I do NOT recommend this hair salon. I went two weeks ago for a hair consultation; the owner Magali and the hairstylist, Edna, looked at my hair and told me that my hair was healthy enough to do one color, blonde. So I scheduled an appointment. When I walked in, the receptionist looked rude and annoyed and asked me, "What do you need?"; FIRST RED FLAG. Hairstylist Edna started on my hair and kept asking the other hairstylist what she should do with my hair; obviously inexperienced because she shouldn't have had to ask, she told me she was going to go ahead and put bleach. She put bleach and foils all over my head, and throughout the process, I kept asking her when is she going to rinse because the bleach had been on too long; even the other hairstylist asked her that. She left the bleach on my hair for 4 hours. Of course, my hair was stringy and damaged after all those hours. Hairstylist Edna told me it was my fault because my hair was damaged initially, but she didn't say that when I came in for my consultation two weeks prior, she was looking to blame me for her screw-up. I called the owner, Magali, to come by the shop asap because I was upset, rightfully so. I told Magali I needed the hairstylist Edna's license number; she blocked the license paper and told me verbatim, "You can't report her; you are rude if you do, and they won't do anything to her anyway because she has a family to feed." One thing has nothing to do with the other. Magali kept calling me rude for asking for the license number. Then she says the hairstylist is a single mom trying to make a living, and I do NOT have a right to report her just because I am upset. By the state of Texas, I have a right to report to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Compact with Texans if a hairstylist BURNS MY HAIR OFF and is incompetent in doing her job. Magali or the hairstylist was never apologetic or understood how I FELT AS A PAYING CUSTOMER. Magali was smirking the entire time I spoke to her and was extremely condensing. She told me she would do a keratin treatment for free when she regularly charges $200; on top of damaging my hair, she thought she was doing me a favor by giving me a "free service." She then goes on to say hair extensions will cover the damage. Wow. They are not shy about charging; I expected better service overall. Just look at the reviews; there are numerous negative ones regarding hair. I went in with high expectations and walked out with damaged, short hair that could not be fixed sometime soon.

I don't recommend. She tatood my eyebrows wrong .there was lots of confusion at the front reception desk and they where rude.my eyebrows are crooked.one higher than the other. One of them has an inco.plete tail. One of them is hollow.and one is darker. My biggest concern is that the shape is wrong and I canceled my retouching upointment after reading the many bad reviews. You can see that they are creating false reviews to bring the rating up.this is a zero stars.i need to have corrections done and it was not cheap. Now it will end up costing way more to correct. Magdali did my brows. She was very rude. Pretending to understand what I said and just carried on in a hurry. Bad bad results. When I told them about the misshapen brows they just said to wait for my next appointment and they will see them when they retouch.!!!!!!! I am supposed to give more money after this?!!!!no ma'am. This has rained my face for life. If I could sue them I would. I would love to show yall pics but there's no option for this. Don't go to this place. U will regret it. You can see they do fake reviews because the good reviews are short and undetailed while the bad ones are very detailed. Just saying.

Booked appointment here because it was close by my house. The stylist was late, that should have been the 1st red flag. I showed her a picture of the color and haircut style I wanted and she seemed to know exactly how she was going to get it done. After washing my hair I noticed the color was not even close to the color I requested. She mentioned it didn't come out that way because my hair is dark and she didn't use bleach. As a stylist if you know a person has dark hair then you should know to use bleach to get the color they want. As a client we are paying for the service. I didn't want to pay but I did and just wanted to leave. I called afterwards to speak with the owner but she's never in. They want me to go back with the same lady so she can redo but she's going on vacation and I don't have time to go back cuz I'm not off from work before she'll be gone. Either way don't think she can do the right work anyway. If a stylist can't do the work they should let you know before they start the process. And for my haircut I wanted a long Bob and she chopped it up in layers all in the back. Now I have to wait at least 6 months for my hair to grow back to fix it. Super disappointed

