call backs or emails received when they state they will call within 2 or 3 hours to follow up. Will be going in to cancel my order and take my purchase elsewhere if this is not resolved by end of day. No way to call the store to get assistance as everything redirects to the call center.
Do not order from living spaces if you’re doing a nationwide order. Items came damaged and the exchange process has been an absolute nightmare. The customer service has been extremely rude and not helpful, every time I call I get different information. 8/9/2023 In addition to not solving the original problem and constantly getting different information every time I call living spaces, now my item is discontinued and instead of refunding me my money they want me to choose a different nightstand that doesn’t match my other one or the rest of my bedroom furniture because of their error. They won’t refund my money for the nightstand even though it’s their error and I reported it broken the day it was delivered. Do not shop here save your money and buy your furniture from a company that hires people with half a brain. Living spaces scams their customers. I will be following up with the BBB after they wanted me to commit warranty fraud.
While I know at 4k plus reviews mine will be lost, but I will no longer buy from them. I was honest on a claim with Uniters, their warranty company, and my claim to correct 2 year old couch cushions splitting at the seams was denied due to me not knowing when the event happened, nor reporting it within 30 days. Furthermore, you need to mail in your cancellation notice, a very antiquated medium, and they charge a processing fee to process a prorated refund upon your warranty cancellation. I love their store and staff, but I do not love that my couch cushions split at the seams after 2 years of use, and my claim was denied when I was honest on the lengthy claims submission app. I only posted this after an unproductive email exchange with their social media managing representative. Companies like this are too big to care, and hide behind terms & conditions forms and ‘policy’.
We stopped at 4-5 furniture stores on our search for a couch and found that Living Spaces had the most variety and range of prices. The one downfall is that if you want anything different than the floor model (fabric, configuration, stuffing, etc) the order won’t be delivered for about 2 months. We shopped mid October and they estimated a Christmas delivery for us. However this is a common problem with most furniture stores at this time and is most likely out of their control. We picked something that didn’t need to be customized and it was delivered in two days. We’ve only had our furniture for a few days but we (and our cats) are very happy so far! Disclaimer: I did not have to use customer service but there are a lot of negative reviews. While in store an employee told me that the typical wait time is 2 hours.
We went to another Living Spaces a couple days prior. I wanted to check this location for alternate options before making a decision. I found a recliner I liked and asked an associate about the features. He provided them and then left. After looking around more and going back to that piece because of the features, I scanned the QR code and found the associate was TOTALLY wrong about EVERY feature he explained to me. Nonetheless, I decided on another recliner and went straight to the checkout counter because the gentleman in the recliner section who gave wrong information deserved no credit of any kind. The cashier was more than helpful,went over paperwork and warranty info thouroughly. We have bought from LS many times before and will be back, but will be weary of the associates a little more going forward.
I was in the store today for the first time and I loved so many things … I found a huge vase that was $200 and some accessories for my dining table . When I went to check out at the cashier, there was only 1 cashier and a sales person with a tablet helping that 1 customer . Since it was my first visit .. I was carrying all the items and a huge vase. Not 1 associate bothered to say” do you need a cart for that”, we will be right with you. Nothing ! About 5 employees kept walking by us and Not even bothered to offer any help. Needless to say after 15 min of waiting and our vase slipping out of our hands we left our stuff and walked out. Loved the products but do not shop at this location! Horrible customer service ! Shop at another store that cares about your experience and not just making sales!!
Worse place to buy furniture from. I purchased a sofa in Nov of 2021 not even 1 year later the frame of sofa is broken. Thank God I purchased the care free warranty but after not having me in their system that took another couple of months. So now I’m at March 2023 I have a warranty specialist come take a look at my sofa to see if it can be repaired - - it can’t, so they offer a replacement or a $300 check. I of course want the replacement because it is more than the $300 check they want to offer and we need a place for us to sit. We are now in June and I still have not received a replacement. This place uses cheap products to make their sofas. Prior to these sofas I had some I bought from Lacks 17 years ago. I regret getting rid of. DO NOT SHOP HERE. This is your warning.
Kelsey & Bryan were extremely helpful, so were their entire staff! I have been shopping for about a week at many different furniture stores around San Antonio and NO WHERE BEATS THEM! They don’t go buy commission, they value customer service and your experience at their store. I’m young and look younger than my age, so every place I go to I don’t get taken seriously. Kelsey & Bryan made my experience fun, comfortable and didn't leave out any information . Everyone went above and beyond for me! The store is very organized and clean unlike every other furniture store with a nice, helpful employee at each separate department. It was easy, fun and beyond easy! Did I mention it’s super affordable?! If you haven’t visited the friendly people at Living Spaces yet, you need to!
