Meals are fresh and tasty, well priced and importantly, so convenient. They’re also good when you have different dietary requirements from others in your household, as we just choose what we like. There have only been 2 meals that we wouldn’t order again, which comes down to personal taste. Couple of reasons for 4 stars rather than 5 is limited choice of meals, especially for vegetarians (but bravo for not making everything with spinach and sunflower seeds!!!), and the veg is often slightly over cooked for my taste. It makes sense not to have a huge range, that keeps the price point down, but a revolving range of dishes would be great, so it keeps you interested. The couple of times I’ve had a problem, customer service has been quick to respond and resolve the issue.

Never received my delivery and tried to call the company - phone is disconnected. Waited 20 mins in the online chat room for an agent to join even though they said the estimated wait time was 4 minutes. No one ever joined... What kind of delivery service literally has no customer service team and also doesn’t actually deliver?.. If you check their Facebook page it looks like almost all customers didn’t get their delivery yesterday, so there must have been a systemic issue - this, and not having any customer service support is inexcusable. I cancelled my subscription and will wait for a refund for my missed delivery.

Used a few meal delivery services including muscle chef. Found Macros and we were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of their meals. Delivery makes things so easy and the pricing of their meals are very affordable. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is simply because their meal plan options are not very flexible. I want to buy 2 different plans for myself and my partner for a fortnight but that isn't possible through their checkout process. Apart from that...I recommend them to all my friends and family. Best meal delivery service around.

Bad experience with Macros meals. We had a delivery late on Sunday so missed a meal. Then only had 24x hrs to change meal plan for 2nd delivery the following week. Meals are average some tasty but others average. It would have been nice to have the option to change the meal plan later in the week when we have sampled all the meals. They also had an incorrect email so no communication until I reached out. The idea and marketing is there but lacks the customer service, user experience and quality.

I have been ordering my meals with Macros for several weeks now and I'm loving it. The food actually tastes delicious and the ingredients are super clean (i.e. no canola or sunflower oil, only olive oil and real spices)! Given the price of grocery shopping at the moment it's actually cheaper than making your own food! And the support people are super nice. I would definitely recommend Macros for healthy, convenient and delicious meals tailored to your needs (losing weight, bulking etc)!

All I can say is I am absolutely DISGUSTED! My box was never delivered to my door on the 16th I just found it in the building's MAIL ROOM in the heat where it has been sitting the past 5 days! All the food is now ruined & a complete waste! There are starving people in the world & now I have to throw all this food away!! ALL my deliveries are brought directly to my door yet your guy decided it was okay to just leave it in a mail room without even bothering to call me!!! DISGRACEFUL.

Hi my partner and I are very happy with the macros meals as it suites as to the tee! We both work and came home really tired and we are both trying to lose weight for health reasons, I have lost 2kg and my partner has lost 2.5kg we both have been On macros meals for four weeks, and loving the meals they are very satisfying and are made to our requirements, Fresh and tasty. I have highly recommended the macros meal to my family and friends. Keep up the good work Macros !

I have been looking at and trying different meal prep companies for a few years, nothing ever really stuck, I'd have left over meals or left over ingredients every week and it felt like a waste. They either weren't tasty, or just didn't hit the spot. I've been using Macros for a couple of months now and I love it. Genuinely tasty meals, never have left over meals at the end of the week. They fit in perfectly with my current cutting routine and save me lots of time with prep.

Won’t be ordering again. I skipped a week through the online login however the money was still taken out of my account. I contacted support however they were incredibly unhelpful. I followed up 5 times for an update only for them to say ‘sorry can’t help you, you didn’t skip the week and you will still be receiving the meals’!!! Felt like they were conveniently not responding so the meals could be delivered and they could wipe their hands of the situation. Absolute rip off!

So convenient and comes fresh not frozen so tastes fresh, well cooked and excellent. They calculate the calories and macros for you so no more calorie counting, meal prepping or grocery shopping! Also very surprising to see so much variety on the menu with seafood, chicken, beef, pork, tofu, legumes and other veg options as well as Asian style meals. I just had the green curry prawn noodle one and it was so good. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

Would not recommend this meal service at all! I ordered my 15 meals to be beyond disappointed. First the delivery was late and then once it eventually arrived to only discover I was shorted of 4 meals. Macros refused to send out my remainder 4 meals but offered a store credit which is of no use as I will not be using them again. Beyond disappointed in this service and as said, would not recommend them to anyone.

