My sister and I went for haircut and eyebrows shaping. She did an okay job on my hair which is straight and relatively thin. My sister has voluminous thick and wavy hair, she wanted it to be trimmed. The lady cut the hair too short (she might say that she showed us the length before cutting, but it was too short after adjustments). The straight cut felt flat and we asked for normal bangs in the front. She cut them so unevenly to the point that they are standing up on one side. She was sweet talking us into agreeing that it was okay, it was a problem of the hair texture and not the hair cut. She gave a feather cut to the front bangs instead of just cutting them like everyone does and it became so uneven. She just randomly cut off everything without proper observation, it just felt careless. Please be careful before getting a haircut here.

It was my first time service in Australia after migrating from India. Hema is really good with her customer dealing. She made me feel like home. Service was really good and quite satisfied with the work. I got my threading (brows and upper lips), bleach and waxing done and I must say I am quite satisfied with the work. They listened my instructions patiently and get the work done as I wanted. Hema, in between came in to check if i am happy with the service which actually touched me as her action made me feel that she is concerned about her customers and not letting them go. Keep up the good work and I am definitely not going anywhere else after this amazing experience. See you soon when my brows grows again

Went to this place for threading for Mum and myself as my regular salon was closed for few days . Beautifully set up salon. But didn’t find the threading good. She seemed very inexperienced with the thread. Unfortunate that I had my Mum go first . Her eyebrow was spoilt and also her lips plucked during the thread which has ended up into a small ulcer now. I decided not to get my eyebrows done from her. Feel bad for mum as this is her first time in Australia and such a bad experience. Please note- other services might be good coz I didn’t avail anything else so not judging . But definitely a big no to threading.

I went to visit someone in Wollert and came to know about outstanding services M&H provides. Hema ji did an amazing facial suitable to my skin type. I felt someone understood my skin type requirements after such a long time. Body massage was outstanding which helped me relax and get energetic for the rest of the week. Ambience was great and so was Hema ji & Manjit ji. I will come back for the services again whenever I get chance. Thanks for the amazing experience!!!

Really great service from Hema and Manjit! I got a really good feather and layer haircut and for a good price as well. The owners also went out of their way to provide us with drinks upon entering the saloon and even started playing songs in our language. Very accomodating, professional yet friendly owners. Customer service is 10/10 but Hema herself also did really well with the cut. Cant be any happier, definitely recommend.

Very welcoming , made me feel comfortable. Face waxing was on point . Other part of Waxing was not pleasant unfortunately. Did few parts of waxing . One of them being Half leg but there is still hair in the half part possibly more training required in order to do proper waxing and better products . Thanks