Absolute worst experience. Items were delivered late. Wrong items were delivered. Phone number for customer service stated I owed money when I didn’t cause it was all placed on a credit card. Warehouse couldn’t get the orders right. Was told if I could wait to cancel to get me a discount between 10 and 20 percent off so I waited. Offered a 150 dollar gift card with nothing more even though my bill was over 7 grand. Asked to cancel. Tried to say because it was past seven days I couldn’t. However I got that changed due to saying I only waited because of their promises of a bigger discount or else would’ve canceled way sooner. Long story short won’t ever shop there again. And you shouldn’t either. Once they drop the ball they won’t make it worth righting.
We bought a couch several months ago which we loved. It was unfortunately damaged during the delivery process but we were able to warranty the couch and we received a new one. That process was easy and 5 stars to them for that. The reason for the 1 star is that the technician they sent out to inspect the couch, damaged our floors during the process. We made a claim for it months ago and have yet to get anywhere with it and seem to get the run around when we ask about it. Have been told we should hear from someone in regards to it, which we never have, and when we try to get help from the store they say they can’t do anything and we again have to try elsewhere and are no help. Might be different for you but this has been our experience.
Spent 2 hours of my life today looking at furniture. Tried to order an item but was out of stock. Can't even order it until in stock. The 2nd item was ready to order but I needed 1 week later than the system would let them put out in the future due to needing to take delivery after closing on our new house. Went home and ordered it online since there were more future dates available so now I don't have to wait a week which is nice. However, my credit card wasn't accepted due to a fraud concen. So now I have to go into the store to show my credit card and ID. Living Spaces has wasted too much of my time. I am not going to come in a 2nd time just to show my credit card and ID in person. This company is anything but easy to work with.
Horrible delivery schedule and delivery staff! Ordered leather couches for over $5000 and got a torn couch. I noticed after 3 weeks since it’s in the back of the loveseat. When complained through phone and emails, a tech was assigned to check the issue. He came after several weeks and determined that it was indeed the delivery team’s problem and that he would order the patch and replace it. I agreed but then I get an email from Living Spaces blaming us for the abuse / misuse, I wrote back and explained what the tech told us. They replied again blaming us and telling us to use the extended warranty! We’ve spend around 10K and really fed up with the after sales service! Wish I could give a zero star!
If you are shopping for furniture you absolutely must stop into Living Spaces. Set aside plenty of time to browse through this absolutely gigantic furniture showroom for every room of the house to include rugs, wall art, lighting, knick knacks. They have everything in just about every style and color you can imagine. They have plenty of staff in each department to assist you and also offer interior design assistance as well. Special recognition to the lady who assisted us Miss Marisol. Patient and knowledgeable, Marisol assisted my wife and I with our future living room furniture choices and options. Before you decide shop at Living Spaces with locations in San Antonio, Austin and Pflugerville.
This was my first time going to Living Spaces. I walked around the store maybe 30-45’ no one ever greeted me or my friend which she arrived before me. No one asked if we needed any help several employees walked right passed us as if we weren’t visible. One guy (employee) did speak. I was interested in “As Is” product which was labeled wrong went to the front counter where 2 female employees were sitting said excuse me and they looked at me as if I was bothering them. I inquired about the furniture and one quickly replied with an attitude. At this point I will never step foot back in this location again. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Rude & Customer Service is terrible.
I purchased a new home and needed furniture. I stopped by 4 furniture stores wanting to get all my furniture from one store not having to worry about different delivery days. I found everything at Living Spaces! The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming. The sales person Lynn listen to me and made recommendations. I went back a few days later to finalize purchase and I still was in love with my furniture. Applying for a credit card was easy too, and once again the customer service was amazing. The cashier Cory (I think that’s what his name was. I wrote it down but with moving I lost the paper) was kind patient with my questions. Definitely visiting there again!
Terrible Customer Service. Purchased an item because it was in stock and the night before they canceled my delivery time after already taking the time off of work! It has now been Over a month and I still do not have my couch! They have done nothing to help the situation. I called today and are now saying they have the item. Not really holding my breath that it will be here tomorrow but also had I not called again would my couch still be sitting in the warehouse? Also, how long has it just been sitting there meanwhile I have been couchless for over a month. Update: Delivery was LATE. Received wrong item. I received part of my Order in green
Great store. I'm from out west so I'm already accustomed to Living Spaces. We've gotten very good quality furniture for extremely good prices. The protection plan offered with the items you buy is well worth it. Whatever you spend on the protection plan, if you don't have to cash it in within five years, you are given store credit for the amount. Sales floor reps aren't pushy and do not work off commission. The contracted delivery crew was a little rough around the edges and weren't the most graceful when delivering our items here in San Antonio but this was the first bad run in I've had with a delivery crew from them.
