Was booked on the guest list to go into the cuckoo club with someone called Isaac who later passed my number to his colleague Wagner. Was sent lots of messages to confirm all this. Got to the club and was turned away of course, told I had to call the promoter to get me in. At this point after receiving a lot of messages from both promoters, to confirm my attendance and time, Wagner refused to reply my messages or pick up my calls. I found out last minute this club was called racist. I don't believe these things. Not sure what my opinion is now. We were 3mixed girls and 2white girls. All career focused! One a doctor and ex model , architect in the making.... just giving you out there an idea. Still got treated and spoken to rudely by the staff at the club. Guys I hope this review is helpful and helps you plan your night for a good time out. Getting on the Lux guest list is not worth spoiling your night!

I am very upset and disappointing with those clubbing system if u have the guts to email me all times , about the clubs in your website and uses my email info to advertise your nonsense than you should be at least useful every time I try to book guestlist the guy on the WhatsApp right suggests another club for god sake the second time he uses exactly same excuses Mahiki and Cafe la Paris are good clubs non racial discrimination but the rest in particular Mayfair are too ridiculously, why he create a guestlist list for buyers right, I normally travel a lot as businesses but I never saw so much discrimination against race or as I see in Mayfair night club should be written white only or famous black right

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The staff were unprofessional and rude. Although there was a small misunderstanding between myself and the staff, I did not expect to be treated with such disrespect. The picture attached explains it all. There are many promoters and clubs in London, I think there is really no reason to be going to Lux Guestlist. Save yourself the trouble!

My fav ! Been using their guest lists for over two years now for either myself or friends visiting London and wanting to go out and we were never disappointed. Can also trust them if you are going out with a big group (thanks for my 24th birthday ) which can be quite a headache to book yourself. Professional and friendly, best combo for the best nights out.

Terrible experience. Arrived at club, Lux promoters guest list wasn’t recognised with club, promoter was incoherent and didn’t care they had wasted our time and ruined the night. Lux is a bogus site

They are a really warm team and been using them for years. A lot of promoters are sneaky, these guys are professional and very nice. They have access to a lot of places too. Communication 5 star!

Had a birthday party which the team organised. Had a great time an everyone enjoyed the night .So definitely would highly recommend.