Took niece for bayalage style on her hair and the stylist did not do nothing to nieces hair, she walked out all one same color there was no bayalage done the owner husband was sweet and handled the situation professionally .i told stylist cynthia how can we fix this she wanted to charge me again to do nieces hair wow she charges extremely high for poor quality hair the owner did discount me since we were not satisfied so he understood the situation im glad he did..do not go to her for bayalges she didnt even lift hair with bleach at all i would not recommend youll to go here for bayalges or to that stylist she doesn't knw what she is doing she should learn the bayalage technique before doing hair or doing strand test before charging people ..❌ ((i instead would rather go across the street to lupitas the daughter does amazing hair ))

I Am Very Dissatisfied with this Salon. I had came with my mom to get her hair done. My mom was very specific how she wanted her hair. She didnt get it at all the way she wanted. The Stylist did it the complete opposite. The stylist also was working on 2 clients at the same time, used the same brushes, Gloves and same towel for both of them. Very Unsanitary!! The timing is outrageous too!!! We went in at 3pm and didnt leave till about 10:30pm. And in the end. She cut off most of my moms long hair and she cut it Crooked. Now she has to go see a professional to fix it. They are also Wwaaaaayyyyy Overpriced. They charged my mom about $300. ☠ Never Going back Again!!!! If i could give leave no Stars I would!!! ☠

The owner is very nice but does not know what she's doing. I went in to get my PERMANENT EYELINER done because a good friend referred me to her stating that she was "great" and came out with one wing longer and higher then the other. Along with crooked, uneven eyeliner. She reassured me that it would fix itself once the swelling went down but that never happened. I will not be going back for the "re-touch" appointment because I don't want her to mess it up more than what she already did.

The girl doing pedicures SUCKS. Won’t shape/file Right, cut cuticles, or paint correctly at ALL. Karla is great on the other hand she does nails/tips etc go to her. Pedicure girl literally gave me the WORST pedicure I’ve ever received and I even pointed out what issues I had and she didn’t fix Anything, not to mention a week later the gel has cracked on the toes even though I’m pregnant and haven’t been wearing anything but slides. Avoid the pedicure girl by all means.

Never will I go back again went there for my birthday to get my hair done and told the lady I wanted color & highlights she didn't do any color just highlights and when she was done I explained to her my roots were still not light and she told me right there she didn't do color she just did highlights I still paid $300 and tip her 20$ because I was scheduled the next morning for redo STILLLL didn't come out the way I wanted it! NEVER AGAIN

They always say support your small buisness becuse of what we are going through I had my hair cut at this place and they literally cut all my hair off I thought I specifically told the girl what I wanted done and she I guess did what she wanted anyway I would never ever recommend this place another lady had to try and fix my hair. while the person that messed up my hair put on her extensions.

Not what I originally thought i was going to get when I walked in to dye my hair that day, but they was super nice about me not like l liking the hair color and so helpful & understanding about it, even though I couldn't understand Spanish Lol I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good hair color stylist …

Es un lugar limpio y en verdad magali sabe hacer su trabajo pero lo que no me gusta es que no cumple con los horario pido una cita a las 2 de la tarde y me dicen que llegue 15 minutos antes para llenar papeles y lo hago pero ella se Toma hasta una hora para atender me siendo yo la única cliente es desesperante

Magali's beauty salon es una excelente opción para ir si quieres un buen corte de pelo pero dependiendo de quien esté porque como hay buen personal también hay mal personal, mucho depende de si esta el dueño o su hijo, porque si no estan, ni los buenos días, te dan cuando llegas.

very unprofessional place . I was very disappointed on the way she cut my hair the whole process wasn’t well either as I got poked in the eye by a comb without a sorry or anything . now with uneven bangs ? very ridiculous thanks BUT NO THANKS . never again

Clean, professional and nice. When I went for my son's hair cut I didn't wait a minute. The lady who's helped us was very nice and patient. It was my son's first hair cut. I love it and will definitely be going back. Highly recommended:)