Furniture is cheap chinese junk. $2900 for a sectional set we rarely use and already needed 2 repairs on within a couple weeks. Seams break and material is very fragile. California prices for some dollar store furniture. Plus if something is backordered, forget it. They'll deliver 3 different items to you that aren't the correct item and then take a week to respond to find the item you ordered and paid for... 37 days and a couple wrong item attempted deliveries and still waiting for our other peice. Order from Nebraska Furniture Mart and pay for the out of area shipping. You'll save hundreds and get better quality.
The best experience I have ever had shopping for furniture. From the moment I walked into the store and was kindly greeted, and to the finalizing of the sale was a pleasure. Tim was assigned to me and he was attentive, courteous, patient, knowledgeable and professional in his interactions with me. I didnt feel pressured or hurried. I was able to get the sofa for my needs and the material I desired for my sofa . All steps of the buying process, and what to expect in regard to delivery time was explained to me in depth. Living Spaces is a customers dream when it comes to buying furniture.
Shopped on a Friday evening, had to hunt down a salesperson to help. It's nice not having a stalker when furniture shopping but would also be helpful to have sales personnel more readily available. Although my piece of furniture was inspected fully as it was a floor model once I got it home I noticed some damage that must have happened once it was taken off the sales floor and prepped for pick up. I did not call back as a death in the family has taken most of my time. Just disappointed that better care was not taken while prepping and wrapping the furniture and was damaged in the process.
DO NOT BUY a from here…. 2 failed deliveries …. Been lied to 3 times and still don’t have what they promised me 2 weeks after ordering. Customer care will lie to you and treat you like something they stepped in. This is even after paying extra for their in home setup and delivery …. Just awful !! Update went to store and the manager Lee-Anne was worse than useless and then told me yeah this item has a high defect rate …. So you knew that and still sold it to me !!!! They take your money and when things go wrong they don’t care . This won’t be the end I promise you !!
This is the best place to shop or just probe around for furniture, dining, and beds for a new home. They are a non-commission, wholesale company, which means cheap prices without employees pressuring you to make a premature purchase! Visited this location twice after going by Ashley Homestore and Rooms To Go, and nothing compares to the size, prices, and friendliness of the staff in Living Spaces. This place is wasn’t known to me before, but after one visit, I’ll never forget it - already bought a couch today and getting it delivered by tomorrow!
I found the recliner (in the color we wanted) that we had looked for all over north San Antonio at this Living Spaces on Loop 1604. They had the largest number of floor samples of all and delivered it the next day. The floor personnel were easy to find, beginning at the entrance door, and knew their product line well. No double-talk like we experienced at other furniture stores. I also bought the inexpensive extended (Care Free Plan) warranty that the sales rep offered which is one of the best furniture warranties I've seen.
This is the second time I go into Living Spaces and no one acknowledged me besides the person at the front desk. My full intention was to buy something today. I know exactly what I want but standing around waiting to get acknowledged is crazy to me. I've spent thousands of dollars with Living Spaces. All my living room, all my bedroom and part of my office is from Living Spaces. So I love Living Spaces furniture. Guess service is horrible though. I shouldn't have to try to track down a sales person to buy items.
I purchased a living room set and within 6 months the thread began to unravel. I purchased the protection plan for matters like this however when they sent me a link to upload photos I never got a response. When I followed up I was told to download and app for my claim. After doing that I was told the time frame had expired and they would not honor the warranty. I wasted money trying to protect myself and now I have furniture that has tears due to faulty construction of the furniture.
So disappointed with Living Spaces!! Save your sanity!!! I ordered and purchased my items to be delivered and never heard from them the day off. I had to call and look for my furniture only to find out they hadn’t been transferred to a warehouse and were not gonna be delivered until a whole month after!!! I would have appreciated their honesty from the day we purchased and a courtesy call about my items not being delivered on my scheduled day. I know I’ll never shop here again.

