LADIES LISTEN UP!!! This hair salon is absolutely amazing. This is the best black owned hair salon in Toronto. Whether you’re Black, Hispanic, Asian or White. You will be in amazing hands. Especially for my black girls with natural hair! Guerline made it her priority to take care of me the first time I made an appointment. I’ve been going to her for a bit over a year now and my hair has made tremendous improvement! My retention is unbelievable when it comes to shedding and my hair has grown to be so thick and much longer than what it use to be. Since my first appointment the service has always been swift, the work environment is always clean and her overall vibe makes the whole experience better. Since then she’s been my go to stylist, and takes care of all my treatment, silk press and extension needs. Also not to mention she actually cares about your hair, unlike other stylists who will just do whatever to it without thinking of the damage it may cause. You can tell that this is really her passion. She is also very accommodating to her clients so if she’s able to help, she will! Great business woman here, truly. Very unprofessional! I booked an appointment with her to texturize my hair and she said to be there at a certain time, I came at that time only for her to tell me that she has other customers in line so she would move my appointment to 5hrs later. I asked her why didn’t she tell me that over the phone instead of letting me come all the way from my place. Long story short, she didn’t apologize for what she did and kept making excuses. I am never going back there and I only gave her 1 star because I can’t give zero!

She’s the owner of Luxury a hair Care Empire, and I LOVE her. Not only is she’s respectful of my time, she treats her clients with pure love and utmost care. I recently went to this salon to get fixed up to celebrate my birthday. Guerline was friendly, open, confident and skilled enough to take my inspirational photo and adapt it to my hair. I was so pleased with the outcome!!!! The Salon is clean, beautiful and expertly designed. Upon chatting I discovered that Guerline is knowledgeable in all kinds of hair and makes sure she stays current and up to date to provide each client with their heart's best hair desires. I brought my daughter for a cut and texturizing. Even though I told her what she needed done she only booked an hour appointment. We told her what texture was wanted but she used a drugstore product and inadequate technique so the texture of my daughter’s hair was unchanged. And she didn’t cut it. And then she charged me for it. I’m sure she is good at braids and perhaps extensions but DON’T go there for other hairdressing. I don’t believe she knows what she is doing for other hairstyles
