An online-only auction format has potentially cost a home buyer thousands. 30+ people outside a property on the day of auction with no one to represent, no open house prior. nothing to indicate Online only. The people who attended the address all had missed their chance to register and bid with no warning. I feel sorry the potential buyers and the seller.