Paid for bed delivery and set up and they left without bed being put together stating they didn’t have the screws and that someone would be out later tonight to set it up. The delivery kid said the “rescue team” would call which never happened and when I spoke with Customer Service nothing was ever put in system. Now I have be without a bed for another week while I wait for yet another delivery. Very poor service
When I first walked in I like that I wasn't bombarded by sales people that harasses you to get a sell. When I had made a decision, I was walking pass Katy(purple hair which I loved) and she spoke and had a friendly smile on her face so I asked her if she could help me. Without hesitation she was happy to help me. She was awesome from beginning to end. She explained everything really well. I really hope she gets a great commission from the sell because she deserves it.
Tonight's experience was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a hot minute. Went in to browse and came out with 2 bedrooms with of furniture. I could have left to check out other stores but I really wanted to buy from Huey as he was friendly, funny and knew his product. Bring able to purchase tonight means I have more time during the week to focus on other projects. Living Spaces has furniture for all budgets and a large selection.
I had a great experience. I got all of my questions answered, wasn’t pressured to make a purchase, and when I did, the process was extremely smooth. As a first time furniture buyer, I felt completely confident in my decision with the help of Ethan and Fernando. Everyone I interacted with clearly takes pride in their job and enjoys being there. That created a comfortable environment that I can’t wait to return to for future purchases!
We were looking for a particular item and style of furniture, so this was mainly an exploratory visit. This place is huge, with lots of available staff. The furniture is attractive and affordable and comes in a variety of styles, from contemporary to classic. I would not consider this to be a very high-end furniture store, nor is it "cheap". I'd say you could find furniture for almost any room at prices which won't break the bank.
Walking in to Living Spaces can be overwhelming with the amount of inventory they have on the showroom floor. Sandra was our sales rep and she made our experience memorable. She spent 3 1/2 hours with us. We bought living room furniture and bedroom furniture. Her knowledge , personality and her decorative help were first class. Because of her we spent our money here. I would recommend anyone to ask for her help if you shop there.
We were looking for a bedroom suite and a mattress. The salesman we worked with in the bedroom department was very patient with us, we looked at a lot of furniture, and was very knowledgeable. We had the same great service at their sleep center. We needed up buying a bedroom suite and mattress. Will definitely buy there again. I gave them 4 stars as they haven’t delivered the furniture yet. Will try to update after delivery.
best custumer servise in a furniture store the employers do not pressure into buy and you can enjoy to see and try the sofas unltil you are sure which one you like ... also there its a bar in with super low prices 2 dollas a beer an 3 dollar an individal pizza which make more fun been enjoying the experience of looking at the furniture.. you can deduce of what you spend at the bar if you buy something of the furniture
They have really nice stuff but their policies suck and over priced. Different issues for different purchases for different people in extended family. Stuff not arriving on time, damanes products warranty not valid etc. just not a great experience over all. Mostly when it comes to delivery or after. The employees seem nice and willing to help without pressure but it’s the after purchase experience that blows.
I came in to find a coffee table for my living room. I knew what kind of table I wanted. I was nicely greeted as I entered and then the sales assistant, Kelsey, took me to the section where I found my table immediately. Paperwork was done digitally which was nice. We set up the delivery for the next day. She explained everything thoroughly and I was out the door in no time. Very pleasant experience.
I was in Arizona so I purchased furniture to deliver to west Texas and as soon as it was delivered 4 pcs were broken, 2nd try they sent me wrong pieces and broken, 3rd try stil waiting due to the fact all broken pcs and wrong pcs returned but delivery company kept furniture and didn't document. So they keep asking me to schedule pickup for furniture they already have ...going on 2 months
Awesome!! We’ve bought several pieces from here and are adding more soon ! We love that they aren’t pushy salesmen as the are no commission. But this makes it hard to find some help when you are ready to purchase. Also, I might add beware of super low prices this will reflect in quality as we’ve learned. Here we are a year later looking for a replacement couch of higher quality.
From start to finish Huey was so helpful! I would absolutely recommend requesting him for assistance. Moving in general can be so stressful and time consuming on your own, but from the moment I walked into Living Spaces, Huey was attentive, patient and productive in finding the right sofa for me! I've been looking for one for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it!
We already had a list of items we desired, however, they have great items inside the store as well not just online! We had all 3 of our young kids, who now are asking to go back from the fun playground they have inside! So glad we managed to stop by and get everything we needed for our new home! Lynn, among many others were beyond helpful! Highly recommend!

I’ve visited this place several times and it’s always a great experience. Today after walking around I asked Chris and Karina for help and they were extremely nice and patient since I couldn’t make up my mind. I had to call my husband a few times and they were never rude. They explained and double checked all the information that I needed to know.
