Terrible service. Well actually we never got service....contacted them and was told we were scheduled for noon the next day. After calling and texting trying to get an update for our “appointment” we finally got a response 2hours later saying “he was busy with another job...” After complaining about the wait we had experienced and lack of communication, our text reply from the driver or manager or who ever the hell it is (since the company is all under one phone number) was “...I have plenty of other jobs to take....do you still need my service or not?” And ended with “ have a nice day bro” The lack of professionalism here was unbearable and I will never use this company again. Shoutout to AAAA locksmith for actually helping us in our car situation. They were professional, prompt and super friendly.

Fantastic service! I have an all-electric smart car, which is difficult to work with at the best of times. Their locksmith Jerry Lopez had to spend about an hour figuring out why my key wasn't turning - there were actually multiple issues - but he was determined to do all he could to help. Many companies won't even touch my car since it's a somewhat specialty vehicle, but Jerry was able to fix it quickly the same day I reached out. Definitely recommending them to friends!

He was the only one who answered immediately and reassured me he was on the way. He would text me and everything. I had been ghosted by other locksmiths at 12am- this man was an absolute angel. Even with thunder and lightning out he was so kind to me and got me inside my apartment fast. This is the service you hope for.

Lock solid atx gave me a great deal! The price was better than all the other quotes I got, but the service was the best part. My keys were locked in the car and I had to pick up my kids from school. The locksmith Jerry Lopez said he has a family, kids and understood the stress of the situation. He was fast, detailed, and really helpful. I originally called the dealer about my broken key and they said it was too old for them to fix. I then called Jerry and he got to me quickl, same day. He found out my key code and made a copy even better than the one I have before. He even fixed a secondary problem I had with a lock. If that's not enough, his prices were great. Great locksmith! Every time I have called him he showed up during the time we scheduled. My son has lost several sets of keys and the remotes. They always came out and replaced key and remote! Also very affordable compared to other locksmiths! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
