Complete lack of communication with parents, all what you get is putting your kid down , they really have major problem in communication with parents to try to solve any problems. They put us and our kid under lots of stress due to their non professional approach , there are only few islamic schools in Edmonton and the moslem community really suffers between those schools,,, MAC schools need lots of work to reach the expected canadian standards, I had meetings twice with them and whatever we agreed upon in those meetings to help my kid (( which was mainly to communicate weekly with us regarding our son ))) it never happened!!! For years was always the same , bad communication with parents. If they don’t try to improve they should stop accepting new students as they do not seem to understand that their main job is to help students improve and to be good moslems and try to push them forward, what they do now it is the absolute opposite!!!! I feel really sorry to write this comment but I can’t stop myself from putting this comment hoping that those who are responsible for and those who work in this school to realize that they have major problem and they need to improve.

Maashaallah, it is a great school which has elementary and Junior high school.what is more, there is preschool( creative minds). The greatness of this school is the combination of the Alberta Education Curriculum and the the Islamic studies. The teachers are well qualified and very helpful.May Allah bless them all . It is great school which accommodates all sorts of students with various cultural backgrounds. I would highly recommend the preschool or the Creative Minds which all my kids started and got valuable studies.

Mac Islamic school, they ripped off a lot of parents every year how they ripped of let me tell you they open applications even they don’t have space and collect money from each child 100. Let say 10000 application = $ 1000000 not refundable because they don’t have any space. Ripped off people the name of Islamic that is troubling I was applying five applications my self each 100$. I have to file a complaint against a school principal in Alberta

Receptionist is rude and talks in a very condescending tone and manner not only to me but also the teachers that were speaking to her. Reception lady, if you are reading this, please take some constructive criticism. I'm sure lots of people feel this way about you.

Worst school I’ve been to in my opinion teachers don’t teach well either and, a lot of them are strict but some or nice to. A lot of bullying happens to in my op so happy that i transferred to a nother school .

The worst school I've ever been to! Glad I transferred to a better school where I can ACTUALLY learn stuff without being shouted at every five minutes by staff.

Even though they got gr 9, its all elementary. Honestly they should've just stopped at gr 6. Wouldn't recommend to bring kids that are in Jr high here.