Great fresh food that makes my life easy by not having to meal prep and know exactly what I’m eating. Only issue I have is remembering I have to manually “skip” a week as I order a fortnight’s worth of food at one time (works out cheaper) If I forget to skip a week, I may end up with too much food. There should be an option to order on a fortnightly basis so I can avoid having to skip every second week.

I’ve been using Macros for a few months and enjoyed the meals, they were tasty and plenty of variety to choose from. My 3 stars is towards the quality and care in the meals, it’s seems the quality has gone down the last few weeks, especially the presentation. I get uneven chunks of ingredients and the same meals aren’t consistent with the portion of ingredients.

I've tried a lot of meal delivery services and Macros is one of my favourites. I generally eat lower carb meals and there is a wide variety to choose from in their menu as well as low calorie options. The meals are actually tasty and flavoursome, while being quick to prepare! Fantastic communication each week about delivery time and reliable, affordable meals.

Been with Macros for close to a year now and the experience has been great so far! Meals have always tasted great and were always fresh. There were a few hiccups with my order 4 weeks ago however, things have returned to normal. Love the service and convenience the meals bring. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an easy and affordable fix.

Really tasty and fresh. Lasts a week or so in the fridge so don’t need to freeze it. Best tasting meal delivery I’ve had. Some portions are a bit small but I chose the weight loss option so I suppose it is what it is if I want to limit calories for the day. Just ordered my 2nd week. Only recommendation would be to add more options to choose from.

Love the convenience of their meals. Tastes great, too - my favourite is the chicken tenders with spuds and smoky mayo - yum! Would also recommend the lamb and shepherds rosemary pie. Their meals are also very well insulated with ice when packed, I don’t have to worry about it going off after they deliver and leave on my porch.

Chicken meals are ropey as, have had gross tough/slimy chicken in most of the ones I’ve had. Other meals taste good and great protein for calories. Great for weight loss but for maintenance they’re too small. Customer service did give me credit which was nice will see what the future brings for staying with them.

Macros has been a very convenient go to meal for the past couple of weeks for me and my busy life. It has also saved me rounds of grocery shopping, making decisions around food and cooking+cleaning. Plusss, it’s tastes goood. My favourite being Prawn Fettuccine! It’s always in my weekly order :)

worst ever experience with the food overpriced and overcharged me double which ended up being a total of $400 , gone to waste , food was to salty and had this lemon taste like how food is not fresh , i dont recommend this place untill they get new chefs or people who know how to cook

The Macros Pre-made meals are very convenient now that we are back working in the office 3 days a week. They are mostly delicious and best of all are are healthy and low in calories . The delivery is always spot on and great communication.

The food is very tasty and the portion sizes are good. Macros keeps on changing my order to Cantonese style chicken Noodles, Even though I don't order it! They also advertise meals from $8, when it's actually $12-$14 a meal!

Food is very good and tasty! Very time efficient as kcal is already given and I do not need to cook when I have work! It makes my calorie counting easier as I do not need to weigh everything. Will recommend to friends!

My deliveries have been without issues every week which I'm quite impressed with compared to other services I've used in the past. Most importantly, I think Macros is one of the better tasting brands out there!

I like the meals. They are a good portion and tasty. Its a little expensive but still 5 star. Perhaps they could consider free delivery on subscription. Either way these meals are good for variety and taste.

Rating Macros at 4 stars. Meals are tasty and quality is good but had an issue with an order which did get fixed in the end. Minus 1 star for the hiccup but will continue to order as I do like the meals.

Expensive, potions not enough and they do not follow my delivery instructions to my address while at my work and they expect their food to last in the packaging for as long 6 when it's only 3-4 hours

Obsessed!! I love love love their curry prawn noodles, I can literally order 10 and eat it all week it's that serious. They have by far the best tasting meals in the game, no competition.
