This place is always clean and the cost is very reasonable. I’m giving it 2 stars because the lady Karen that was working 3 Sunday’s ago was extremely rude and unprofessional. I came by at 845pm sign said last wash 9pm. She immediately came outside trying to tell me they were closed mind you no one was here, I told her I had 2 baskets and if I didn’t have enough time to dry since they close at 10pm I would dry elsewhere. There was a man about to drive off and when he saw I got my clothes off he asked in Spanish if they were open and I told him she was allowing me to stay since I had two baskets only. She was sweeping and mopping as soon as we walked in she started yelling that not to walk over here or over there to go around this way because she didn’t want to clean there again. She kept yelling about how she is here by herself and didn’t want to be here after 10pm. She accused me of lying because I told her I had only 2 loads and I had 4. The Hispanic man was bringing in his clothes and she kept yelling at him because he walked through the aisle she had just mopped and I had to translate because he didn’t understand her. She was so aggressive and loud I finally asked her to stop yelling and talking to me, there was no reason for her aggression and rudeness. She then rolled her eyes and kept yelling how she already cleaned and she’s by herself how she doesn’t live around here and doesn’t want to get home late cause she has another job. I told her again stop yelling/talking to me with attitude, if I am not done by 10pm I will go dry elsewhere. She was pacing back and forth yelling like a mad woman. I grabbed my phone and she yelled at me not to go on Google and give a bad review if I had a problem just to tell her. I could’ve believe her unprofessionalism and her behavior. I ignored her and sat down waiting for my clothes in awkwardness. I have never felt so uncomfortable. Needless to say we were out by 10:05pm. She did all that yelling and screaming for no reason. I understand you want to go home and you don’t want to be out late but do you need to be this rude. I don’t recommend coming here on Sunday when she is here.

Tuesday Evenings at the Local Laundry are the best. My family and I choose to come here even though we live on the other side if town. The attendant keeps the place spotless. She is constantly sanitizing and ensuring her customers have a great experience. She greets you as you walk in and make you feel welcomed. We use to come weekend evenings, but it's a complete different place then. There is no order nor cleanliness as seen on Tuesday evenings. Complete transformation.

I would give them five stars but after working for local laundry castroville rd location for over a year, I quit for five months to be rehired and drive across town and then be fired on my day off with no excuse after a month of employment. And a customer slashed two of my tires and threatened to physically harm me for asking him not to drink on the premises but who am I to complain.

This place is so well maintained and clean enough that I don’t care if my sheets drag on the floor while I’m folding them. The staff are friendly and helpful and the customers are my neighbors, mostly. The atmosphere is such that the few sketch individuals don’t cause an trouble. They’ve got to wash their clothes too, and they respect the place when they do.

This laundromat is nice. Open late, and even on this holiday. Machines are $1, $2, $3 and a few jumbo ones. Great value, and clean. Lots of counter space to fold, and plenty of baskets to sort. Every thing was in good working order. Had plenty of tv's to entertain, an ATM machine. Ample parking at this time. Recommend for your laundering needs. A+

Compared to the original MAT? It's a beauty.. went there today 10-18-20.. I live less than a mile from it. The only thing that bothers me is the upstairs part door should be open as well. And lots of dryers brand new have out of service stickers on them. Teach the house lady how to clean air filters for the dryers

Nice place for getting your clothes clean and fresh the staff kept the place in order,cleaned and most of all sanitized,they offer TV 's while your waiting and you feel Safe with all the Security Cameras and there is a convenience store next door for just in case you ran out of your laundry supplies

My old laundry closed down. Thank God I found this place! Finally managed to get a load taken care of and for a bit cheaper than my old place, too. Update 4/9/22: finishing off a load just before they close. I wish it was a 24 hour place. I'm functional at off hours lol.

This is my first time at this laundry mat. Went very smooth machines are new also dryers. The young lady Desiree keeps it so clean kudos to her for a great job. I was so much inpressed by her. Will be going back to washing my clothes.

Be it that the cove was closed, the local Blanco Laundry had its doors open and let me tell you...I was impressed. All the machines are new and the entire establishment was clean. Very modern. It's come a long way! …

I hadn't been here since they remodeled. Quite impressed with job they did. Different sizes washing machines for your loads. Three TV's. Well maintained. Great job.

Clean washer/dryers never dirty. Also never down. Building outside and inside Clean. Have restrooms however only open when employees are there.

Equipments are brand new, Clean and Very affordable. As of March 2021 per wash in a medium size machine only 1 (One) dollar.
