Took advantage of their advertised AC service special. Paid similar price previously at another workshop with no improvement on AC performance. Staff was friendly and took the time to explain the process of the equipment they use. Did exactly what they explained and my BMW's AC worked perfectly again after the refill. They did forget to replace the caps on the refill nozzles but i found one of them in the engine compartment and just popped it back on myself. Hope its not a critical item but overall i was pleased with the service received. Will recommend them if you need an honest assessment of your issues.

So so impressed! Walked in without appointment on a Sat morning requesting an urgent oil service - workshop was fully packed but they went out of their way to accommodate me. I was very impressed with the professionalism and attitude they handled my request. Also the general atmosphere in the workshop between management, technicians and mechanics is of a positive nature and shows a well oiled machine. I will most definitely bring my car back for a full service and a lekka cup of coffee. Thanks guys!

I am super impressed with their service! I asked them to replace my clutch while doing a full service because it felt like it wasn't operating properly but they inspected my vechile and patiently explained how they determined that my clutch is perfect and it's the carpet that's causing issues. They turned down an opportunity to charge me triple the amount because it was the honest thing to do. Absolutely amazing individuals and they've made a lifelong customer!

I just popped in to re-gas my aircon. From start to finish, what amazing service! I feel like we've gotten so used to poor service nowadays that you almost expect it...but not here! Very quick but thorough staff who were friendly and have nailed customer service and offer a lot under one roof. I will be back without a doubt. Amazing to get back into a now chilled car on a hot day with such great service all-round!

I was called and kept appraised of the work that needed to be done and the total cost was much less than I had anticipated. As a woman, I am always aware that I am open to being overcharged, this was not the case with M&E Auto

Great experience with the team at M & E Auto. I had an EPC light warning pop up on my dashboard and the team was great at getting it resolved for me. Quick and efficient and car is driving like a dream again. The team was friendly, professional and very helpful.

All the staff were very friendly and attentive. I was asked multiple times by various staff if I wanted to sit or if I wanted coffee. Overall, the service was great, and I was relieved that it was just an aircon regas that I needed. I will definitely return.

Asked to get an estimate to replace the main camshaft seal on a VW, the receptionist said they can't help me. Asked to speak to another colleague, they said they will phone. Never heard from them again. Not very helpful!

Poor service, made me pay for what I did not ask them to fix and failed to fix what I asked them to fix. They have a team of good stuff but the boss is mean and shouts at employees. Nice until he takes your money.
