I had neglected my car due to losing my job last year but the time had come to have it serviced and checked- and bite the bullet. Last year, Brad and the team at Lyon’s had helped me greatly when my alternator went. I happened upon Lyon’s by chance - I needed a mechanic close to home so I could afford an Uber home! I feel so lucky that it led me to Lyon’s. They are so kind and friendly, trustworthy and reliable. They tell you what’s going to happen and never overcharge or be loose with the truth. Trust is a big deal to me, so for me to say I trust Lyon’s is a big deal! When I picked up my car, there were no nasty surprises. Everything I expected had been addressed and fixed. My car is now running like a dream! I can’t believe the difference. There were a few minor things that I knew would need attention, but the fair and very reasonable prices offered by Brad ensure I will definitely be following up and having them done at Lyon’s. I will never go anywhere else after the two hugely impressive visits I’ve made, and when I buy my son his first car this year, I know who I’ll be trusting to have the car checked. That means I trust Lyon’s with my and my families lives... you can’t get a better recommendation than that!

My mechanic of forty years has retired which sent me in search of a new one. Lyons came recommended to me. My first experience was fixing a brake shudder in my father in laws car a few weeks ago. Price quoted and the actual job was more than expected due to the FIL tending to keep his foot on the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal at the same time. All sorted within the original quote. Took in a second hand Ute I have just bought for a a wheel alignment today. Brad and the boys did a great job also balancing the two front wheels. All sorted within the original quote. So happy I have booked in my Subaru Outback for a service next week. I HAVE FOUND MY NEW AUTO REPAIR SHOP !!!!!!! Great local family business. Outstanding honest service at very decent prices. This was honestly the best service experience I’ve ever had! Bryn from the get-go was amazing to chat to when booking the service and was super helpful throughout the whole process and Jamie let me know everything that needed to be done with regular updates during. They made sure everything was affordable before proceeding to do it and really put me first! Ended up taking longer due to unforeseen circumstances and they went out of their way to lend me their loan car and made sure I’d be able to get my car after hours. They even went as far as to give my car a clean before I came to pick it up. I’m honestly in tears because of how amazing Lyons Mechanical have been to deal with! I have been taking my little Corolla to Brad for almost 10 years. His team - The girls in the office, Brit & Chloe and Jamie & the gang who do all the servicing etc, are amazing. They have always made sure all has been safe and ready to go on my road trips to Sydney & if I had a issue on the occasion, they were quick to respond & help. Once, at short noticed, I limped my car in & they gave me a car so I could continue my Dog Walks for the day. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend them. Now I have a newer KIA, I look forward for the same attention and care they have given me all these years. I am only sorry I had not done a review sooner.

I booked with Lyons mechanical & tyres via AutoGuru and after a couple of booking issues with AutoGuru that got sorted out, my Nissan Navara had booked in and had its clutch and service done. I went from a cranky customer because of the booking issues to a happy customer with the attitude if anything needs fixing on my car, just do it or book it. What they quoted me was spot on to my original quote, and they told me that the front brakes required changing shortly, and my car required someone minor adjustments which I already knew about. That makes you trust the mechanics more, and I strongly recommend them to anyone and they accept Afterpay.

Incredible service, very friendly, excellent work every time. Been going to this mechanic ever since moving to the Mansfield area in 2019. After moving to the CBD I gladly travel 30 min for each scheduled service for all of my vehicles. The team here went above and beyond when servicing my car. They replaced all 4 shocks and did a general service. When I got my car back, it had been vacuumed, windscreen was cleaned along with the tires as well. The lady in the front was so lovely and Jamie was so understanding and professional. I was blown away by the service. High quality, friendly and didnt take advantage of my lack of knowledge! 10/10 will come here again.

They provide a very professional service and are friendly and extremely helpful to go along with it. Given they had to liaise with a third party warranty service, from first contact Monday, car towed to service department Tuesday, and repair completion on Wednesday, it was a super fast 3 day turn around. Such a lovely team and such wonderful customer service. When my car broke down in the area when I was travelling from the Gold Coast, they were able to get me in at such short notice and gave me so much support and were able to fix the issue in a very timely manner. Been going to Brad and Jamie for a few years now. We will always go back there even though we have moved out of the neighbourhood. They have saved our skins a few times when we have had car problems. Rare, old-fashioned quality service you’ll never find in any of the bigger service centres or mechanics.

Had a great experience here, receptionist was friendly and understanding, inspection was insightful and accommodating, didn't at all feel spoken down to. Jamie went above and beyond for helping me understand the issues my car was dealing with and provided reasonable pricing. Would recommend to anyone.

Lyons was recommended by NPC clutches to replace my hilux clutch. The mechanic “Jamie” I believe his name was, was very professional and knowledgeable. Even though the ute is abit old and rough, he treated it like a brand new vehicle, his care and quality workmanship was noted.

Last time I visited Lyons was 2014 when my previous car was beyond repair. Lyons did their best to find a replacement part but it wasn't found. Now my daughter has her first car I recommended Lyon's to her and she was impressed with their customer service and level of detail.

Good. I took my car their only 2 weeks ago. Brads team of mechanics did a great job with my car. Iv been going to em on and off for years. They have always done a top job looking after my cars. Defenetly a lot better then the dealerships.

I’ve used them twice now and been really happy with the service each time. Had to get my car towed there, and despite being booked out, they had a look at it and got me back on the road same day. Great to deal with, recommend 100%.