Absolutely the worst experience a customer could have. They never delivered my furniture yet refuse to refund my credit card without a 10 percent fee. I have been four days trying to get through to a manager who won’t return calls. They have the furniture. They have my money. They won’t return my calls. I’ve never seen a business do this

Easiest place to shop for furniture! The sales associates don’t work on commission, so they don’t bother you/follow you around. When you’re ready to make a purchase or have a question, they’re available to assist. Everyone was friendly and the prices are comparable to other furniture stores. Tons of options. Definitely recommend.
I definitely felt an unwelcoming vibe from this store. I passed by multiple staff members, and none of them acknowledged or greeted me. However, the variety of furniture made up for the lack of friendliness. I was able to find the couch I was looking for. I decided to buy the couch online since no one was willing to help me.
Saundra Santos was very helpful, informative & nice.The site wouldn't let me purchase an entertainment stand, so I went in the store and she helped me with everything I needed quickly. Lots of selection. And laid out so you can focus on whatever you are shopping for. Some things seemed quirky but maybe that's what's in for some. Prices were good variety for recliners but the firm cushion still seemed too soft. Not a lot of sales pressure, one pop on and then we were able to peruse at our leisure.
Great experience. Did not feel overly hovered on by sales staff, but they were also available when I had a question. Orlando was especially helpful in assisting me find a particular item I was looking for. He also helped me get my order setup so I could finalize it after I got home and took some measurements.
Enjoyed our visit to Living Sapces. We were not followed or put under any type of pressure during our visit. TIim helped us when we had queations and was very knowlegable about the product, delivery, and warranty information. We were not expecting to make a purchase on our first visit but we did. Since we entered the store we were greeted and offered for any help. All reps were very nice and polite. Jonathan was very professional when helping us choose our furniture. He took his time to do it in a 3D design so we could see how it would look like in our home. We are very satisfied with our purchase.
We found a dining set $6000. Told if we didn't buy it that day it may be sold out. We opened a CC ordered it waited for delivery a week later. Day of delivery the order had been canceled and parts of the set are no longer in stock. They offered us a scratched up floor model bench, not even the whole set.
This place is gigantic and has furniture for almost every type of style! Everyone was friendly inside and explained the store to us. The best part was the giant kid center and car to push them around in. Whoever came up with that idea is a genius, love it! Nancy helped us and was kind and helpful.

Hate this place. The gay guy was following me and was very snobby! I asked for the bathroom and he said its for paying customers. I told him that if he did not point where it was, i would not buy zhit. Afterwards, i walked out very angry. The guy was racist in my opinion. Avoid this place.
The experience my wife and I had at LS was extremely easy, efficient and pleasant! Our LS associate, Karina, was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful during our visit and purchase. I would highly recommend visiting your nearest LS and revisit the same amazing experience we had there.

The staff aren't commissioned based, so it's very refreshing to go to a furniture store and not have people pushing you to buy. My lady and I actually spent over two hours there, and it was extremely pleasant. We will definitely go back and do more home furnishings shopping there soon.
Sales rep, Ryan made this a very pleasant experience. He applied the computer designing software as so I can get all the correct sizes of office furniture to fit according to the dimensions. He was able to sure I saw the computerize version to make sure I was 100% sure of my purchase!
Worse service ever. We purchased 2 sofa sets that came damaged. We called and only option is call support make a service claim. Been over 6 months and still haven’t got any updates or any response. If they sell the warranty then it’s totally fake. Just another way to make more money.
Vanessa the sales rep. Was amazing! She asked me exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to push me to buy something I didn't need. Very personable but also very professional. She knew about the mattresses and even helped me choose a better quality mattress that was on sale!!!
Tim was super helpful! Showed us other products online that weren’t on the floor that really suited our needs! Ended up purchasing a beautiful rocking chair and the whole process only took about 5-10 minutes. He even showed me how to assemble the chair when it’s delivered!
This place is huge. We got a couch and bed. Aaron in the revive area is awesome. Totally above and beyond. Really only purchased that day because of him. Orlando in the recliner section was attentive with out being pushy. Good job. Hope you pass this in to those employees
Amazing store, they have something for everyone's style. huge store. drop the kids off in the play room while you walk around ! they offer mattresses an pillows , be sure an check out there large rug selection. bring a snack you will be here awhile. worth the drive .

A great place if you want to take your time looking and not be hassled by salesmen. Bryson helped me locate end dining chairs. He explained delivery, return and the repair program. I’m sure I took longer comparing the chairs. Really like this place.
