Been with this bank for over 20 years now never had an issue until recently when I sold a car and was told to show proof of where the money has come from.I showed them proof which they wouldn’t look at as I sold the car on market place and had all messages on there,instead they’re telling me you should have a signature? In this day and age everything is on line including road tax,insurance and v5 updates so why would I require a signature as the evidence is in my phone of the sale.The staff was very unprofessional in their job treating me like a thief,wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone because of their attitude towards me and poor understanding of the situation from the beginning

Was there 4 times, until go to the city centre branch and finnaly they told me in 2 minutes what's going on. Staff are lack of competence, smiling and goggle, stering at you like you was an idiot.

Only 2 people on the desk sorting customers. Queing down the road. 40 mins to bank my money. Absolute awful branch. Needs closing. Plenty of spare staff walking around having a laugh. What a joke

This is the worst branch I've gone to! Unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional staff. I would suggest that you avoid this place at all costs and go into Leeds Centre and speak to people there.

Very nice staff very polite and helpful and the phone banking is brilliant to no negative thing to say abt this bank been with them about 20yrs and all my family is with them

Very very helpful staff. I just opened a business account (puglian pizza cafe) and their staff and management is providing wonderful service all time

Came today all the way from other site of Leed just to find out that note been left on the door “Sorry today we close 13:30” Not happy whatsoever

your website says its open until 3pm today Wednesday 13th october. went to the bank to find it closed on a Wednesday . very annoying.
